The compatilizer is maleic anhydride acrylic acid copolymer. The tackifying resin is prepared from hydrogenated petroleum resin and terpene resin according to the mass ratio of 1: 1 are mixed. The filler is fumed silica. The anti-aging agent is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 20 parts of antioxidant 1010, 8 parts of antioxidant 168, 15 parts of antioxidant RD, 20 parts of ultraviolet light absorber UV-531 and 10 parts of light stabilizer 770. the component B is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 80-100 parts of styrene-butadiene-styrene block copolymer and 6-8 parts of plasticizer;
the specific preparation process of the self-adhesive special for the waterproof coiled material comprises the following steps:
heating, stirring and mixing the compatilizer, the anti-aging agent and the active auxiliary agent uniformly, then sequentially adding the component A and the component B, stirring and mixing for 45-60 min under heat preservation, then adding the elastomer, the tackifying resin and the filler, stirring and mixing for 3-5 h under heat preservation, and discharging when the mixture is hot to obtain the self-adhesive special for the waterproof coiled material.
