Abstract
The invention provides a document holder which can handle paper sheets well and can protect the paper sheets reliably. Description
Technical Field
The present invention relates to a document holder capable of storing and storing paper sheets and a document folder provided with the document holder.
Background
Conventionally, the following document holders are known: the sheet-like material mainly includes a sheet-like material such as a synthetic resin sheet, and is configured to be able to accommodate paper sheets between a front cover and a back cover. As components corresponding to such a document holder, there can be mentioned: a document holder called a so-called document pocket or a transparent page folder (clear holder) including a transparent synthetic resin sheet capable of visually recognizing the contents described on a paper sheet from the outside, and a document folder in which the document holder is closed with a cover body (see, for example, patent document 1).
In addition, although the document holder described in patent document 1 in which two continuous sides are open or substantially open is easy to pick and place the paper sheets, the stored paper sheets may accidentally fall out.
In the document holder described in this document, as shown in fig. 4 in particular, a protruding portion protruding from the other side is provided at a certain portion of the two sides of one of the front and back sheet bodies, which is open, and the protruding portion is folded back toward the other side, whereby the sheets can be prevented from falling off from the certain portion.

That is, there is a demand for a document holder that can effectively prevent sheets from falling off and can realize a state in which sheets can be prevented from falling off and a state in which sheets can be easily taken in and out by a simple operation.
The present invention has been made in view of the above problems, and provides a document holder capable of satisfactorily handling paper sheets and reliably protecting the paper sheets.
That is, the present invention relates to a document holder including: a back-side sheet for supporting the paper sheets from the back side; a front-side sheet configured to be configured such that two continuous edges are contactable with and separable from each other with respect to the back-side sheet, and the other edges are connected to each other, thereby insertably sandwiching the paper sheets with the back-side sheet; and a stopper having: a stopper body having a sheet shape, attached to the back-side sheet in the vicinity of a corner portion where two sides that can be brought into contact with and separated from the back-side sheet and the front-side sheet are continuous, and capable of inserting and holding the corner portion of the front-side sheet between the stopper body and the back-side sheet; and an expanding portion formed in the vicinity of an edge portion on an insertion side so as to separate the edge portion on the insertion side into which the corner portion of the front surface side sheet is inserted from the back surface side sheet in the stopper body.
According to the above configuration, since the stopper is provided over both sides of the back-surface-side sheet and the front-surface-side sheet that are open, the sheets inserted between the stopper and the back cover can be effectively prevented from falling off, and the front-surface-side sheet and the sheets can be easily inserted between the back cover and the stopper body by the expanding portion provided in the stopper. As a result, according to the present invention, it is possible to provide a document holder capable of handling paper sheets well and protecting the paper sheets reliably.
In order to realize the stopper with a simpler structure, the expanded portion is preferably a valley fold line formed in a front view of the stopper main body.
In order to be able to more effectively promote the deformation of the stopper main body formed of the valley fold line, it is preferable that the edge portion of the valley fold line is located at a position separated from the mounting position with respect to the back-face-side sheet in the stopper main body.
The document holder is rectangular in front view, and preferably includes, in order to accommodate more and more smoothly the paper sheets having a predetermined shape: a first corner opening portion provided at a first corner portion which is a corner of a corner portion where two sides which are continuous and which can be brought into contact with and separated from each other, the first corner opening portion separating the stopper from the back-side sheet; and a second corner opening portion provided at a second corner portion which is a corner facing the first corner portion, the second corner opening portion separating the front-side sheet and the back-side sheet. This makes it possible to prevent the corner portion of the rectangular paper sheet from being unnecessarily pushed forward in the document holder, and therefore, more paper sheets can be smoothly stored.
In order to insert the front-side sheet or the sheet into the stopper more smoothly, one side of the back-side sheet and the front-side sheet to be connected may be an edge portion on the binding base side for binding with another sheet, and the binding base side may be bound to form a more stable state.
Here, the other sheet material includes not only other document holders having the same shape but also other kinds of document holders or folders or paper sheets having different functions.
In order to realize a document holder capable of appropriately storing sheets, it is preferable that the edge portion on the binding base side has a mounted portion to be mounted on a cover body including a front cover and a back cover.
