Abstract
The invention discloses a smoke generating heater and a smoke generating article, and relates to the technical field of tobacco. The fuming heater comprises a base body, a supporting cylinder, a positioning part and a heating piece. The base has opposite first and second ends along a predetermined direction. Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of tobacco, in particular to a smoke generating heater and a smoke generating article.
Background
With the increasing acceleration of international smoking control exercise, the restriction of the government in China on smoking, especially in public places, is more strict, and social consensus is gradually formed. Under the increasingly strict smoking control environment, partial tobacco product consumers may choose new non-traditional tobacco products, and the trend of the change is clear. The heated cigarette has a shape similar to that of a traditional cigarette, tobacco is smoked by heating instead of burning, and researches show that the release amount of harmful ingredients of the heated cigarette, namely the harm to consumers, is obviously lower than that of the traditional cigarette.
Existing heated cigarettes, i.e., existing smoking articles, are not of high heating quality, affecting the sensory quality of the smoking article.
Disclosure of Invention
A first object of the present invention is to provide a smoke-generating heater which can improve the heating quality and sensory quality of a smoking article when the smoking article is heated by using the smoke-generating heater.
A second object of the present invention is to provide a smoking article for cooperation with the above-described smoking heater to enhance the sensory enjoyment of the consumer.
Embodiments of the present invention are implemented as follows:

To this end, the inventors devised the above-described fuming heater: the fuming heater comprises a base body, a supporting cylinder, a positioning part and a heating piece, wherein the supporting cylinder extends from the wall of the base body, which is close to the second end, to the preset direction, and the inside of the supporting cylinder is penetrated to form a heating channel, one end of the supporting cylinder, which is far away from the base body, is opened to define a fuming heating port, and the fuming product can be placed into the heating channel through the fuming heating port. The fuming heater 10 includes a base 11, a support cylinder 12, a positioning portion 13, and a heating element 14.
Wherein the support cylinder 12 is circular in cross-section, which is the same as the cross-section of the smoking article.
The base body 11 has opposite first and second ends in a predetermined direction, the support cylinder 12 extends from a wall of the base body 11 adjacent the second end toward the predetermined direction, the support cylinder 12 has a heating channel 90 therein, and an end of the support cylinder 12 remote from the second end is open and defines a fuming heating port 91. The positioning portion 13 is located in the heating passage 90, the positioning portion 13 being close to the second end, the positioning portion 13 having a gap with the inner wall of the support cylinder 12 and defining a positioning preheating space 80. The heating element 14 is disposed in the heating channel 90, the heating element 14 extending from the locating portion 13 in a predetermined direction, the heating element 14 being configured to penetrate into and heat a smoking article.
The support cylinder 12 has opposite base connection and smoke generating placement ends 120 in a predetermined direction, the base connection and smoke generating placement ends 120 being open and in communication with the heating channel 90. The smoke generating insert 120 defines a smoke generating heating port 91. The smoke generating end 120 has a smoke generating recess 92 extending obliquely in a predetermined direction to the axis of the heating channel 90, the diameter of the smoke generating recess 92 being greater than the diameter of the smoking article. It should be noted that, the diameter of the smoke insertion shrinkage 92 is larger than the diameter of the smoking article so that the consumer can smoothly insert the smoking article into the heating channel, and a gap for air flow is provided between the smoke insertion shrinkage 92 and the smoking article.
To increase the airflow circulation rate, a plurality of ventilation through holes may be formed in the wall surface of the smoke generating insert shrinkage 92.
In this embodiment, the positioning portion 13 is an annular groove opened at the second end face around the axis of the heating member 14. The annular groove and the inner wall of the support cylinder 12 define a positioning preheating space 80 therebetween. It should be noted that, since the annular groove is formed, the diameter of the remaining portion of the second end corresponds to the diameter of the smoking article, so that one end of the smoking article can be matched with the second end, and the outer wall of the smoking article is placed in the positioning preheating space 80, so that the consumer can clearly know that the smoking article has been completely placed in the heating channel 90, and thus, the consumer is prevented from using excessive force to cause breakage of the smoking article. In other embodiments, the locating portion 13 may be a locating ring of smaller diameter than the smoking article that extends through the heating element 14 near the second end.
