Abstract

背景技术
阻垢聚合物常常用于水处理及油田应用中以使垢沉积降到最低及/或防止垢沉积。由于例如钙、钡、锶等含水碱土金属阳离子的存在以及例如磷酸盐、硫酸盐、碳酸盐、硅酸盐等阴离子的存在,垢的沉积可出现在水性混合物的运输及地下岩层中。当这些离子具有足够的浓度时,可形成积聚在用于运输的管道内表面上或地下岩层中的沉淀物,其限制目标介质(例如,水或油)的流动。
在油田应用中,通常形成的积垢包含硫酸钙积垢、硫酸钡积垢及/或碳酸钙积垢,由于这些特定离子的浓度、水的pH值、压力及温度增加,积垢通常形成于用于井增产的新鲜水或盐水中。另外,磷酸钙可在通常用于处理井和管道腐蚀的磷酸盐存在下形成。这些矿物质沉淀物的积聚可减少或阻滞所述管道及岩层中的流动,并且导致其他问题。在许多情况下,存在大量垢沉积物的第一个提示告警可能是井性能的降低。在这些情况下,除垢技术可变得有必要。因此,需要包含停机时间在内的潜在的大量成本来影响由于结垢而进行的修复。
通常在产生之前借助于挤注处理来将阻垢材料应用于岩层。在这些应用中,加入相对浓缩形式的阻垢剂。使用所述方法将阻垢剂泵送到产水区中,并且通过化学吸附或通过温度活化沉淀使阻垢剂附接到所述地层。当所述井恢复生产时,阻垢剂从地层岩石滤出以提供阻垢。
毛细管注入是用于递送阻垢材料的另一方法。在毛细管注入中,在生产期间将相对浓缩形式的阻垢剂组合物连续泵送到井中。
由于改变了能量使用的模式及可用性,因此在逐渐增加的深度处进行勘探及生产。因此,用于提高油气生产率的化学制品经受逐渐增加的温度(即,150℃到230℃)及压力(即,25,000到30,000psi),所述温度及压力通常已知为均随井深增加而增加。通常用作阻垢剂的许多组合物具有酸性pH值且在高温及高压条件下不稳定。在此类条件下,这些组合物降解且并不执行其作为阻垢剂的所需功能。
美国公开案2012/0118575及2005/0096233涉及一种通过引入包括非可电离不饱和单体、乙烯基磺酸及苯乙烯磺酸的水溶性聚合物来防止在含水***中结垢的方法。虽然在其主链中包括脂族磺酸(即,乙烯基磺酸酯)的水溶性聚合物阻垢剂在形成方解石时显示出良好的抑制作用,但是当在中温到高温下进行热老化时,所述抑制剂显示出显著的效力降低。
阻垢剂组合物需要具有适用于高压/高温应用的良好热稳定性。
发明内容
一种用于包括水***的操作的阻垢处理的方法,包括将水性阻垢组合物引入到所述水***中的步骤,其中所述水性阻垢组合物包括聚羧酸共聚物,基本上由聚羧酸共聚物组成,或由聚羧酸共聚物组成,所述聚羧酸共聚物包括以下单体、基本上由以下单体组成或由以下单体组成:i)一或多个单烯属不饱和酸及/或酸酐及/或其盐中的一种,优选地为丙烯酸、甲基丙烯酸或其混合物;以及ii)苯乙烯磺酸及/或其盐中的一种,优选地为4-苯乙烯磺酸。
在本文中以上所公开的当前方法的一个实施例中,i)所述一或多个单烯属不饱和酸及/或酸酐及/或其盐中的一种以聚合单体的50到98重量%的量存在,并且ii)苯乙烯磺酸及/或其盐中的一种以2到50重量%的量存在,其中重量百分比按所述聚合单体的总重量计。
在本文中以上所公开的当前方法的一个实施例中,聚羧酸共聚物为由具有1,000到50,000道尔顿的重均分子量的丙烯酸及4-苯乙烯磺酸组成的共聚物。
在本文中以上所公开的当前方法的一个实施例中,通过挤注处理来引入水性阻垢组合物。
在本文中以上所公开的当前方法的另一实施例中,通过毛细管注入处理来引入水性阻垢组合物。
