An embodiment of a combination sensor of a fuel filter according to the present invention is shown in fig. 1 to 4. The combination sensor 3 is adapted to be mounted on a fuel filter for sensing the temperature of fuel in the fuel filter and for heating the fuel in the fuel filter. In this embodiment, the combined sensor 3 of the fuel filter includes a main body 31, a connection plug 32, a heating plate 33, a temperature sensor 34 and a protection cover 35, wherein a wire 36 is connected between the connection plug 32 and the outer end of the main body 31, so that the connection plug 32 is electrically connected with the heating plate 33 and the temperature sensor 34 at the same time, the temperature sensor 34 is disposed at the inner end of the main body 31, the heating plate 33 is fixedly connected with the inner end of the main body 31 through a bracket 37, and the protection cover 35 is fixedly connected with the inner end of the main body 31 and covers the heating plate 33 to protect the heating plate 33.
The protecting cover 35 has a first end close to the main body 31 and a second end far away from the main body 31, a first opening 351 is formed at the first end of the protecting cover 35, so that fuel in a filter element of the fuel filter enters the protecting cover 35 and is heated by the heating plate 33, and the number of the first openings 351 is multiple and is uniformly distributed along the peripheral surface of the protecting cover 35. The combined sensor 3 further comprises a water level sensor 38, the water level sensor 38 is electrically connected with the wiring plug 32 through the lead 37, the main body 31 comprises a first mounting part 311 and a second mounting part 312, the first mounting part 311 and the second mounting part 312 are respectively close to the inner end and the outer end of the main body 31, the first mounting part 311 is used for being combined with the lower part of a filter element of the fuel filter in a sealing way, the second mounting part 312 is used for being combined with the lower part of a shell of the fuel filter in a sealing way, the main body 31 is provided with a channel 315 for communicating a water storage space in the shell of the fuel filter with a filtering space in the filter element, and the water level sensor 38 is mounted on the main body 31 and is positioned between the first mounting part 311 and the second mounting part 312 and used for sensing the water level in the water storage space. When the water level in the water storage space reaches the set height, information can be sent to the controller so as to send out warning information through the controller to remind a user to drain water.
The outer end of the main body 31 is provided with a clamping hole 313 for inserting a U-shaped clamp spring to clamp and fix the combination sensor 3 and the shell of the fuel filter.
The connection plug 32 is provided with a buckle 321 for being clamped with a buckle hole on the outer wall of the shell of the fuel filter, so that the connection plug 32 is hung on the shell of the fuel filter.
The heating plate 33, the temperature sensor 34 and the water level sensor 38 are integrated on the combined sensor 3, so that the combined sensor 3 is convenient to install, the heating plate 33, the temperature sensor 34 and the water level sensor 38 share the same wiring plug 32, and the circuit connection structure can be simplified.
As shown in fig. 2 to 4, an application example of the fuel filter provided with the combination sensor 3 is provided, in this application example, the fuel filter includes a housing 2, the combination sensor 3, and a filter element 1 disposed in the housing 2, and an oil inlet pipe 21 and an oil outlet pipe 22 are disposed on the housing 2.
The filter element 1 comprises a cylindrical filter paper 11 folded in a zigzag manner, an inner net 12, an upper cover plate 13 and a lower cover plate 14, wherein the inner net 12 is inserted into the cylindrical filter paper 11, and a filtering space 121 is formed in the inner net 12. An annular chamber 101 is formed between the filter element 1 and the inner wall of the shell 2, and the oil inlet pipe 21 is communicated with the chamber 101. The upper cover 13 is provided with a first through hole 131 for the oil supply pipe 22 to communicate with the filtering space 121, and the lower cover 14 is provided with a second through hole 141 for the insertion of the combination sensor 3. The combined sensor 3 is inserted into the lower end of the housing 2, and extends into the filtering space 121 through the second through hole 141, so as to sense the temperature of the fuel in the filtering space 121 and heat the fuel in the filtering space.