Referring to fig. 2, fig. 2 is an enlarged view of a portion ii in fig. 1.
The axis of the heating element 14 coincides with the axis of the heating channel 90. The heating element 14 has a piercing tip 140 at the end adjacent the smoke generating heating port 91 to facilitate piercing of the heating element 14. The heating element 14 has the tobacco protection section 141 between the end that is kept away from the fuming heating mouth 91 and the penetrating tip 140, and the diameter of tobacco protection section 141 is less than the maximum diameter of penetrating tip 140, through setting up tobacco protection section 141 for when penetrating tip 140 pierces the smoking article, tobacco or pipe tobacco can be under tobacco protection section 141, avoids appearing that tobacco or pipe tobacco punctures the condition of fuming the shell and produces.

To this end, the inventors devised the above-described fuming heater 10: the fuming heater 10 comprises a base body 11, a supporting cylinder 12, a positioning part 13 and a heating element 14, wherein the supporting cylinder 12 extends from the wall of the base body 11, which is close to the second end, to the preset direction, and the supporting cylinder 12 penetrates through to form a heating channel 90, one end of the supporting cylinder 12, which is far away from the base body 11, is opened to define a fuming heating port 91, and the fuming article can be placed in the heating channel 90 through the fuming heating port 91. The heating element 14 provided to the heating channel 90 is configured to penetrate into the interior of the smoking article and heat it such that the smoking article volatilizes smoke for the consumer to draw, wherein, in order to solve the problem that the consumer cannot accurately determine whether the smoking article is fully seated in the heating channel 90, a locating portion 13 is provided, the locating portion 13 being positioned in the heating channel 90 and proximate to the second end, a gap being provided between the locating portion 13 and the inner wall of the support barrel 12, the gap defining a locating preheating space 80, when the smoking article is seated in the heating channel 90, for example, fig. 3 shows the operating condition of the smoking heater 10, the seated end of the smoking article abutting against the locating portion 13 and being embedded in the locating preheating space 80, thereby ensuring full seating of the smoking article, the heating channel 90 and the locating portion 13 having a gap therebetween such that when the consumer heats the smoking article using the smoking heater 10, an external airflow enters the smoking article 10, which airflow is required to pass through the locating space 80 and be preheated by the heating element 14, thereby ensuring consistent heating quality of the smoking article. When the smoking article is heated using the smoking heater 10, the heating quality and sensory quality of the smoking article can be improved.
Example 2
Based on the smoke generating heater 10 provided by the above embodiments, the present embodiment also provides a smoking article 20 for use with the smoke generating heater 10.
Referring to fig. 4, fig. 4 shows a specific structure of the smoking article 20 provided by the present embodiment.
The smoking article 20 is connected in sequence in a preset direction to a flavour generating unit 21 and a filtering unit 22. Wherein the aroma generating unit 21 generates smoke by heating with the smoke generating heater 10, and the filtering unit 22 filters harmful substances in the smoke.
The fragrance generating unit 21 includes a preheating part 210 and a fragrance generating part 211 sequentially disposed in a preset direction.
The inner wall of the preheating part 210 defines the preheating passage 70, both ends of the preheating part 210 in a preset direction are opened and communicate with the preheating passage 70, the preheating part 210 is configured to be engaged with the positioning part 13 in the fuming heater 10, and the wall surface of the preheating part 210 is insertable into the positioning preheating space 80. It should be noted that, in the present embodiment, the preheating part 210 is a thin-walled hollow tube, which is made of paper with a certain hardness, so as to avoid deformation of the preheating channel 70 during transportation and handling. In other embodiments, the pre-heating portion 210 may be a hollow tube formed from a thin layer of plastic or other material.
The aroma generating portion 211 is configured to be penetrated by the heating element 14 and heated to generate smoke. The aroma generating portion 211 is a material composition having an aroma component that is volatilized by heating to form a smoke, which is inhaled by a consumer to obtain a satisfying or pleasant sensation similar to that obtained by burning a conventional cigarette.
