Referring to fig. 2, in the operation process of the mobile air conditioner, condensed water generated by heat exchange and refrigeration of the evaporator flows into the water receiving disc 1, and then flows to the top end of the water-taking flywheel 4 directly from the top point of the lower end of the water pipe 3 through the water receiving disc drainage nozzle 7 on the water receiving disc 1. The water-beating motor drives the water-beating flywheel 4 to run at high speed, and directly throws condensed water onto the fins of the condenser 2. When the condensed water is continuously increased, the water in the chassis water storage tank 6 is also continuously increased, and when a certain water level is reached, the water-taking flywheel 4 throws the water in the water pipe 3 and the chassis water storage tank 6 onto the condenser 2. The water level of the chassis water storage tank 6 does not need to reach a certain water level height, so that water can be poured in advance to reduce the temperature of the condenser fins, and the heat exchange efficiency of the condenser is further improved.
