In this embodiment, the water spraying holes 222 may be specifically configured as round holes, square holes or holes with other shapes according to the needs, which is not limited by the present invention. Further, the pore diameter of the shower hole 222 is preferably in the range of 1 mm to 5 mm. It will be appreciated that if the shower aperture 222 is too small, the water output will be too small; if the water spraying holes 222 are too large, water drops are not easily formed, and the cleaning effect is affected. When the water spraying hole 222 is a non-circular hole, the aperture of the water spraying hole 222 refers to the equivalent aperture of the water spraying hole 222.
In this embodiment, the water tank is preferably integrally formed at the bottom of the housing 1 to recover the water sprayed from the shower rack 2. In the technical scheme of the invention, the water pump 3 pumps water in the water tank into the water spraying part 22 of the water sprayer, and the water falls from the water spraying holes 222 of the water spraying part 22, so that a water spraying area positioned in the air treatment air duct is formed below the water spraying part 22; the air enters the air treatment air channel from the air inlet 11 of the air treatment module, and when passing through the water spraying area, the air can be cleaned and purified by water drops in the water spraying area, meanwhile, the air humidity is increased, and then the air flows out of the air treatment module from the air outlet 12, so that the requirements of users on the air quality can be met; meanwhile, the air treatment air duct and the heat exchange air duct of the air conditioner are mutually independent, so that the heat exchange process of the air is not influenced in the process of treating the air by the air treatment module, and the air conditioner can stably operate; meanwhile, compared with the technical scheme that the air treatment module is independently arranged, more space can be saved for a user, so that the structure of the air conditioner is more compact, and the space is fully and reasonably utilized while a new function is provided for the user.
Referring to fig. 3, 6 and 7, in the present embodiment, the shower portion 22 is generally provided in a plate shape. The water inlet is typically formed on the side of the shower portion 22, although the water inlet may be formed on the upper surface of the shower portion 22. Preferably, the water spraying part 22 is provided with a water inlet joint 221 at the water inlet to facilitate connection of the water pipe with the water inlet. In addition, the plurality of water spraying holes 222 are preferably arranged in a row on the lower surface of the water spraying part 22 to facilitate batch processing of the water spraying holes 222, and in this embodiment, the water spraying holes 222 are provided with a plurality of rows.
Referring to fig. 4 and 5 together, the shower rack 2 further includes a flow dividing portion 23 installed below the shower portion 22 at intervals and mounted on the support portion 21, and the flow dividing portion 23 has a plurality of flow dividing holes 231 penetrating up and down. Obviously, the shunt portion 23 also has a porous structure. It can be understood that the diversion portion 23 is located in the water spraying area, so that water flowing out from the water spraying portion 22 flows onto the diversion portion 23, and is sprayed again through the porous structure of the diversion portion 23, so that the contact between air and water is increased, and the air purifying effect and the air humidifying effect are improved.
In this embodiment, the diversion portion 23 preferably includes a plurality of diagonal flow plates 232 arranged in parallel and spaced apart in the horizontal direction, so that the plurality of diagonal flow plates 232 space apart a plurality of diversion openings facing the water spraying portion 22, and water flowing out from the water spraying portion 22 flows from each diversion opening onto the corresponding diagonal flow plate 232; it is understood that the inclined flow plate 232 is inclined to the vertical direction, and can play a role in guiding flow. In this embodiment, the lower end of each diagonal flow plate 232 is connected with a diversion plate 233 disposed at an obtuse angle with the diagonal flow plate, and a plurality of diversion holes 231 are disposed on the diversion plate 233, so that the water flow guided from the diagonal flow plate 232 to the diversion plate 233 can be sprayed again through the porous structure on the diversion plate 233, thereby increasing the contact between air and water. However, the present design is not limited thereto, and in other embodiments, the flow dividing portion 23 may be directly served by a porous plate.
In this embodiment, the split portion 23 further includes a mounting frame 234, and the plurality of diagonal flow plates 232 are fixed to the mounting frame 234. The supporting portion 21 includes two supporting plates 211 respectively disposed at two ends of the water spraying portion 22 in the horizontal direction, and supporting rails 212 are disposed on inner sides of the two supporting plates 211, and the supporting rails 212 extend in the horizontal direction and are detachably inserted into the mounting frame 234 of the diverting portion 23, so that the diverting portion 23 can be conveniently assembled and disassembled. In the present embodiment, the shower rack 2 may have only one flow dividing portion 23, or may have a plurality of flow dividing portions at intervals in the vertical direction; when the flow dividing portions 23 are provided in plural at intervals, the inner side surface of each support plate 211 is provided in plural support rails 212 correspondingly at intervals in the up-down direction.
Referring to fig. 3, further, the shower rack 2 further includes a noise reduction structure 24 disposed below the shower portion 22 and mounted on the support portion 21, and the noise reduction structure 24 is disposed adjacent to the bottom of the housing 1, so as to reduce noise of the sprayed water drops falling into the bottom of the housing 1; in this embodiment, the water tank is integrally formed at the bottom of the housing 1, so the noise reduction structure 24 can reduce the noise of water drops falling into the water tank, thereby reducing the noise influence of the air processing module on the user, and enabling the user to obtain better user experience. It will be appreciated that in the present invention, when the shower stand 2 is provided with the diverting portion 23, the noise reducing structure 24 is located below the diverting portion 23.
In this embodiment, preferably, the noise reduction structure 24 includes a plurality of noise reduction plates 241 disposed in parallel and at intervals in the horizontal direction, and the noise reduction plates 241 are disposed obliquely to the vertical direction; it can be appreciated that the arrangement of the noise reduction plate 241 can prevent noise caused by direct dripping of water drops into the water tank, and the inclined noise reduction plate 241 can delay the speed of water drops flowing into the water tank, so that the noise of water drops converging into the water tank is further reduced, and a good noise reduction effect is achieved. However, the design is not limited thereto, and in other embodiments, the noise reduction structure 24 may be a plate-like structure made of a sound absorbing material such as a sound absorbing sponge.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, in the present embodiment, further, an air inlet 11 and an air outlet 12 are formed on two side plates of the housing 1, which are opposite in the horizontal direction, respectively. The air treatment module further comprises a centrifugal fan 4 arranged at the air outlet 12, wherein the air inlet side of the centrifugal fan 4 is communicated with the air outlet 12, and the air outlet side is upward. It can be understood that the centrifugal fan 4 has the effects of large air volume and far air supply. In addition, the air outlet side of the centrifugal fan 4 is upward, so that heavy clean and moist air can be conveyed to a higher position of the indoor space, and the clean and moist air can be conveniently diffused in the indoor space.
The invention also provides an air conditioner which comprises an air treatment module, wherein the specific structure of the air treatment module refers to the embodiment, and as the air conditioner adopts all the technical schemes of all the embodiments, the air conditioner at least has all the beneficial effects brought by the technical schemes of the embodiments, and the detailed description is omitted. Generally, for an air conditioner including a separate indoor unit and outdoor unit, an air treatment module is generally provided on the indoor unit; of course, the air treatment module may be disposed on the outdoor unit, but in this case, the air inlet and the air outlet of the air treatment module are usually connected to the indoor space through ventilation pipes.
The foregoing description is only of the preferred embodiments of the present invention and is not intended to limit the scope of the invention, and all equivalent structural changes made by the description of the present invention and the accompanying drawings or direct/indirect application in other related technical fields are included in the scope of the invention.