In addition, even when the above-described document holder is used as an element of a document folder or the document holder is used alone as appropriate, it is preferable that the edge portion on the binding base side has a plurality of binding holes for binding the sheets of paper which are perforated with predetermined intervals.
In order to improve the visibility of the paper sheets, the front side sheet and the back side sheet preferably include transparent resin sheet materials.
Further, the present invention relates to a folder including: the above-described document holder; and a cover body including a front cover, a back cover, and a binding portion between the front cover and the back cover for binding the document holder.
With this configuration, since the document holder bound to the binding portion is joined to the cover body or the like on the binding base side, the back sheet does not move unnecessarily compared to the case where the document holder is handled alone due to friction between the cover body and the table surface or the like on which the cover body is placed, or the self weight of the document holder itself in which the sheets are stored, and the sheets can be stably inserted between the front sheet and the back sheet. It is also apparent that the sheet or the front-side sheet can be inserted between the stopper and the back-side sheet in a state where the back-side sheet is stably placed.

The present invention, with the above-described configuration, can provide a document holder that can handle paper sheets well and can protect paper sheets reliably.

Detailed Description
An embodiment of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings.
The file F according to the present embodiment is formed by binding a plurality of file holders 1 to a cover H by welding of resin, for example, and is also generally called a file management book (clear book). When the cover H is opened, the contents of the paper documents P stored in the bound document holder 1 can be clearly seen from the outside through the transparent resin sheet. In the present embodiment, the sealing body H is mainly composed of a colored resin plate having shape retention properties, and includes: front cover H1; a back cover H2; a deformable cover H3 which is arranged between the front cover H1 and the back cover H2 and can be bent properly; and a binding part H4 provided on the inner side of the modified cover H3 for attaching and binding the document holder 1. In the modified cover H3, a plurality of hinges H5 formed by linearly and thinly forming a resin plate are provided in parallel at equal intervals so that the front cover H1 and the back cover H2 can be separated by a desired dimension in order to correspond to the thickness dimension of the document holder 1 and the document P accommodated in the document holder 1 without a gap therebetween. Thus, the cover H can be bent or folded at the hinge H5, and the front cover H1 and the back cover H2 can be separated by a thickness dimension corresponding to a thickness that is appropriately changed depending on the cover, the document holder 1, and the contents thereof. As a result, the file F can be stored compactly without an unnecessary gap being formed between the front cover H1 and the back cover H2, and without being blocked on the binding base side by an excessive amount of stored articles and being unnecessarily opened on the end face side opposite to the binding base side. In addition, as a form of the cover that can function as described above in the present embodiment, a form in which the entire cover is made of a resin material having no shape retention property can be cited.
In the folder F, when the cover body H is opened as shown in fig. 2, the plurality of document holders 1 are fusion-bound to the binding portion H4 in a state where the stored items are not stored so that the same number of document holders 1 are respectively overlapped with the front cover H1 and the back cover H2. However, the front sheet 3 is disposed on the front cover H1 side of all of the plurality of document holders 1. In other words, the transparent resin sheets of the plurality of document holders 1 are folded and bound so as to be symmetrical on the front cover H1 side and the back cover H2 side, and all face in the same direction.
Here, in the folder H according to the present embodiment, a plurality of document holders 1, for example, two or four, are integrally formed by bending and welding 1 transparent resin sheet, and the formed transparent resin sheets are welded to the binding portion H4 of the cover body H in a state of being overlapped in a plurality of layers. However, this embodiment is not limited to the form in which the plurality of document holders 1 are integrally molded. Next, a specific configuration of the document holder 1 according to the present embodiment will be described.
The document holder 1 mainly includes a back-side sheet 2 and a front-side sheet 3, and the back-side sheet 2 and the front-side sheet 3 are formed by appropriately bending and welding flexible and transparent sheet materials. Specifically, the document holder 1 is substantially rectangular, and is formed by joining the back-side sheet 2 and the front-side sheet 3 with each other so that two continuous sides are open. In the present embodiment, the material forming the back-side sheet 2 and the front-side sheet 3 is, for example, a resin sheet material such as polypropylene (polypropylene), but it is obvious that other resin materials such as polyethylene or polyethylene terephthalate (polyethylene terephthalate) may be used. The back-side sheet 2 may be made of a material different from the front-side sheet 3.