在本文中以上所公开的当前方法的另一实施例中,包括水***的操作为锅炉、油气生产井或地热井,优选地包括水***的操作为蒸汽辅助重力泄油(SAGD)或蒸汽驱。
具体实施方式
根据本发明的阻垢剂组合物包括聚羧酸共聚物,所述聚羧酸共聚物包括以下单体的反应产物、基本上由以下单体的反应产物组成或由以下单体的反应产物组成:i)一或多个单烯属不饱和酸及/或酸酐及/或其盐,以及ii)苯乙烯磺酸及/或其盐中的一种。聚羧酸聚合物以及使其聚合的方法是众所周知的;参见USP 5,294,686及USP 6,001,940,两者均以全文引用的方式并入本文中。任何合适的聚合方法可用于制备本发明的聚羧酸共聚物,例如自由基聚合方法、水性本体/分散体聚合、溶液聚合或乳液聚合。
共聚单体的共聚可在聚合引发剂存在下进行,所述聚合引发剂包含但不限于:过硫酸铵、过硫酸钠、过硫酸钾、偶氮引发剂、偶氮二异丁腈(AIBN)、有机或无机过氧化物、硝酸铈铵、高氯酸盐等等。聚合引发剂的量按单体的总重量计通常为约0.01到约10重量%,如本领域的技术人员所了解。
在一些实施例中,本发明的聚羧酸共聚物具有仅仅两个共聚单体(即,单烯属不饱和酸及苯乙烯磺酸),在其它实施例中,除了单烯属不饱和酸及苯乙烯磺酸以外,共聚物还可具有一或多个额外共聚单体。
合适的单烯属不饱和酸可以是一元酸、二元酸或多元酸,并且所述酸可以是羧酸、膦酸、盐或其组合。合适的单烯属不饱和酸为(例如)丙烯酸、甲基丙烯酸、丁烯酸、乙烯基乙酸、酸及其碱金属盐及铵盐。合适的单烯属不饱和二羧酸及顺-二羧酸的酸酐为(例如)顺丁烯二酸、顺丁烯二酸酐、1,2,3,6-四氢邻苯二甲酸酐、3,6-环氧基-1,2,3,6-四氢邻苯二甲酸酐、5-降冰片烯-2,3-二羧酸酐、双环[2.2.2]-5-辛烯-2,3-二羧酸酐、3-甲基-1,2,6-四氢邻苯二甲酸酐、2-甲基-1,3,6-四氢邻苯二甲酸酐、亚甲基丁二酸、甲基反丁烯二酸、反丁烯二酸、甲基顺丁烯二酸及其碱金属盐及铵盐。其它合适的单烯属不饱和酸包含烯丙基膦酸、异丙稀膦酸、乙烯基膦酸及其碱金属盐及铵盐。最优选地,一或多个单烯属不饱和羧酸为丙烯酸及甲基丙烯酸。
合适的聚羧酸共聚物可包括与一或多个无单烯属不饱和酸的单体共聚的一或多个单烯属不饱和酸单体。

优选的共聚单体为顺丁烯二酸与乙酸乙烯酯、丙烯酸与乙酸乙烯酯、丙烯酸与N-丁叔基丙烯酰胺、甲基丙烯酸与乙酸乙烯酯、甲基丙烯酸与N-丁叔基丙烯酰胺,更优选地为丙烯酸与甲基丙烯酸,其中所得聚合物可由本文中以上所描述的仅仅两个单体组成,或包括所描述的两个单体及一或多个额外单体。
单烯属不饱和酸以按所述聚合单体的总重量计等于或大于50重量%、优选地等于或大于60重量%并且更优选地等于或大于70重量%的量存在于共聚物中。单烯属不饱和酸以按所述聚合单体的总重量计等于或小于98重量%、优选地等于或小于90重量%并且更优选地等于或小于80重量%的量存在于共聚物中。
一或多个单烯属不饱和酸与苯乙烯磺酸或其盐聚合。在苯乙烯磺酸(及其盐)当中,优选地使用4-苯乙烯磺酸。
所述苯乙烯磺酸以按所述聚合单体的总重量计等于或大于2重量%、优选地等于或大于10重量%并且更优选地等于或大于20重量%的量存在于聚羧酸共聚物中。所述苯乙烯磺酸以按所述聚合单体的总重量计等于或小于50重量%、优选地等于或小于40重量%并且更优选地等于或小于30重量%的量存在于聚羧酸共聚物中。
当聚羧酸共聚物包括衍生于不饱和聚羧酸(及/或其盐)及/或苯乙烯磺酸(及/或其盐)的单元时,优选地使用所述酸的钠盐、钾盐或铵盐。当存在一或多种盐时,每种盐按所述聚合单体的总重量计优选地等于或小于30重量%,更优选地等于或小于20重量%,更优选地等于或小于15重量%,更优选地等于或小于10重量%,更优选地等于或小于5重量%,更优选地等于或小于1重量%。
