本发明公开了一种发泡型点焊胶,所述发泡型点焊胶按质量百分比计,其组成为:橡胶5~10%;环氧树脂3~8%;填料35~45%;除湿剂1~5%;导电剂3~8%;共聚树脂3~10%;固化剂0.2~0.8%;增塑剂32~42%;发泡剂0.2~0.8%。替代传统不发泡点焊胶,通过胶自身的发泡来填充更大的焊缝间隙,从而适用范围更广泛。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种点焊胶,特别是涉及一种发泡型点焊胶。
背景技术
该发明与现有技术相比,发泡率达60%以上,可以应用于焊缝间隙比较大的部位,而传统不发泡点焊胶只能适用于焊缝间隙比较小的部位。相比较适用范围更广泛。
发明内容
为解决上述问题,本发明的目的在于提供一种发泡型点焊胶;所述点焊胶相比传统不发泡点焊胶可以在焊缝间隙大的部位适用。
本发明的目的是通过以下措施来实现的:
本发明的一种发泡型点焊胶,所述发泡型点焊胶按质量百分比计,其组成为:橡胶5~10%;环氧树脂3~8%;填料35~45%;除湿剂1~5%;导电剂3~8%;共聚树脂3~10%;固化剂0.2~0.8%;增塑剂32~42%;发泡剂0.2~0.8%。替代传统不发泡点焊胶,通过胶自身的发泡来填充更大的焊缝间隙,从而适用范围更广泛。
所述填料为高岭土或者硅藻土或者滑石粉中的一种或者两种。
所述增塑剂为邻苯二甲酸二(2-乙基己)酯。
所述导电剂为纳米银。
所述共聚树脂为氯乙烯共聚树脂。
所述固化剂为环氧树脂。
所述除湿剂为氧化铝。
所述发泡剂为聚氨酯发泡剂。
所述的一种发泡型点焊胶的制备方法为:
(1)将配方量的:橡胶加热、搅拌,温度达到70-85℃时,加入配方量的填料、增塑剂、
环氧树脂、导电剂,搅拌混匀;
(2)再加入配方量的吸湿剂,继续搅拌至完全吸收混匀;
(3)加入配方量的共聚树脂、固化剂,继续搅拌,至混匀,出料降温至常温;
(4)按照配方比将步骤(3)中得到的产品与发泡剂混合,常温下搅拌10小时以后,得
到所述发泡型点焊胶。
本发明的有益效果:
本发明所述的一种发泡型点焊胶,替代传统不发泡点焊胶,通过胶自身的发泡来填充更大的焊缝间隙,从而适用范围更广泛。

实施例1
一种发泡型点焊胶,所述发泡型点焊胶按质量百分比计,其组成为:橡胶6%;环氧树脂3%;填料35%;除湿剂5%;导电剂3%;共聚树脂5%;固化剂0.2%;增塑剂42%;发泡剂0.8%。替代传统不发泡点焊胶,通过胶自身的发泡来填充更大的焊缝间隙,从而适用范围更广泛。
所述填料为高岭土或者硅藻土或者滑石粉中的一种或者两种。
所述增塑剂为邻苯二甲酸二(2-乙基己)酯。
所述导电剂为纳米银。
所述共聚树脂为氯乙烯共聚树脂。
所述固化剂为环氧树脂。

所述发泡剂为聚氨酯发泡剂。
所述的一种发泡型点焊胶的制备方法为:

(2)再加入配方量的吸湿剂,继续搅拌至完全吸收混匀;
(3)加入配方量的共聚树脂、固化剂,继续搅拌,至混匀,出料降温至常温;
(4)按照配方比将步骤(3)中得到的产品与发泡剂混合,常温下搅拌10小时以后,得到所述发泡型点焊胶。
表1实施例1中制备的发泡型点焊胶与传统点焊胶性能对比
表一是以某焊缝间隙为2mm,点焊胶涂胶厚度为1.5mm为例的比较。通过表一可以看出在焊缝间隙为2mm,点焊胶涂胶厚度为1.5mm前提条件下,传统不发泡点焊胶未充满焊缝间隙,而发泡型点焊胶已充满焊缝间隙。

1.一种发泡型点焊胶,其特征在于,所述发泡型点焊胶按质量百分比计,其组成为:橡胶5~10%;环氧树脂3~8%;填料35~45%;除湿剂1~5%;导电剂3~8%;共聚树脂3~10%;固化剂0.2~0.8%;增塑剂32~42%;发泡剂0.2~0.8%。替代传统不发泡点焊胶,通过胶自身的发泡来填充更大的焊缝间隙,从而适用范围更广泛。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种发泡型点焊胶,其特征在于,所述填料为高岭土或者硅藻土或者滑石粉中的一种或者两种。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种发泡型点焊胶,其特征在于,所述增塑剂为邻苯二甲酸二(2-乙基己)酯。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种发泡型点焊胶,其特征在于,所述导电剂为纳米银。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种发泡型点焊胶,其特征在于,所述共聚树脂为氯乙烯共聚树脂。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种发泡型点焊胶,其特征在于,所述固化剂为环氧树脂。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种发泡型点焊胶,其特征在于,所述除湿剂为氧化铝。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种发泡型点焊胶,其特征在于,所述发泡剂为聚氨酯发泡剂。
9.权利要求1-8所述的一种发泡型点焊胶的制备方法为:
(1)将配方量的:橡胶加热、搅拌,温度达到70-85℃时,加入配方量的填料、增塑剂、环氧树脂、导电剂,搅拌混匀;
(2)再加入配方量的吸湿剂,继续搅拌至完全吸收混匀;
(3)加入配方量的共聚树脂、固化剂,继续搅拌,至混匀,出料降温至常温;
(4)按照配方比将步骤(3)中得到的产品与发泡剂混合,常温下搅拌10小时以后,得到所述发泡型点焊胶。
