Abstract

The invention discloses a fixing structure of a check valve mounting seat, comprising: a seat plate having a setting hole and at least one hollow part; a lower tube, the top end of which is aligned with the setting hole, and the outer wall surface of the lower tube is provided with at least one lug which protrudes outwards; and a mounting seat having an upper sleeve portion, a shoulder portion and a lower sleeve portion; the lower sleeve part extends outwards to form at least one convex part, and the lower sleeve part extends upwards from the bottom end to form at least one first channel and extends from the top end of the first channel to one side to form at least one second channel; wherein the lower sleeve is sleeved on the lower pipe, the at least one convex part also passes through the at least one hollow part, and in addition, the at least one lug enters the at least one first channel; after the mounting base is rotated by a preset angle, the at least one lug enters the at least one second channel, and the at least one convex part is at least partially moved to the position below the seat plate.

Technical Field

Background
Taiwan patent No. M391600 discloses a conventional check valve installation method. As can be seen from the drawings, the check valve is disposed in a drainage connector set 20, and the drainage connector set is fixed by a screw connection (as shown in fig. 1) or by a locking slot with a locking piece 60 (as shown in fig. 3).
However, in the conventional manner disclosed in the foregoing, the screwing relationship may be reversed and loosened under the action of external force, which may cause the problem of falling off or poor fixation; the clamping groove is clamped and the buckling piece is added, so that the clamping groove is likely to fall off easily when being impacted because the clamping relation of the clamping groove is not tight enough, and the falling test cannot be passed.
Disclosure of Invention
The present invention is directed to a retaining structure for a check valve seat, which provides a good retaining effect and is less likely to be accidentally loosened due to external force.
Therefore, the present invention provides a fixing structure of a check valve mounting seat, comprising: a seat board, which is provided with a setting hole and at least one hollow part which extends outwards from the edge of the setting hole and is communicated with the setting hole; the lower pipe is arranged on the seat board and is positioned below the seat board, the lower pipe is provided with a top end aligned with the arrangement hole, and the outer wall surface of the lower pipe is provided with at least one convex block which protrudes outwards; the mounting seat is provided with an upper sleeve part, a shoulder part and a lower sleeve part, wherein the shoulder part extends outwards and annularly from the upper sleeve part, the lower sleeve part extends downwards from the shoulder part, and the upper sleeve part is communicated with the interior of the lower sleeve part in space; the center of the upper sleeve part is provided with a through hole, the caliber of the lower sleeve part is larger than that of the upper sleeve part, the bottom surface of the shoulder part positioned in the enclosing range of the lower sleeve part is defined as a pressing surface, the lower sleeve part extends outwards to form at least one convex part, the lower sleeve part extends upwards from the bottom end to form at least one first channel with a preset length, and horizontally extends from the top end of the first channel to one side to form at least one second channel with a preset length; wherein the lower sleeve portion passes through the setting hole from top to bottom and is sleeved on the lower tube, the at least one convex portion also passes through the at least one hollow-out portion from top to bottom, and in addition, the at least one bump enters the at least one first channel; the mounting seat is in the sleeved relation, after the mounting seat rotates for a preset angle, the at least one lug enters the at least one second channel, and the at least one convex part moves to the position below the seat plate at least partially.
By means of the at least one convex part being at least partially located below the seat plate, the effect of resisting against the seat plate and preventing the mounting seat from being separated upwards can be achieved; in addition, the at least one lug enters the at least one second channel through the at least one first channel, so that the effect of clamping the mounting seat on the lower pipe can be achieved. By the double fixing relationship, the mounting seat is firmly fixed to the down tube and the seat plate, and has a good fixing effect.

The following detailed description of the embodiments of the present invention with reference to the drawings and specific examples is provided for further understanding the objects, aspects and effects of the present invention, but not for limiting the scope of the appended claims.
As shown in fig. 1 to 7, a fixing structure 10 of a check valve mounting seat according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention mainly comprises a seat plate 11, a lower tube 21 and a mounting seat 31, wherein:
the seat plate 11 has a setting hole 12 and at least one hollow portion 13 extending outward from the edge of the setting hole 12 and communicating with the setting hole 12.
The down tube 21 is disposed on the seat plate 11 and located under the seat plate 11, the down tube 21 has a top end aligned with the installation hole 12, and the outer wall surface of the down tube 21 has at least one protrusion 22 protruding outwards.
The mounting seat 31 has an upper sleeve portion 32, a shoulder portion 34 extending from the upper sleeve portion 32 in an annular shape, and a lower sleeve portion 36 extending from the shoulder portion 34 to a lower position, wherein the upper sleeve portion 32 is in spatial communication with the interior of the lower sleeve portion 36. The upper sleeve portion 32 has a through hole 321 in the center, the diameter of the lower sleeve portion 36 is larger than that of the upper sleeve portion 32, the bottom surface of the shoulder 34 within the range surrounded by the lower sleeve portion 36 defines a pressed surface 341, the lower sleeve portion 36 extends at least one protrusion 361 outward, the lower sleeve portion 36 extends at least one first channel 362 with a predetermined length from the bottom end upward, and at least one second channel 363 with a predetermined length from the top end of the first channel 362 horizontally extends to one side.

In addition, a space S is further formed between the pressing surface 341 and the top edge of the lower tube 21, the check valve 91 has a ring 92, and the pressing surface 341 forms a ring wall 342 downward. When the valve is installed, the ring 92 of the check valve 91 is located in the space S and clamped by the ring wall 342 of the pressing surface 341 and the top edge of the lower pipe 21, so as to achieve the effect of stable combination. The ring wall 342 further provides a concentrated gripping force to create a snap-like effect.

1. A fixing structure of a check valve mounting seat is characterized by comprising:
a seat board, which is provided with a setting hole and at least one hollow part which extends outwards from the edge of the setting hole and is communicated with the setting hole;
the lower pipe is arranged on the seat board and is positioned below the seat board, the lower pipe is provided with a top end aligned with the arrangement hole, and the outer wall surface of the lower pipe is provided with at least one convex block which protrudes outwards; and

wherein the lower sleeve portion passes through the setting hole from top to bottom and is sleeved on the lower tube, the at least one convex portion also passes through the at least one hollow-out portion from top to bottom, and in addition, the at least one bump enters the at least one first channel; the mounting base is in the nesting relation, after rotating a preset angle, the at least one lug enters the at least one second channel, and the at least one convex part is at least partially moved to the lower part of the seat plate;