本发明的水溶液包括按所述水溶液的总重量计1重量%到50重量%的聚羧酸盐共聚物。优选地,所述聚羧酸共聚物以按所述水溶液的总重量计等于或大于1重量%、更优选地等于或大于5重量%并且甚至更优选地等于或大于10重量%的量存在于本发明的水溶液中。优选地,所述聚羧酸共聚物以按所述水溶液的总重量计等于或小于60重量%、更优选地等于或小于50重量%并且甚至更优选地等于或小于20重量%的量存在于本发明的水溶液中。
优选地,所述聚羧酸共聚物为具有等于或小于50,000重均分子量的低分子量聚合物。优选地,所述聚羧酸共聚物的重均分子量等于或大于1,000道尔顿,更优选地等于或大于1,000道尔顿并且甚至更优选等于或大于5,000道尔顿。优选地,所述聚羧酸共聚物的重均分子量等于或小于50,000道尔顿重量%,更优选地等于或小于40,000道尔顿并且甚至更优选等于或小于30,000道尔顿。
可以在实验室中进行实验来测定有效的最低抑制剂浓度(MIC),其在模拟生产条件下仅抑制无机垢形成。操作员能够快速并精确地测定在所产生的流体中阻垢剂的量并且将此与所述所产生的MIC值进行比较,这允许所述操作员在必要或需要时决定后退储集层或增加顶侧添加速率以确保不会由于无机垢沉积而对其储集层或设备造成损坏。
本发明的非热老化阻垢剂的有效MIC等于或小于30ppm,更优选地等于或小于25ppm,并且最优选地等于或小于10ppm。本发明的200℃热老化阻垢剂的有效最低抑制剂浓度(MIC)等于或小于20ppm,更优选地等于或小于15ppm,并且最优选地等于或小于10ppm。优选地,本发明的阻垢剂在MIC未老化与MIC老化@200℃之间的MIC(MICΔ)中具有等于或小于50%、优选地等于或小于25%、优选地等于或小于20%并且最优选地等于或小于15%的%差值,其中

根据一些实施例,本发明的阻垢聚合物组合物可用于处理包括其中很可能形成垢的水***的操作的水***中的垢。包括水***的示范性操作包含(但不限于):冷却塔水***(包含敞开式再循环、密闭式再循环及直流式***);用于石油井、气井、井下地层及油砂的油气回收操作,包含热回收操作,例如蒸汽辅助重力泄油(SAGD)、蒸汽驱、蒸汽吞吐(CSS)及火烧油层;地热井;锅炉及锅炉水***;包含洗矿、浮选及矿选的矿物质工艺水;造纸厂蒸煮器、洗涤器、漂白厂及白水***;纸浆工业中的黑液蒸发器;气体洗涤器及空气洗涤器;冶金工业中的连铸工艺;空调及制冷***;工业及石油工艺用水;间接接触冷却及加热水,例如巴氏灭菌水;水回收及净化***;膜过滤水***;食品加工物料流(肉类、蔬菜、甜菜、甘蔗、谷类、家禽、水果及大豆);及废物处理***以及澄清剂、液固应用、城市污水处理及工业或城市水***。
本发明的优选实施例是一种用于油或气体生产井及/或地层的阻垢处理的方法。可以通过毛细管注入及/或通过挤注处理来将本发明的阻垢组合物引入到水***中。
可以经过化学注入线在顶侧或井下进行阻垢剂的毛细管注入。在注入器井中,尤其是用于采出水回注或在产生井物料流时可能需要井口或井下处的毛细管注入。也已进行注入器井中的毛细管注入来防止在产生井中结垢。通常在井口处的顶侧进行毛细管注入到采出水中,所述井口可以注入例如缓蚀剂的其它生产化学制品。实际上,许多阻垢剂与某些缓蚀剂不相容。还可以在毛细管柱可用或经过气举注入***的情况下将阻垢剂注入井下。在气举注入中,将例如乙二醇的低蒸气压溶剂(蒸气压抑制剂(vapor pressuredepressant,VPD))添加到阻垢剂水溶液中以避免阻垢剂的过度溶剂蒸发及“胶粘”是至关重要的。另外,可能需要乙二醇或某一其它水合物抑制剂来抑制气体水合物形成。与阻垢剂掺合的除垢剂也已部署在气举***中。
