DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF EMBODIMENT (S) OF INVENTION
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings and specific embodiments.
Referring to fig. 1 to 5, a lighting assembly 100 according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention is shown. The lighting assembly 100 is used for a refrigerator (not shown), and includes a lamp panel 1, a lamp housing 2, and a decorative cover 3. The refrigerator comprises a refrigerator body and a door body capable of opening or closing the refrigerator body, wherein the illumination assembly 100 is embedded in the refrigerator body. An inwardly concave mounting cavity can be directly formed in the box body, and the lighting assembly 100 can be directly mounted in the mounting cavity without arranging a lamp box. Of course, as a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the lighting assembly 100 of the present invention further comprises a light box 5.
As shown in fig. 2 and 4, the lamp panel 1 includes a circuit substrate 11 and a plurality of LED lamps 12 disposed on the circuit substrate 11. The LED lamps 12 are arranged in 9 numbers and are uniformly distributed in the middle of the circuit substrate 11.
As shown in fig. 2 to 5, the globe 2 includes a light-transmitting portion 21 that is opposed to the lamp panel 1 and is provided at an interval, and an extending portion 22 that is connected to the periphery of the light-transmitting portion 21. The extension part 22 is thinner than the light transmission part 21, and forms a step shape with the light transmission part 21 at a side away from the lamp panel 1.
After being installed, the outer surface of the substrate 31 and the outer surface of the light-transmitting portion 21 are located on the same plane, so that the overall appearance of the lighting assembly 100 is good after being installed.
Preferably, the first hook 33 has an extension arm 331 extending towards the lamp panel 1, a hook 332 disposed at the end of the extension arm 331, and a reinforcing rib 333 disposed on the outer wall surface of the extension arm 331.
The decorative cover 3 and/or the lampshade 2 are/is provided with a supporting beam 4 extending towards the lamp panel 1, and the supporting beam 4 is supported on one side of the lamp panel 1 facing the light transmission part 21, so that a certain distance is kept between the lamp panel 1 and the light transmission part 21, and further, the light emitted by the lighting assembly 100 is uniform and has no light spots and is very beautiful.
In the invention, the side length of the light transmission part 21 is set to be 40mm, and the distance between the lamp panel 1 and the light transmission part 21 can be kept to be 12.4mm under the action of the support beam 4, so that the light emitted by the lighting assembly 100 of the invention is uniform and has no light spots by combining the arrangement of the LED lamp 12. Of course, the size setting can be adjusted correspondingly according to the requirements, and the support beam 4 of the invention can be adjusted more conveniently and the effect can be effectively ensured.
Further, in the present embodiment, for simplicity, the support beam 4 is disposed on the lamp housing 2 to maintain a distance between the lamp panel 1 and the light-transmitting portion 21 of the lamp housing 2, and to position the lamp panel 1 and the light-transmitting portion 21 relative to each other; simultaneously, through the support of the extension part 22 of decorating the cover 3 and the lamp shade 2 and the buckling of the first clamping hook 33 and the lamp panel 1, the lamp shade 2 and the decorating cover 3 can be fixedly installed together, and the whole structure is simple in setting and convenient to install. In this case, the abutting engagement between the extension portion 22 and the base plate 31 of the trim cover 3 can constitute the positioning structure 32 therebetween.
Preferably, the support beam 4 is provided with a support portion 41 abutting against the lamp panel 1 toward the lampshade 2 and a stopper portion 42 continuously extending from the outside of the support portion 41. Further, in order to facilitate the overall installation and fixation of the lighting assembly 100, a third hook 35 for buckling with the inner wall of the installation cavity in the lamp box 5 or the refrigerator body is further disposed on the decoration cover 3. In this embodiment, the third hooks 35 are disposed on two sides of the support beam 4. A fastening protrusion 51 fastened with the third hook 35 is provided on the inner wall surface of the lamp box 5.
As mentioned above, in the above preferred embodiment of the present invention, the supporting beam 4 is disposed on the lampshade 2, and the lampshade 2 is disposed opposite to the lamp panel 1, so that the lamp panel 1 can be supported and limited in distance even when the size is small. Of course, when the lamp panel 1 has a proper volume and a portion overlapping with the substrate 31 of the decorative cover 3, the supporting beam 4 may also be disposed on the decorative cover 3 on the premise that the positioning structure 32 includes the second hook 34, i.e., on the premise that the lampshade 2 and the decorative cover 3 can be fixed to each other, which also achieves the purpose of the present invention.
