本发明涉及配电监控技术领域,具体涉及一种智能配电监控***。
背景技术
配电监控***是管理自动化的关键部分,也是智能电网的基础,随着工业自动化技术的快速发展和应用,配电监控***在工业领域和服务业中的应用日益增多,而配电规模越来越大,提高管理水平,降低维护成为迫切需求。
现有的配电监控***设备及监控设施比较简单,需要工作人员的轮流值班,不能实现对现场设备进行实时监测或遥控等操作,在操作上由于人工值班不能实时监控电力***出现的问题,因此,不能及时处理设备出现的故障,而且成本投入比较大,且需要经验丰富的技术人员进行值班,加大了人力资本投入,由于不能实时监控电力设备的用电状况和故障位置,发生故障时需要沿着线路查找,缺乏智能化功能。
发明内容
本发明为解决现有配电***无法进行实时监测而导致配电***出现问题时不能及时解决,以及无法实现智能化等问题,提供一种智能配电监控***。
智能配电监控***,包括监控主机、智能配电监控器和用户终端;所述监控主机通过以太网接口或GPRS通信接口与智能配电监控器连接,智能配电监控器通过无线传输方式与用户终端通信;所述智能配电监控器包括MCU控制器,分别与所述MCU控制器连接的LCD触摸屏、电源模块、存储器、温湿度传感器,与所述温湿度传感器连接的数据采集模块和检测模块,与检测模块连接的复位模块,以及与数据采集模块连接的传输模块。
本发明的有益效果:本发明所述的智能监控***以RS485的方式连接支持Modbus通信协议的可通信仪表、断路器等现场设备,LCD触摸屏将现场设备的各种数据显示在智能监控器的液晶显示屏上供用户查阅,同时用户在触摸屏上对现场设备的修改数据、分合闸等操作也可通过RS485接口传递到现场设备,在现场设备发生报警、故障跳闸等异常事件时,智能配电监控器可通过外接***向用户终端发送信息,提醒用户处理异常事件。
所述智能配电监控器通过以太网接口或GPRS通信接口连接到监控主机,监控主机通过以太网或GPRS通信接口连接智能配电监控器读取或修改现场设备的数据,智能配电监控器通过RS485给现场设备转发监控主机的命令,监控主机上可通过Modbus/TCP功能,将现场设备通过智能配电监控器整合管理。
本发明所述的智能配电监控***,能实时远程实现智能化、自动监控,有助于人们对配电柜的智能化电能监控***出现的各种事故信号和预告做出及时快速的反应在湿湿度超过预警范围后由复位模块暂时停止配电柜工作并发出预警,便于通知管理人员及时维护,保证人身安全,提高使用寿命,节约管理开支。

具体实施方式一、结合图1和图2说明本实施方式,智能配电监控***,包括监控主机、智能配电监控器和用户终端;所述监控主机通过以太网接口或GPRS通信接口与智能配电监控器连接,智能配电监控器通过无线传输方式与用户终端通信;所述智能配电监控器包括MCU控制器,分别与所述MCU控制器连接的LCD触摸屏、电源模块、存储器、温湿度传感器,与所述温湿度传感器连接的数据采集模块和检测模块,与检测模块连接的复位模块,以及与数据采集模块连接的传输模块。所述监控主机与复位模块连接。
所述智能配电监控器还设置有以太网接口、RS485接口、RS232接口以及GPRS通信接口,所述以太网接口用于与监控主机连接,RS485接口用于连接现场设备和MCU电路,所述LCD触摸屏为智能监控器的人机交互接口,实现界面显示和采集用户操作功能。
所述电源模块采用URB2405D-30WR2DC-DC电源转换模块,用于将外部DC24V转换为DC5V后为其它各模块供电。
本实施方式中,所述监控主机包括ARM处理器,以及与所述ARM处理器连接的电源、显示器、打印机和数据存储器;
本实施方式中,所述终端设备可以为手机,所述智能监控器与手机通过外接***通信。
本实施方式所述的监控***的工作流程为:***初始化后,完成监控主机和智能监控器的网络配置,所述数据采集模块采集温湿度传感器数据,同时通过检测模块对所述温湿度传感器的接通、断开、报警状态进行测控,所述监控主机内部的ARM处理器对读取的数据进行实时处理,及时更新数据存储器的数据;同时将获取的数据参数以图像或数据的形式进行显示,并绘出实时测得的温湿度参数曲线,根据需要制成报表并打印。如果数据采集模块采集的数据超出规定值,则ARM处理器对数据进行分析处理并在温湿度超过预警范围后将信号传递至复位模块和MCU控制器,控制停止配电工作并发出报警信息。所述报警信息可通过***发送到手机端,提醒用户处理异常事件。

1.智能配电监控***,包括监控主机、智能配电监控器和终端设备;所述监控主机通过以太网接口或GPRS通信接口与智能配电监控器连接,智能配电监控器通过无线传输方式与终端设备通信;其特征是,所述智能配电监控器包括MCU控制器,分别与所述MCU控制器连接的电源模块、温湿度传感器和存储器,与所述温湿度传感器连接的数据采集模块和检测模块,与检测模块连接的复位模块,以及与数据采集模块连接的传输模块。
2.根据权利要求1所述的智能配电监控***,其特征在于,所述智能配电监控器还设置有RS232接口、RS485接口以及外接***。
3.根据权利要求1所述的智能配电监控***,其特征在于,所述智能配电监控器还包括LCD触摸屏,所述LCD触摸屏与MCU控制器连接。
4.根据权利要求1所述的智能配电监控***,其特征在于,所述监控主机包括ARM处理器、数据存储器和打印机;所述数据存储器和打印机分别与ARM处理器连接。
5.根据权利要求2所述的智能配电监控***,其特征在于,所述终端设备为手机,所述智能监控器与手机通过外接***通信。