对于毛细管注入应用,本发明的水性阻垢剂组合物中的聚羧酸共聚物的浓度按所述水性阻垢剂组合物的总重量计等于或大于1重量%,优选地等于或大于5重量%,更优选地等于或大于10重量%,更优选地等于或大于15重量%,更优选地等于或大于20重量%,并且更优选地等于或大于25重量%。对于毛细管注入应用,本发明的水性阻垢剂组合物中的聚羧酸共聚物的浓度按所述水性阻垢剂组合物的总重量计等于或小于90重量%,优选地等于或小于80重量%,更优选地等于或小于70重量%,更优选地等于或小于60重量%,更优选地等于或小于50重量%,更优选地等于或小于40重量%,更优选地等于或小于35重量%,并且更优选地等于或小于30重量%。
一些阻垢剂的井下注入可导致井下腐蚀速率增加。
阻垢挤注处理的基本想法是保护井下免于垢沉积及地层损坏。当然,抑制剂将继续在井口上方起作用,保护管道免于结垢,但是在顶侧可能需要另一剂量的阻垢剂。在挤注处理中,将阻垢剂溶液注入到大于地层压力的井中,由此抑制剂溶液将被推动到近井地层岩石孔隙中。随后通常将所述井关闭数小时的时间以使得抑制剂通过各种机构保留在岩石基质中。当所述井再次放回到物料流上时,采出水将通过已保留化学制品的孔隙,溶解其中的一些。以此方式,采出水应含有足以防止垢沉积的阻垢剂。当抑制剂的浓度低于MIC(防止垢沉积的最低抑制剂浓度)时,所述井应重新挤注。自然地,长时间挤注将使总体井下垢处理成本保持最低。
在一个实施例中,可以在载体溶剂(通常是盐水)中稀释用于挤注应用的阻垢聚合物组合物,并且将其以最佳径向距离传播到产油层中,在所述产油层中保留所述阻垢聚合物组合物并且随后在正常井生产期间将其缓慢地释放回到水相中。在一个实施例中,挤注工艺通常包含与表面活性剂(0.1重量%)一起应用阻垢聚合物的稀溶液以净化并冷却附近井筒。一旦净化,即引入在5重量%与20重量%之间的高浓度阻垢聚合物溶液,随后引入低浓度的阻垢聚合物溶液。保持溶液与储集层接触可有效地使得吸收平衡的一段时间,在此之后井恢复生产。地层的粘着力使得阻垢聚合物保留在近井筒区域内而不会在油/水乳液中泵送。
尽管化学制品的挤注应用是处理井下垢的最常见方法中的一个,但也可通过常用于海上的其它技术来应用所述产物,所述技术包含气举注入、井下环形空间注入、囊封或可溶性基质技术、经过脐部或实际上二次顶侧处理的海底井口注入,以在工艺条件改变结垢倾向时增强抑制剂性能。
在优选实施例中,本发明的阻垢组合物用于在高温及/或高压条件下(例如在油或气生产井中)处理垢。阻垢组合物可用以在温度为至少约100℃或处于约120℃到约230℃的范围内的条件下处理垢。阻垢组合物也可用以在压力为至少约5,000psi或处于约5,000psi到约35,000psi的范围内的条件下处理垢。在特定实施例中,阻垢处理在约120℃到约230℃的温度及约5,000到35,000psi的压力下。
阻垢剂聚合物及/或组合物可以有效地产生任何必要的或所需效果的量使用。在一个实施例中,所述实施例的阻垢剂组合物的有效量可取决于存在于待处理的特定***及阻垢聚合物中的阻垢部分中的一或多个条件,如本领域的技术人员将理解。所述有效量可能受到例如经受沉积的区域、温度、水量以及潜在的垢及沉积物形成物质的水中的相应浓度等因素的影响。
