Abstract
The invention relates to a double-T-plate large-sized concrete prefabricated part transportation shelf, which comprises a shelf base, a front bracket and a rear bracket; the goods shelf base is horizontally fixed on a bin plate of the truck, the front support is vertically fixed at the forefront end of the goods shelf base, and the rear support is detachably and vertically fixed at different positions on the goods shelf base; a pair of limit square steels are fixedly arranged on the front support, square notches are formed in the outer sides of the rear parts of the limit square steels, the square notches clamp vertical plates in the large-scale double-T-plate concrete prefabricated parts, and the two vertical faces of the square notches limit forward and inward displacement of the vertical plates respectively; a pair of limiting round steels are fixedly arranged on the rear support, the limiting round steels are clamped on the inner sides of the pair of opposite plates, and the limiting round steels limit inward displacement of the opposite plates. The invention limits the double T plates in multiple directions, improves the stability of the double T plates in the transportation process of the large-sized concrete prefabricated parts, realizes good fixation with the vehicle body, and greatly improves the safety and reliability.

Background
The precast concrete members are precast members produced in a factory production mode and generally comprise precast wallboard, floor slabs, beam columns and other structures. The existing goods shelves of the concrete prefabricated components can meet the safety requirement for on-site stacking, but for the transportation of the concrete components, the existing transportation goods shelves have weaker positioning capability for the concrete components and have the problems of poor reliability and low safety degree.

In this embodiment, referring to fig. 9, a plurality of insertion holes are formed in the shelf base in the front-rear direction, and the rear bracket has insertion blocks at the bottom, which can be inserted into the insertion holes and fixed by means of transverse bolts.

In this embodiment, referring to fig. 5, the limiting square steel 1 is horizontally arranged, the limiting round steel 2 is divided into two sections connected with each other, one section connected with the rear bracket is horizontally arranged, and the other section has a downward angle, so that a plane is formed at the contact part of the limiting round steel 2 and the vertical plate.
In this embodiment, referring to fig. 3, the rear bracket is provided with a plurality of sets of spacing round steel mounting holes for adjusting the spacing between a pair of spacing round steels according to different concrete members; and the front support is also provided with a plurality of groups of positioning holes for limiting square steel, and the positioning holes are used for adjusting the interval between a pair of limiting square steel according to different concrete members.
In this embodiment, referring to fig. 8, a square hole and channel steel insertion assembly connection positioning structure is adopted between the shelf and the vehicle body.

a pair of limit square steel (1) is arranged on the front support, a square notch is arranged on the outer side of the rear part of the limit square steel (1), the square notch clamps a vertical plate inside a double-T-plate large-sized concrete prefabricated part, and two vertical surfaces of the square notch respectively limit forward and inward displacement of the vertical plate;
