Abstract

The invention discloses a black disperse dye combination product. The black dye ink is prepared by mixing brown black dye ink and original black dye ink according to a certain proportion, and the dye ink composition is mixed with auxiliaries such as a diluent and the like to prepare a disperse dye commercial dye. The commercial disperse dye is suitable for high-temperature thermal transfer printing of polyester fibers, and has the advantages of good compatibility, moderate color development temperature, bright color, high brightness, excellent color fastness, environment-friendly printing process, friction fastness, light fastness meeting the standard requirements and the like.

Description

Environment-friendly ultra-black dye ink
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of ink formulas and disperse dye printing and dyeing, in particular to environment-friendly black dye ink prepared by blending multiple dyes.
Background
The transfer printing is to print the dye pattern on the printing paper by using the non-disperse dye through a special printing plate (intaglio), and then transfer the pattern on the printing paper to the required fabric by using the high-temperature sublimation principle of the non-disperse dye. Transfer printing is currently developing faster because the entire process does not involve water and no water contamination occurs.
The normally used black disperse dye ink is formed by blending a plurality of disperse dyes according to the complementary color principle in colors, but the black ink has insufficient color depth, the color light is blue, the printing is suitable for light black color, and the requirements on certain special dark color patterns are difficult to achieve. The brown black dye ink is also a blended ink, and the dark black color printed by the brown black dye ink is deep enough, but the brown black dye ink has poor light fastness, reddish color and high viscosity and is difficult to use alone. Under the circumstances, a black ink is needed, which not only needs to ensure enough black depth, but also needs to ensure that all fastness of the ink printed on the fabric is qualified.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above problems in the prior art, the present applicant provides an environment-friendly ultra-black dye ink. The invention improves the defect of poor fastness of the single use of the brown black dye ink, also improves the defect of insufficient depth of the single use of the original black dye ink, ensures sufficient depth of the special black disperse dye ink, and satisfies the requirements of textile heat transfer printing on various fastnesses.
The technical scheme of the invention is as follows:
the environment-friendly ultra-black dye ink comprises the following raw materials in percentage by mass:
22 to 35 percent of brown black disperse dye ink
65-78% of original black disperse dye ink.
The brown black disperse dye ink comprises the following raw materials in percentage by mass:
Disperse Yellow 54 24%±2%
Disperse Blue 359 21%±2%
Disperse Brown 27 55%±2%;
the raw materials are mixed according to a proportion, stirred and uniformly mixed by a stirrer, ground by an ink rolling machine and rolled to prepare the brown black disperse dye ink.
The raw materials of the original black disperse dye ink and the mass percentages of the raw materials are as follows:
Figure BDA0001411013740000021
the raw materials are mixed according to a proportion, stirred and uniformly mixed by a stirrer, ground by an ink rolling machine and rolled to prepare the original black disperse dye ink.
The Disperse Yellow54 is a brown uniform powder; disperse Blue359 as dark Blue powder; disperse Brown 27 is a dark Brown powder; the color light is similar to that of a standard product, the leveling property is good, the dyeing degree is more than or equal to 85, the diffusion property is more than or equal to 4, the particle fineness is less than or equal to 2, and the water content is less than or equal to 8. Disperse Orange 25 is Orange uniform powder, the shade of light is reddish; disperse Violet 13 as a brilliant Violet powder, Disperse Yellow54 as a brown homogeneous powder, Disperse Blue359 as a dark Blue powder; belongs to low-temperature disperse dyes, has good level-dyeing property and dyeing degree more than or equal to 85; the diffusion performance is more than or equal to 4, the particle fineness is less than or equal to 2, and the water content is less than or equal to 8.
The environment-friendly ultra-black dye ink can be used for thermal transfer printing or high-temperature high-pressure melt dyeing of polyester fiber fabrics, and the polyester fiber fabrics are full polyester fabrics or polyester and cotton/polyester blended fabrics thereof.
The beneficial technical effects of the invention are as follows:
the disperse dye adopted by the invention has excellent light fastness, washing fastness, rubbing fastness and color fastness, the dye structure and molecular weight are suitable for transfer printing, the dye sublimation temperature is lower, the temperature rise and color development temperature is suitable, the total amount of the dye for dyeing is increased after the dyes with similar structures are mixed, the thick color can be obtained, and the coloring rate of the dye is improved.
According to the invention, through the compatibility of the disperse dyes, the dye ink with similar color development temperature is selected, so that the dye printed finished cloth can meet the standard of color fastness to sunlight, and meanwhile, the formula of the dark black heat transfer disperse dye with normal color brightness and saturation is adopted, and the dye screening meets the international environmental protection requirement.
The Disperse Brown 27 color in the Brown black dye ink is dark, dark and reddish, has better rubbing fastness, but has poor light fastness, so that the overall light fastness of the ink is lower; the Disperse Yellow54 and Disperse Orange 25 dyes in the original black dye ink are light and bright, the color light is Yellow and red Yellow respectively, each color fastness is excellent, the complementary reaction is carried out with the color light of Disperse Violet 13 and Disperse Blue359, the whole color is deepened after the two are mixed, the compatibility of the dyes is better, the color fastness is good, the light fastness of the ink can meet the requirement of 40H4 level (AATCC-16), and the depth L value can be within 20-25.