对于挤注应用,本发明的水性阻垢剂组合物中的聚羧酸共聚物的浓度按所述水性阻垢剂组合物的总重量计等于或大于1重量%,优选地等于或大于5重量%,更优选地等于或大于10重量%,更优选地等于或大于20重量%,并且更优选地等于或大于30重量%。对于挤注应用,本发明的水性阻垢剂组合物中的聚羧酸共聚物的浓度按所述水性阻垢剂组合物的总重量计等于或小于60重量%,优选地等于或小于50重量%,并且更优选地等于或小于40重量%。
在本发明的一个实施例中,本发明的水性阻垢剂组合物包括聚合物按水性阻垢剂组合物的总重量计的10重量%、更优选地为15、更优选地为16、更优选地为17、更优选地为18、更优选地为19、更优选地为20、更优选地为21、更优选地为22、更优选地为23、更优选地为24、更优选地为25、更优选地为26、更优选地为27、更优选地为28、更优选地为29、更优选地为30、更优选地为31、更优选地为32、更优选地为33、更优选地为34或更优选地为35重量%。
根据各种实施例,根据本发明的处理组合物将在阻垢剂聚合物以等于或小于百万分之500份(ppm)的量级使用时是有效的。在一些实施例中,所述组合物在浓度为至少1ppm、优选地为1ppm到100ppm时是有效的;并且在另其它实施例中,有效浓度为1到约50ppm。在某些实施例中,所述聚合物的有效浓度等于或小于10ppm,优选地等于或小于20ppm,更优选地等于或小于30ppm,更优选地等于或小于40ppm或甚至更优选地等于或小于50ppm。在各种实施例中,可以固定数量法将所述处理组合物直接添加到待处理的所需含水***中,其条件是随后调整pH值以中和如上文所提及的聚合物,或可将所述处理组合物提供为水溶液并且在一些应用可能需要时连续地或间歇地将其添加到含水***。
实例
在用于抑制有效性的测试盐水溶液中评估包括本发明的聚羧酸共聚物(实例1)及非本发明的聚羧酸共聚物(比较实例A)的阻垢剂水溶液。对在环境条件下制备的样品及对已在帕尔反应器中的压力下老化的样品在200℃下进行评估维持五天。对于每一比较实例A及实例1,评估包括变化的阻垢剂浓度的五个不同样品:每百万(ppm)阻垢剂2份、4份、6份、10份及20份。
在实例1中所评估的阻垢剂是低分子量聚丙烯酸共聚物,其包括具有约27,000道尔顿的重量平均Mw的75重量%丙烯酸及25重量%苯乙烯磺酸)。
在比较实例A中所评估的阻垢剂是低分子量聚丙烯酸共聚物,其包括可用作来自陶氏化学公司的ACCENTTM 1120的具有约7,600道尔顿的重量平均Mw的77重量%丙烯酸及23重量%2-丙烯酰胺-2-甲基丙烷磺酸(AMPS)。
阻垢剂的热老化主要在挤注应用类型条件下进行。阻垢剂在放置在通风烤箱中的内衬有聚四氟乙烯的帕尔酸消化高压容器中经测试为无硫酸根海水中的20wt%溶液。
阻垢剂水溶液的制备
阻垢剂溶解于合成的无硫酸根海水中。表1中描述无硫酸根海水的组合物。将适量的阻垢剂添加到6盎司的玻璃瓶中并用适量无硫酸根海水稀释以制备20wt%活性溶液。接着封盖并手动摇晃所述瓶以充分混合。

未老化阻垢剂水溶液的制备。
对于比较实例A及实例1两者,在250mL塑料瓶中使用去离子水制得阻垢剂的1000ppm水溶液。
老化阻垢剂水溶液的制备。
