Claims (10)
- 一种USB金属外壳的型芯组件,其特征在于,所述型芯组件包括型芯和弹性装置;所述型芯包括主体部和与所述主体部连接的支撑辅助部,所述主体部用于与所述USB金属外壳嵌套,所述支撑辅助部用于组装至型芯固定座以固定所述型芯;所述弹性装置设置于所述型芯的侧边用于弹性抵接所述USB金属外壳的底边。
- 根据权利要求1所述的型芯组件,其特征在于,所述支撑辅助部的远离所述主体部的一端设置导向槽,所述弹性装置安装至所述导向槽。
- 根据权利要求2所述的型芯组件,其特征在于,所述弹性装置包括弹簧和活动冲针,所述活动冲针包括组装部和支撑部,所述组装部通过所述弹簧组装至所述导向槽中,所述支撑部自所述组装部延伸且抵接所述USB金属外壳的底边。
- 根据权利要求3所述的型芯组件,其特征在于,所述弹簧收容于所述导向槽中,所述弹簧的一端抵接所述活动冲针,另一端抵接所述导向槽的内壁或者外部元件。
- 根据权利要求1所述的型芯组件,其特征在于,所述主体部用于与所述USB金属外壳嵌套,其中,所述主体部的至少一侧面设置有芯子刀口,所述芯子刀口与冲针作用来冲切出USB金属外壳的侧槽,进一步的,所述主体部的远离所述支撑辅助部的一端设置有吹气口,用于接收高压气体;所述主体部和所述支撑辅助部的内部还设置有连通的卸料通道,并且所述卸料通道分别与所述芯子刀口和所述吹气口相通,用于卸除所述冲针冲切产生的废料。
- 根据权利要求5所述的型芯组件,其特征在于,所述主体部在两侧面均设置有所述芯子刀口,其中两侧面为相对的侧面。
- 根据权利要求1所述的型芯组件,其特征在于,所述主体部的远离所述 支撑辅助部的一端进一步设置有压料台阶面,所述压料台阶面设置在所述出气口的两端,并且与所述吹气口齐平设置,用于承接压料治具。
- 根据权利要求1所述的型芯组件,其特征在于,所述支撑辅助部的两侧突出设置有脱料板支撑面,用于支撑脱料板,所述脱料板向上运动时把所述USB金属外壳向上脱离所述型芯,方便夹取。
- 根据权利要求1所述的型芯组件,其特征在于,在所述支撑辅助部的远离所述主体部的一端设置有突出的型芯压紧台阶,所述型芯压紧台阶与型芯固定座配合来防止型芯松动。
- 根据权利要求9所述的型芯组件,其特征在于,所述型芯压紧台阶为两个,分别设置在所述支撑辅助部的两个对立的侧面上。
