the preparation process comprises the following steps:
s10, adding bonding mortar, an early strength agent, waterproof mortar, instant rubber powder, a water-secreting agent, a sealing curing agent and a nanoscale water repellent agent into a container to prepare a mixture, stirring and mixing the obtained mixture uniformly, and standing for at least three hours;
s20, adding the concrete anti-freezing and anti-hydration gold powder and the hydrophobic silicon dioxide into a container, and uniformly stirring and mixing with the mixture after standing;
s30, adding the reinforcing agent into a container, and uniformly stirring to obtain the adhesive cement.

4. The water-retention device for the prevention and treatment of leakage of water molecules of claim 1, further comprising the steps of, between steps S10 and S20:
s15, crushing the concrete anti-freezing and anti-hydration gold powder and the hydrophobic silicon dioxide, and filtering through a filter screen with 300-400 meshes.
5. The water-retention device for the prevention and treatment of leakage of water molecules of claim 1, further comprising the steps of, between steps S20 and S30:
s25, crushing the reinforcing agent, and filtering through a filter screen with 300-400 meshes.