称重帕尔容器PTFE内衬并且随后以抑制剂溶液填充(注意:所添加的抑制剂溶液的量等于或小于PTFE杯容量的60%)。称重PTFE内衬及溶液并记录重量。比较实例A及实例1的所述样品放置于装备有PTFE内衬的帕尔容器中。在密封所述容器之前,使氮气鼓泡通过溶液维持30分钟并且随后在真空下脱气溶液。一旦脱气,即密封容器并在200℃下加热五天。五天之后,从所述帕尔反应器移除容器且允许其冷却到环境温度达24小时。在老化之后,在视觉上,比较实例A变成黑色带有沉淀物,而实例1颜色略微改变不带有沉淀物。
测试盐水溶液的制备。
用于评估比较实例A及实例1的阻垢有效性的测试盐水溶液的组合物根据NACETM0374方法制造且为含有钙的盐水溶液与含有碳酸氢盐的盐水溶液的组合。通过添加12.15g CaCl22H20、3.68g MgCl26H2O以及33g NaCl且用去离子水溶解到1,000mL来制备1,000mL含有钙的盐水溶液。通过添加7.36g NaHCO3和33g NaCl且用去离子水溶解到1,000mL来制备1,000mL含有碳酸氢盐的盐水。在评估比较实例A及实例1的阻垢有效性之前,通过将1:1比率的含有钙的盐水与含有碳酸氢盐的盐水储备溶液组合来制备测试盐水溶液。紧接着,在组合所述盐水溶液之前,通过使CO2气体以每30分钟250mL的速率鼓泡通过烧结玻璃分散体导管来在室温下用CO2气体分别充满各盐水溶液。
用于阻垢评估的阻垢剂样品制备。
将50mL的各CO2饱和含钙盐水及含有碳酸氢盐的盐水储备溶液添加到125mL玻璃瓶中。将来自未老化1,000ppm溶液或比较实例A及实例1的200℃老化20%溶液的适当的量添加到100mL测试盐水溶液中,以提供包括2、4、6、10及20ppm的阻垢剂的未老化及200℃老化盐水溶液。在添加阻垢剂之后,用膈膜帽密封所述瓶且紧接着搅拌所述瓶以混合内容物。为各样品制备一式两份测试溶液。还制备、密封并搅拌无阻垢剂的盐水的空白溶液(50mL的各CO2饱和盐水溶液)。将测试瓶放置于约71℃下的烘箱中24小时。随后移除并冷却到环境温度持续不超过两小时的时间。
电感耦合等离子体(ICP)测试。
通过ICP使用来自堀场集团(Horiba)的JY 2ICP ULTIMATM 2来测定阻垢。根据以下程序制备用于ICP分析的样品:
-经由过滤注射器,将大约1g抑制剂溶液添加到50mL ICP小瓶中,
-用0.25N HCI溶液将样品稀释到大约40g,
-用0.25N HCl将大约0.5g含有钙的盐水储备溶液(未加热,无CO2鼓泡)添加到40g以用作空白参考样品,
-加盖各ICP小瓶并充分混合内容物,
-记录各样品的重量,
并且
-测定钙离子浓度。
由对照样品用存在于盐水中的钙离子及其它离子的已知浓度制备钙离子浓度校准曲线。通过选择无机盐,准确地称重所需量,并且用去离子水对其进行溶解来制备标准样品。在使用之前利用沃特曼(Whatman)滤纸过滤各标准样品。所述标准样品的组合物展示于表2中。

通过ICP测定各样品的钙离子浓度。根据NACE TM0374方法,一式两份样品的钙离子浓度值通常相差2%或更大。钙离子浓度的5%差值被认为是不可接受的,且舍弃此结果并重复测试。
根据下式计算抑制%:
抑制%=[Ca样品]-[Ca“0 ppm”]/([Ca空白组]/2-[Ca“0ppm”])
其中:
[Ca样品]=在沉淀之后包括阻垢剂的样品中的钙离子浓度,
[Ca“0ppm”]=在沉淀之后没有阻垢剂的空白组中的钙离子浓度,

盐水制备=单独地制备盐水1及盐水2,以便保持结垢阳离子(盐水1)与结垢阴离子(盐水2)分离,以使得以50:50比率混合盐水1及盐水2将得到所需测试盐水组合物。在使用之前用0.45μm过滤器过滤盐水1及盐水2。盐水1及盐水2的50:50混合物的pH值将pH值为6.2定为目标。
