Abstract

一种稳定轮的安装,是将稳定轮开和导向轮轴直径相同的缺口,并用圆锥销锁死。列车正常行驶时,稳定轮安装在侧架延伸背销钉上,用圆锥销锁死。换轨时,将稳定轮从侧架延伸背取下,卡入导向轮轴后,***圆锥销并锤击,使其挤压锁死在导向轮轴上。换轨结束,从圆锥销小端锤击,取下稳定轮放回侧架延伸背。

本发明涉及一种列车车桥,确切地说是适应不同轨距的列车通用车桥。
背景技术
申请号201710437666.7和201720682413.1换轨稳定轮专利,为列车进入他国时快速换轨,起到了很好的作用,但如何安装?什么样的结构安装最便捷,没有说明。
发明内容
为了上述专利的完整性,本发明提供一种结构和安装方法,只要一个小锤便能轻松快速完成,给稳定轮的安装和拆卸提供方便。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用技术方案是:将稳定轮开和导向轮轴直径相同的缺口,缺口内圆面,有与导向轮轴螺纹方向一致的细纹槽,延缺口垂直方向设有锥度孔,此孔位置在圆锥销***后,正好能挤压导向轮轴。侧架延伸背内侧设有销钉。列车正常行驶时,稳定轮安装在侧架延伸背销钉上,用圆锥销锁死。换轨时,锤击圆锥销小端,将稳定轮从侧架延伸背取下,卡入导向轮轴后,***圆锥销并锤击,使其挤压锁死在导向轮轴上。换轨结束,再锤击圆锥销小端,取下稳定轮放回侧架延伸背。
本发明的有益效果是,结构简单,操作简易,使列车换轨方便。

具体实施方式
在图1中,稳定轮3开有与导向轮轴4直径相同的缺口,缺口内圆面,有导向轮轴4螺纹方向一致的细纹槽,延缺口垂直方向设有锥度孔,此孔位置在圆锥销5***后,正好能挤压导向轮轴4。侧架延伸背1内侧设有销钉2。
当列车正常行驶时,稳定轮3安放在侧架延伸背1内侧销钉2上,并用圆锥销5锁死(见图1双点划线部分)。
当列车换轨时,锤击圆锥销5小端,取下稳定轮3卡到导向轮轴4钢轨6外侧(见图2),***圆锥销5并锤击,使其挤压锁死在导向轮轴4上(见图1)。换轨结束,再锤击圆锥销5小端,取下稳定轮3放回侧架延伸背1(见图1双点划线部分)。
注意,稳定轮缺口要小于稳定轮与钢轨的重叠线a(见图1)。

Claims (1)

1.一种稳定轮的安装,是将稳定轮开和导向轮轴直径相同的缺口,并用圆锥销锁死,其特征是:缺口内圆面,有导向轮轴螺纹方向一致的细纹槽,在缺口垂直方向设有锥度孔,此孔位置在圆锥销***后,正好能挤压导向轮轴,侧架延伸背内侧设有销钉,列车正常行驶时,稳定轮安装在侧架延伸背销钉上,用圆锥销锁死,换轨时,锤击圆锥销小端,将稳定轮从侧架延伸背取下,卡入导向轮轴后,***圆锥销并锤击,使其挤压锁死在导向轮轴上,换轨结束,再锤击圆锥销小端,取下稳定轮放回侧架延伸背。