In order to make two continuous edges open and the other two edges joined, the document holder 1 includes: an open upper edge 1a which is configured to allow the back-side sheet 2 and the front-side sheet 3 to be in contact with and separated from each other over the entire area on the upper end side; a bottom edge 1b formed by folding back a resin material at an end portion facing the open upper edge 1 a; a welding side edge 1c which is an edge portion on the binding base side and is joined by welding one side ends of the open upper edge 1a and the bottom edge 1b in a band shape; and an open side edge 1d which is configured so that the back-side sheet 2 and the front-side sheet 3 can be brought into contact with and separated from each other over substantially the entire region at an end portion facing the welded side edge 1 c.
That is, in the present embodiment, the welded side edge 1c corresponding to one side of the back-side sheet 2 and the front-side sheet 3 is configured as an edge portion on the binding base side for binding together with another sheet, that is, a plurality of other document holders 1. In the present embodiment, the welding side edge 1c has a portion to be attached 1F that can be welded to a binding portion H4 of the folder F.
The document holder 1 according to the present embodiment further includes a stopper 5 on the back-side sheet 2 side, which can sandwich the front-side sheet 3 and the document P. By providing the stopper 5, the document holder 1 is further provided with: a first corner opening 11 provided at a corner of a corner portion where two sides of the back-surface sheet 2 and the front-surface sheet 3 are continuous and separable, the corner portion being a corner portion where the stopper 5 and the back-surface sheet 2 are separable; and a second corner opening 12 provided at a second corner portion facing the first corner portion so as to separate the front sheet 3 and the back sheet 2. A specific structure of the stopper 5 will be described later.
The back-side sheet 2 has a rectangular shape for supporting the document P from the back side, and the back-side sheet 2 has a document supporting surface 21, and the document supporting surface 21 is used to support the document P over substantially the entire region of the surface on the side opposite to the front-side sheet 3. In the present embodiment, the back-side sheet 2 has a stopper mounting portion 22 for mounting the stopper 5 in a region facing the open upper edge 1a and the open side edge 1 d.
The front-side sheet 3 is substantially rectangular corresponding to the outer shape of the back-side sheet 2, and includes: a transparent surface 30 having a surface formed to be transparent; a relief edge 32 formed by slightly recessing the resin material when viewed from the front in a region facing the open upper edge 1a and the open side edge 1 d; and a recessed portion 33 formed by recessing the resin material in a substantially triangular shape in the vicinity of the welding side edge 1c of the open upper edge 1 a. In the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 2 and 3, the stopper mounting portion 22 and a part of the stopper 5 of the back-side sheet 2 are exposed on the front side by forming the relief edge 32. Further, by forming the recessed portion 33, the flexible deformation of the front-side sheet 3 in the vicinity of the welding side edge 1c in the front-side sheet 3 is promoted, and a finger can be easily inserted between the back-side sheet 2 and the front-side sheet 3 by the user to separate the back-side sheet 2 and the front-side sheet 3 in the thickness direction. In the present embodiment, the front-side sheet 3 has a region in which two sides, i.e., an open upper edge 1a and an open side edge 1d, are continuous, that is, a vicinity of a corner portion, as the predetermined region 34.
Here, in the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 5 to 7, the document holder 1 is characterized by further including a stopper 5 in addition to the back-side sheet 2 and the front-side sheet 3, and the stopper 5 includes: a stopper body 51 having a sheet shape, attached to the back-side sheet 2 in the vicinity of a corner portion where two sides of the back-side sheet 2 and the front-side sheet 3 which can come into contact with and separate from each other are continuous, and capable of inserting and holding the corner portion of the front-side sheet 3 between the stopper body and the back-side sheet 2; and an expanded portion 53 formed in the vicinity of the insertion-side edge portion 5a so as to separate the insertion-side edge portion 5a into which the corner portion of the front-side sheet 3 is inserted from the back-side sheet 2 in the stopper body 51. Next, the structure of the stopper 5 will be explained.