测试=将盐水1及盐水2分别地注入到钻机中。一旦在温度及压力下,其即通过微孔结垢线圈混合。跨线圈记录压差以建立记录为随时间变化的结垢程度。
空白组测试=装配1m SS316线圈,启动泵来使蒸馏水流经测试模式中的线圈,并且将***压力调整到所需的250psi。随后,用所需盐水在测试出口模式中起动泵并且使***恢复测试模式。加热烤箱至100℃。随后,用注入盐水1的泵1、注入盐水2的泵2来启动空白组测试。在盐水流经线圈时记录增加压差的基线。测量大于先前跨线圈测定的盐水基线的压差增加到1psi所消耗的时间。允许完全按比例调整压差的差值(10psi为压差阈值),随后记录所述压差及时间。
线圈净化=用10%柠檬酸以2ml/分钟冲洗线圈2到3小时。用蒸馏水以2ml/分钟到5ml/分钟冲洗线圈2到3小时。检查压差以确保其返回到原始值,从而确保线圈是干净的以开始下一实验。
MIC(最低抑制剂浓度)实验=在盐水2中制备待测试的阻垢剂溶液。用盐水2储备溶液中的抑制剂以5ml/分钟起动泵3。用所需盐水起动泵1及泵2。启动适当的化学制品MIC测试解析。阻垢剂的MIC测试解析的一实施例为:40ppm(盐水2中的阻垢剂)维持30分钟,随后30ppm维持30分钟,随后25ppm维持30分钟,随后20ppm维持30分钟,随后15ppm维持30分钟,随后10ppm维持30分钟。允许完全按比例调整并记录压差、最终阻垢剂浓度及实验时间。在老化之前及之后的实例1及比较实例A的结果展示于表5中。

Claims (8)
1.一种用于对包括水***的操作进行阻垢处理的方法,包括将水性阻垢组合物引入到所述水***中的步骤,其中所述水性阻垢组合物包括聚羧酸共聚物,所述聚羧酸共聚物包括以下单体:
i)一或多个单烯属不饱和酸及/或酸酐及/或其盐中的一种
及
ii)苯乙烯磺酸及/或其盐中的一种。
2.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中
i)所述一或多个单烯属不饱和酸及/或酸酐及/或其盐中的一种为丙烯酸、甲基丙烯酸,或其混合物
并且
ii)所述苯乙烯磺酸及/或其盐中的一种为4-苯乙烯磺酸。
3.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中
i)所述一或多个单烯属不饱和酸及/或酸酐及/或其盐中的一种以50到98重量%的量存在
并且
ii)苯乙烯磺酸及/或其盐中的一种以2到50重量%的量存在,
其中重量百分比按所述聚合单体的所述总重量计。
4.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中所述聚羧酸共聚物为由具有1,000到50,000道尔顿的重均分子量的丙烯酸及4-苯乙烯磺酸组成的共聚物。
5.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中通过挤注处理来引入所述水性阻垢组合物。
6.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中通过毛细管注入处理来引入所述水性阻垢组合物。
7.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中所述包括水***的操作为锅炉、油气生产井或地热井。
8.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中所述包括水***的操作为蒸汽辅助重力泄油(SAGD)或蒸汽驱。
