Description

Washing machine
[ technical field ] A method for producing a semiconductor device
The present invention relates to a laundry machine comprising a laundry treatment chamber, a treatment agent dosing device for dosing a treatment agent to the laundry treatment chamber, and a treatment agent delivery passage fluidly connecting the treatment agent dosing device and the laundry treatment chamber.
[ background of the invention ]
Publication No. CN102741472A discloses an automatic dosing system for laundry treatment agent for a washing machine. The automatic dosing system comprises a manual dosing chamber and two storage chambers. The two storage chambers are respectively provided with a water immersion pump. The treating agent in the storage chamber is pumped out by the soaking pump and then enters the output pipe. In order to flush the treatment agent in the manual dosing chamber or the outlet pipe into the laundry treatment tub, a fresh water supply line supplies fresh water to the manual dosing chamber or the outlet pipe, respectively.
The drawbacks of this automatic dosing system are: usually, the fresh water supply line can only be supplied with water alternatively to the manual dosing chamber or the outlet pipe according to a programmed setting, so that the fresh water supply line must have a more complicated setting, for example, a water circuit is provided for each of the manual dosing chamber and the outlet pipe, and a water valve is provided for each water circuit, or a water circuit switching mechanism is provided for the fresh water supply line. The arrangement is not only complex in mechanism, but also high in cost. In addition, the top of the output pipe is covered by a cover, which is not beneficial to cleaning. The sanitary problem is easy to generate after long-term use.
[ summary of the invention ]
It is an object of the present invention to overcome or reduce the above-mentioned drawbacks of the prior art, simplifying an automatic dosing system of laundry treatment agents and making it easy to clean.
In view of the above, the present invention provides a washing machine comprising a laundry treatment chamber, a treatment agent dosing device for dosing a treatment agent to the laundry treatment chamber, and a treatment agent delivery passage fluidly connecting the treatment agent dosing device and the laundry treatment chamber, the treatment agent dosing device comprising at least one storage chamber for storing a treatment agent and a manual dosing chamber for manually dosing the treatment agent, wherein the manual dosing chamber has an outlet at a bottom thereof, communicating with the treatment agent delivery passage, the at least one storage chamber being provided with a dosing device controlled by a control device, the outlet of the dosing device being fluidly connected to the manual dosing chamber, and a fresh water supply passage being fluidly connected to the manual dosing chamber.
Because the automatically dosed treating agent and the manually added treating agent are added into the manual adding chamber before entering the treating chamber, the clear water supply channel only needs one outlet communicated with the manual adding chamber, thereby having simple structure and saving the design and manufacturing cost. In addition, the manual addition chamber is often open for easy cleaning.
Preferably, the triggering and dosing of the dispensing device is controlled by the control device.
Preferably, the treatment agent dispensing device comprises two storage chambers for storing the detergent and the softener, respectively, each storage chamber being provided with a dispensing device, respectively. The two dispensing devices can output the detergent and the softener to the manual adding chamber in advance according to the control of the control device.
In order to control the supply of the clean water, a water valve controlled by a control device is arranged on the clean water supply channel. After the detergent or the softener is output to the manual adding chamber by any one of the two dispensing devices, the control device enables the water valve to be opened, so that the clean water flows to the manual adding chamber through the clean water supply channel, and the detergent or the softener and the clean water in the manual adding chamber are mixed and then flushed into the clothes treating chamber through the treating agent conveying channel.
Preferably, the control means is provided with a plurality of processing programs and controls the dispensing means in accordance with the processing program selected by the user.
Preferably, the manual addition chamber is located adjacent to the storage chamber, thus facilitating the dispensing device to output the treatment agent to the manual addition chamber.
Further, the treating agent dispensing device comprises a first storage compartment and a second storage compartment, each located on either side of the manual addition compartment or at least partially arranged around the manual addition compartment.
The invention will be further described with reference to the accompanying drawings.
[ description of the drawings ]
FIG. 1 is a schematic plan view of a treating agent dispensing device;
fig. 2 is a connection diagram of parts of components of the washing machine.
[ detailed description ] embodiments
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the washing machine 1 has a laundry treatment chamber 2, and a treating agent dispensing device 4 for dispensing a treating agent to the laundry treatment chamber 2 is fluidly connected to the laundry treatment chamber 2 through a treating agent delivery passage 6. The fresh water supply channel 8 is in fluid connection with the treatment agent dosing device 4 and supplies fresh water to the treatment agent dosing device 4, so that the treatment agent added in the treatment agent dosing device 4 is flushed into the treatment chamber 2 via the transfer channel 6.
The treating agent dispensing device 4 has a first storage chamber 41 for storing detergent, a second storage chamber 42 for storing softener, and a manual addition chamber 43 for manually adding treating agent. The first storage chamber 41 and the second storage chamber 42 are disposed adjacent to the manual adding chamber 43, and surround both sides and the rear side of the manual adding chamber 43. Wherein the front side refers to a side close to the user's approach direction. The first and second storage chambers 41 and 42 are covered at the top by a cover 40 and are provided with a first treating agent adding port 44 and a second treating agent adding port 45, respectively, for adding a treating agent for multiple use. The manual addition chamber 43 has an open top.
The manual addition chamber 43 has an outlet 46 at the bottom thereof, which communicates with the treating agent feed passage 6. A first dispensing device 47 is provided in the first storage compartment 41. A second dispensing device 48 is provided within the second storage chamber 42. The first and second dispensing devices 47, 48 may be fluid extraction devices such as pumps. The outlet 470 of the first dosing device 47 and the outlet 480 of the second dosing device 48 are both fluidly connected to the manual addition chamber 43. The detergent extracted through the first dosing device 47 and the softener extracted through the second dosing device 48 then both flow into the manual dosing chamber 43.
In order to supply the treating agent in the manual addition chamber 43 into the treatment chamber 2, the fresh water supply channel 8 is in fluid connection with the manual addition chamber 43.