The stopper 5 is made of a sheet-like resin material formed separately from the resin materials constituting the front-side sheet 3 and the back-side sheet 2. Specifically, the stopper 5 functions to prevent the front-side sheet 3 and the document P from being displaced with respect to the back-side sheet 2. In the present embodiment, the stopper 5 is attached to the back-side sheet 2, and the front-side sheet 3 is inserted between the cover and the back-side sheet 2 from the edge portion 5a on the insertion side, whereby the front-side sheet 3 and the document P can be prevented from being displaced with respect to the back-side sheet 2.
Specifically, the stopper 5 includes: a stopper body 51 having a trapezoidal shape in front view; a back-side fusion-bonded part 52 as an attachment part fused to the back-side sheet 2 at a portion corresponding to the inclined side of the stopper body 51; and an expanding portion 53 that expands the stopper body 51 near the edge portion 5a on the insertion side to separate the back-side sheet 2 and the stopper body 51 in the thickness direction. The transparent sheet 51 has a pressing surface 54 on the back side thereof, which can press the front sheet 3 and the document P. The stopper 5 is fixed to two continuous sides of the back-side sheet 2 that can be separated from and brought into contact with the front-side sheet 3, that is, the open upper edge 1a and the open side edge 1d of the document holder 1. The stopper 5 is positioned at the corner portions of the two sides of the document holder 1 that are open in a state where the back-side sheet 2 and the front-side sheet 3 are overlapped with the document P sandwiched therebetween, thereby functioning to prevent the front-side sheet 3 and the document P from being displaced with respect to the back-side sheet 2. The expanded portion 53 is mainly formed of a valley fold line 55, the valley fold line 55 extends parallel to the insertion-side edge portion 5a so as to connect both ends 56 as edge portions, and the both ends 56 are separated from the back-side fusion-bonded portion via a deformed region 57. In this way, by providing the valley fold line 55 via the deformation region 57, the vicinity of the edge portion 5a on the insertion side of the stopper main body 51 is slowly deformed, and the back-side sheet 2 and the stopper main body 51 are separated until the edge portion 5a on the insertion side can sufficiently insert the front-side sheet 3 or the document P.
Fig. 6 shows an intermediate state of the operation of positioning the front-side sheet 3 and the document P on the back-side sheet 2 by using the stoppers 5. When the front sheet 3 and the document P are positioned using the stopper 5, first, as shown in the figure, the front sheet 3 is largely flexed to largely retract the predetermined region 34 and the retraction edge 32 toward the center of the document holder 1, and then, in the state shown in the figure, the retraction edge 32 is inserted from the edge portion 5a on the insertion side slightly separated from the back sheet 2 so as to be recessed below the pressing surface 54 of the stopper 5, and the state shown in fig. 5 is obtained.
Fig. 7 shows a state in which the front-side sheet 3 and, for example, 20 documents P stacked on top of each other are sandwiched between the pressing surface 54 of the stopper 5 and the document supporting surface 21 of the back-side sheet 2 by using the stopper 5. In this state, the front-side sheet 3 and the document P are smoothly sandwiched by the stoppers 5 due to the first corner opening 11 of the first corner portion being appropriately deformed, and in this state, the document P and the front-side sheet 3 are positioned by the stoppers 5. It is to be noted that the second corner opening portion 12 of the second corner portion located at the position facing the first corner portion is also deformed in the same manner. This makes it possible to smoothly store a large number of documents P in the document holder 1, and to effectively avoid such troubles as the documents P accidentally falling off from the document holder 1 due to the stopper 5.
As described above, the document holder 1 constituting the folder F according to the present embodiment is provided with the stoppers 5 on both sides of the opening of the back-surface sheet 2 and the front-surface sheet 3, and therefore, not only can the separation of the document P inserted between the stoppers 5 and the back cover H2 be effectively prevented, but also the front-surface sheet 3 and the document P can be easily inserted between the back cover H2 and the stopper main body 51 through the expanding portions 53 provided on the stoppers 5. As a result, according to the embodiment, the file holder 1 capable of satisfactorily handling the file P and reliably protecting the file P can be realized.