The housing 2 comprises an upper shell 23 and a lower shell 24, the upper shell 23 and the lower shell 24 being detachably connected together, for example by means of a threaded connection. A sealing ring 201 is arranged at the joint of the upper shell 23 and the lower shell 24 to strengthen the tightness between the two.
The oil inlet pipe 21 and the oil outlet pipe 22 are installed on the upper portion of the upper shell 23, the combined sensor 3 is installed at the bottom of the lower shell 24 and extends into the lower shell 24, a first boss 232 and a second boss 242 are respectively arranged on the upper shell 23 and the lower shell 24, and the upper cover plate 13 and the lower cover plate 14 of the filter element 1 are respectively abutted with the first boss 232 and the second boss 242 so as to fix the filter element 1 in the shell 2.
The upper case 23 is further provided with a mounting hole 234 communicating with the oil outlet pipe 22, and the pressure sensor 4 is installed in the mounting hole 234 to sense the fuel pressure in the oil pipe 22 in real time. A seal ring 401 is installed between the pressure sensor 4 and the upper case 23 to improve sealability therebetween.
The bottom of the upper shell 23 is provided with a first flange 231, the top of the lower shell 24 is provided with a second flange 241, the first flange 231 is provided with a first clamping structure 2311, the second flange 241 is provided with a second clamping structure 2411, and the first flange 231 and the second flange 241 are fixed by mutually clamping the first clamping structure 2311 and the second clamping structure 2411, so as to prevent the upper shell 23 and the lower shell 24 from rotating relatively. The first engaging structure 2311 includes a clamping block and/or a clamping groove, and the second engaging structure 2411 includes a clamping groove and/or a clamping block matched with the first engaging structure 2311.
The inner wall of the lower housing 24 is provided with a plurality of positioning ribs 248 extending in the axial direction thereof to position the installation position of the filter element 1. The plurality of positioning ribs 24 are uniformly spaced along the circumferential direction of the lower case 24.
The distance between the inner wall surface of the lower shell 24 and the cylindrical filter paper 11 of the filter element 1 gradually increases from bottom to top, that is, the opening of the lower shell 24 gradually increases upward from the second boss 242. In this way, the fuel to be filtered at the lower part of the chamber 101 can be timely replenished after entering the cylindrical filter paper 11 for filtration, so as to ensure the continuous reliability of fuel supply.
The outer wall of the lower shell 24 of the shell 2 is provided with a buckling hole 202, and the wiring plug 32 is hung on the lower shell 24 of the shell 2 by being clamped into the buckling hole 202 of the lower shell 24 through a buckle 321 of the wiring plug 32.
A mounting boss 243 is formed inside the lower portion of the housing 2 (i.e., the lower portion of the lower case 24) for tight coupling with the combination sensor 3. A water storage space 244 is formed between the second boss 242 and the mounting boss 243 in the lower housing 24, a water outlet hole 245 is formed at the bottom of the lower housing 24 corresponding to the water storage space 244, and a water drain valve 246 is arranged at the water outlet hole 245. The bottom outer side of the lower shell 24 is provided with a clamping hole 247, and a U-shaped clamping spring 5 is inserted into the clamping hole 247 of the lower shell 24 and the clamping hole 313 of the main body 31 to clamp the combined sensor 3 on the lower shell 24.
A connection pipe 233 communicating with the oil outlet pipe 22 is provided inside the upper portion of the casing 2 (i.e., the upper portion of the upper case 23), and the connection pipe 233 is provided so as to face the protection cover 35. In this way, in the case that the fuel needs to be heated, the fuel can flow to the fuel outlet pipe 22 after entering the fuel outlet pipe 22 and being heated to a predetermined temperature, so as to ensure the accuracy of fuel temperature control.
The lower cover plate 14 of the filter element 1 is in sealing connection with the first mounting portion 311 of the combination sensor 3, the mounting boss 243 at the lower portion of the lower housing 24 is in sealing connection with the second mounting portion 312 of the combination sensor 3, a water storage space 244 is formed at the lower side of the lower cover plate 14, and the channel 315 of the main body 31 is communicated with the water storage space 244 and the filtering space 121.