In the present embodiment, the aroma generating portion 211 includes a plurality of tobacco sheets extending in a preset direction and stacked in a direction perpendicular to the preset direction, with gaps between portions of the plurality of tobacco sheets near the preheating portion 210. By stacking the tobacco sheets, the heating unit can smoothly penetrate into the aroma generating portion 211, so that the tobacco sheets can smoothly heat, and the situation that the tobacco sheets pierce or burst the paper shell of the smoking article 20 is avoided. The tobacco sheet is coated with tobacco extract and essence.
The filter unit 22 includes a cooling part 220 and a filter part 221 sequentially disposed in a preset direction. The cooling portion 220 has a plurality of cooling channels extending along a preset direction, and the plurality of cooling channels are stacked along a direction perpendicular to the preset direction. The cooling channel is arranged in a winding way along a preset direction. The temperature of the smoke is reduced by the cooling part 220, so that the consumer obtains the smoke with proper temperature, and the consumption experience is improved. In the present embodiment, the filter unit 221 is an acetate fiber filter rod, and in other embodiments, the filter unit 221 may be another filter rod.
When the smoking article 20 is used in conjunction with a smoking heater 10, the sensory quality of the smoking article 20 can be improved: the preheating portion 210 of the smoking article 20 abuts against the positioning portion 13 and is embedded in the positioning preheating space 80, so that complete placement of the smoking article 20 is ensured, a gap is formed between the heating channel 90 and the positioning portion 13, so that when a consumer heats the smoking article 20 by using the smoking heater 10, the smoking article 20 is smoked, an external air flow enters the smoking heater 10, the air flow passes through the positioning preheating space 80 and the preheating channel 70 before entering the smoking article 20, and the air flow is preheated by the heating element 14, so that consistent heating temperature of the smoking article 20 is ensured, and sensory quality is ensured.

the positioning part is positioned in the heating channel, is close to the second end, has a gap with the inner wall of the supporting cylinder and defines a positioning preheating space; the positioning part is an annular groove formed on the end face of the second end around the axis of the heating element; the annular groove and the inner wall of the supporting cylinder define the positioning preheating space;
a heating element disposed in the heating channel, the heating element extending from the locating portion in the preset direction, the heating element configured to pierce into a smoking article and heat the smoking article;
the smoke article comprises a fragrance producing unit and a filtering unit which are sequentially connected along the preset direction, the fragrance producing unit comprises a preheating part and a fragrance producing part which are sequentially arranged along the preset direction, the preheating part is a thin-wall hollow pipe, the inner wall of the preheating part is provided with a preheating channel, the two ends of the preheating part along the preset direction are opened and communicated with the preheating channel, the preheating part is configured to be matched with the positioning part, the end part of the preheating part is used for being abutted and attached with the positioning part, and the wall surface of the preheating part is embedded into the positioning preheating space; the aroma generating portion is configured to be penetrated by the heating element and heated to generate smoke;

4. A smoking article for use with a smoking heater according to any one of claims 1 to 3, comprising:
the aroma generating unit and the filtering unit are sequentially connected along the preset direction;
the aroma generating unit comprises a preheating part and an aroma generating part which are sequentially arranged along a preset direction;
the inner wall of the preheating part defines a preheating channel, the two ends of the preheating part in the preset direction are open and communicated with the preheating channel, the preheating part is configured to be matched with the positioning part, and the wall surface of the preheating part can be inserted into the positioning preheating space;
the scent producing portion is configured to be pierced and heated by the heating element to produce smoke.
5. A smoking article according to claim 4 wherein:
the aroma producing part comprises a plurality of tobacco sheets, the tobacco sheets extend along the preset direction and are stacked in the direction perpendicular to the preset direction, and gaps are reserved between the portions, close to the preheating part, of the tobacco sheets.
6. A smoking article according to claim 4 wherein:
the preheating part is a thin-wall hollow tube.
7. A smoking article according to claim 4 wherein:
the filtering unit comprises a cooling part and a filtering part which are sequentially arranged along a preset direction;
the cooling part is internally provided with a plurality of cooling channels extending along the preset direction, and the cooling channels are stacked along the direction perpendicular to the preset direction;
the cooling channel is arranged in a winding way along the preset direction.
8. A smoking article according to claim 7, wherein:
the filtering part is an acetate fiber filter stick.