In the present embodiment, the enlarged portion 53 is a valley fold line 55 formed in the front view of the stopper body 51, so that the stopper 5 can be realized with a simple configuration.
In addition, in the present embodiment, since both ends 56 of the edge portion as the valley folding line 55 are located at positions separated by the dimension of the deformation zone 57 from the rear-side fusion-bonded portion 52 as the mounting position with respect to the rear-side sheet 2 in the stopper main body 51, the deformation of the stopper main body 51 by the valley folding line 55 is more effectively promoted.
In particular, in the present embodiment, since the first and second corner portions 11 and 12 are provided at the first and second corner portions located on the diagonal lines, more rectangular documents P can be stored. Further, with this configuration, since the corner portion of the rectangular document P can be prevented from being unnecessarily pushed forward in the document holder 1, more documents P can be smoothly stored.
In order to insert the front-side sheet 3 or the document P into the stopper 5 more smoothly, the present embodiment allows the welding side edge 1c connecting the back-side sheet 2 and the front-side sheet 3 to function as an edge portion on the binding base side for binding with another sheet, that is, another document holder 1 having the same shape, and by binding the binding base side, the document holder 1 is kept in a stable state without being accidentally shifted or bent when the document P is taken or placed.
In order to realize the folder F in which the document holder 1 can appropriately accommodate the document P, in the present embodiment, the edge portion on the binding base side is provided with the attached portion 1F to be attached to the cover H having the front cover H1 and the back cover H2.
In the document holder 1 according to the present embodiment, the front-side sheet 3 and the back-side sheet 2 are made of transparent resin sheet materials in order to improve the readability of the document P.
Further, according to the document holder F of the present embodiment, since the document holder 1 is bound between the front cover H1 and the back cover H2, and the binding portion H4 is joined to the cover H through the welded side edge 1c which is the edge portion on the binding base side, the document holder 1 bound to the binding portion H4 is joined to the cover H, and therefore, the back sheet 2 does not move unnecessarily compared to the case where the document holder 1 is handled alone, and the document P can be stably inserted between the back sheet 2 and the front side sheet 3 due to friction between the cover H and the desktop or the like on which the cover H is mounted, or the self weight of the document holder F itself in which the document P as a sheet is accommodated. It is also apparent that the document P or the front-side sheet 3 can be inserted between the stopper 5 and the back-side sheet 2 in a state where the back-side sheet 2 is stably placed.

In the present modification, by forming the recessed portion 33 in the vicinity of the drop preventer 1e, the flexible deformation of the front-side sheet 3 in the vicinity of the drop preventer 1e in the front-side sheet 3 can be promoted, and the fingers of the user can be easily inserted between the back-side sheet 2 and the front-side sheet 3 to separate the back-side sheet 2 and the front-side sheet 3 in the thickness direction. In the present embodiment, the vicinity of a portion of the front-side sheet 3 where two sides, the open upper edge 1a and the open side edge 1d, are continuous is a predetermined region 34 set in accordance with the contents of the document P to be stored. This is because, in the present modification, it is assumed that a relatively important part of the description content of the document P is disposed in a part of the document P overlapping the predetermined area 34.
Further, the document holder 1 according to the present modification further includes: a stopper 5 similar to the above-described embodiment, which can sandwich the front sheet 3 and the document P between the back sheet 2 and the front sheet 3, and a display window (display window)4 formed through the front sheet 3.
The display window 4 includes a through-hole element 40 which is one form of an opening or a slit formed in the predetermined portion 34 of the front sheet 3.
The stopper 5 has substantially the same configuration as the above embodiment except that it includes a transparent resin material in a sheet shape that is formed separately from the resin material forming the front-side sheet 3 and the back-side sheet 2.
Here, the document holder 1 according to the present modification is configured such that the display window 4, which is one form of an opening or a slit, is provided, and the contents of the document P can be read when the through-hole element 40 slides with respect to the document P by bending a part of the front-side sheet 3.
As described above, the components configured as in the present modification can provide the same operational effects as those of the above embodiment, regardless of whether the document holder 1 is used alone or the document holder F is bound by a binding tool or the like through the binding holes 1 h.
While one embodiment and various modifications of the present invention have been described above, the specific configuration of each part is not limited to the above-described embodiment, and various modifications can be made without departing from the scope of the present invention. For example, in the above-described embodiment, the valley folding line extending parallel to the edge portion on the insertion side is disclosed as the expanded portion, but it is obvious that a mountain folding line extending from the edge portion on the insertion side may be employed. The expanded portion is not limited to the fold line, and for example, the resin forming the stopper body may be welded to the back-face-side sheet in a state in which the stopper body is bent in advance, or the resin bent and deformed in advance may be welded to the back-face-side sheet.
For example, although the document holder mainly composed of the front cover and the back cover is disclosed in the above embodiment, it is obvious that the present invention can be suitably applied to a member having a spacer formed integrally or separately between the front cover and the back cover. Further, although the embodiment described above discloses a form in which the edge portion on the binding base side is attached to the cover body by welding or a form in which the binding hole is provided, for example, a guide groove for attaching the document holder may be provided in the cover body, and a slider that can be attached to the guide groove by a sliding operation may be provided in the edge portion on the binding base side of the document holder.
The rear surface-side sheet, the front surface-side sheet, and the stopper may be transparent or translucent in color. In addition, the specific shapes and materials of the cover and the display window may be variously modified in other detailed configurations without departing from the scope of the present invention.
Claims (10)
1. A document holder is characterized by comprising:
a back-side sheet that supports the paper from the back side;
a front-side sheet configured to be configured such that two continuous edges are contactable with and separable from each other with respect to the back-side sheet, and the other edges are connected to each other, thereby being capable of insertably sandwiching the paper between the front-side sheet and the back-side sheet; and
a stopper having: a stopper main body having a sheet shape, attached to the back-side sheet in the vicinity of a corner portion where two sides that can be brought into contact with and separated from the back-side sheet are continuous, and capable of inserting and holding the corner portion of the front-side sheet between the stopper main body and the back-side sheet; and an expanding portion formed in the vicinity of an edge portion on an insertion side for separating the edge portion on the insertion side into which the corner portion of the front surface-side sheet is inserted from the back surface-side sheet in the stopper main body, the expanding portion being formed between attachment portions of the stopper main body to the back surface-side sheet.
2. The document holder according to claim 1 wherein:
the expanding portion is a valley fold line formed in a front view of the stopper main body.
3. The document holder according to claim 2 wherein:
an edge portion of the valley fold line is located at a position separated from an attachment position with respect to the back-side sheet in the stopper main body.
4. A document holder according to any of claims 1 to 3 wherein:
the document holder is rectangular in front view, comprising:
a first corner opening portion provided at a first corner portion which is a corner portion of a corner portion where two sides which are in contact with and separate from each other are connected, the first corner opening portion being provided so as to separate the stopper from the back-side sheet; and
and a second corner opening portion provided at a second corner portion which is a corner facing the first corner portion, the second corner opening portion being formed so as to separate the front-side sheet and the back-side sheet.
5. A document holder according to any of claims 1 to 3 wherein:
one edge of the back-side sheet and the front-side sheet, which is connected to each other, forms an edge portion on the binding base side for binding with another sheet.
6. The document holder according to claim 4 wherein:
one edge of the back-side sheet and the front-side sheet, which is connected to each other, forms an edge portion on the binding base side for binding with another sheet.
7. The document holder according to claim 5 wherein:
the edge portion of the binding base side has a mounted portion for being mounted on a cover body including a front cover and a back cover.
8. The document holder according to claim 5 wherein:
the edge portion on the binding base side has a plurality of binding holes for binding the sheets of paper, which are perforated at predetermined intervals.
9. A document holder according to any of claims 1 to 3 wherein:
the front-side sheet and the back-side sheet are made of a transparent resin sheet material.
10. A folder is characterized by comprising:
the document holder of any one of claims 1 to 9; and
a cover body including a front cover, a back cover, and a binding portion between the front cover and the back cover for binding the document holder.
