本发明提供了一种汽车内饰地毯的生产方法,本发明是整体式结构,解决了驾驶室地毯的吸音隔热、美观、个性化、防尘、易清理、触感舒适等性能指标,达到了三级国际先进水平,满足了汽车驾驶室环保、美观舒适、隔音隔热的设计要求;在吸塑工序中采用了气动预送料装置,确保了产品大型面大拉伸部位的发泡革厚度,提高了产品的整体质量并保证了产品质量的一致性,同时大大提高了生产效率、降低了劳动强度,生产成本得到了大幅度降低;隔音隔热毡压附贴合,不仅提高了产品隔音隔热性能,同时使产品外观平滑美观、触感舒适;产品整个生产过程无有害物质产生,属于环保产品。

本发明属于汽车内饰品技术领域,具体涉及一种汽车内饰地毯的生产方法。
背景技术
汽车内饰件一般安装于汽车驾驶室内部,起到美化驾驶室内环境、吸音隔热防尘的作用。随着人们对汽车驾驶室环境的更高要求,环保、美观、舒适、个性化是对汽车内饰件的基本要求。在现有技术中,汽车的地毯均为发泡工艺生产、多块拼接而成,吸音隔热性能得不到明显提高,防尘效果差,不易清理影响整体美观,且生产成本较高,生产环境得不到改善。
发明内容
为解决上述问题,本发明的目的在于提供一种汽车内饰地毯的生产方法,具体的技术方案为:一种汽车内饰地毯的生产方法,采用以下生产工艺步骤:
(1)发泡革放入烘箱烘烤,烘箱温度设定:外圈310-350℃,内圈250-280℃,中心220-250℃,加热管距烘料托盘350-400mm;烘烤时间:正面20-40秒,反面30-50秒;
(2)使用预送料装置对拉伸最大的两尖角处填充发泡革进行预送料后抽吸,抽真空压力设定:-0.03~-0.05Mpa,成型时间不大于6秒;
(3)喷洒冷却水,迅速冷却产品表面,拉伸大的部位加大冷却水量;
(4)吸音隔热毡背面覆胶,定位后压附贴合在发泡革背面;
(5)在裁切工装上裁边、开孔、冲孔;
(6)检验合格后,入库。
进一步的,所述步骤(1)的烘箱温度设定:外圈330℃,内圈275℃,中心240℃,加热管距烘料托盘380mm;烘烤时间:正面30秒,反面40秒。
进一步的,所述的发泡革选用3-5mm厚环保型发泡人革,其增韧层0.6-1mm,发泡层2-4mm,底膜保护层0.2-0.4mm,吸音隔热毡选用无污染的5-10mm棉基吸音隔热毡。
进一步的,所述的发泡革选用4mm厚环保型发泡人革,其增韧层0.8mm,发泡层3mm,底膜保护层0.3mm,吸音隔热毡选用无污染的7mm棉基吸音隔热毡。
有益效果:本发明提供了一种汽车内饰地毯的生产方法,本发明是整体式结构,解决了驾驶室地毯的吸音隔热、美观、个性化、防尘、易清理、触感舒适等性能指标,达到了三级国际先进水平,满足了汽车驾驶室环保、美观舒适、隔音隔热的设计要求;在吸塑工序中采用了气动预送料装置,确保了产品大型面大拉伸部位的发泡革厚度,提高了产品的整体质量并保证了产品质量的一致性,同时大大提高了生产效率、降低了劳动强度,生产成本得到了大幅度降低;隔音隔热毡压附贴合,不仅提高了产品隔音隔热性能,同时使产品外观平滑美观、触感舒适;产品整个生产过程无有害物质产生,属于环保产品。

(1)发泡革放入烘箱烘烤,烘箱温度设定:外圈330℃,内圈260℃,中心240℃,加热管距烘料托盘380mm;烘烤时间:正面30秒,反面40秒;
(2)使用预送料装置对拉伸最大的两尖角处填充发泡革进行预送料后抽吸,抽真空压力设定:-0.04Mpa,成型时间不大于6秒;
(3)喷洒冷却水,迅速冷却产品表面,拉伸大的部位加大冷却水量;
(4)吸音隔热毡背面覆胶,定位后压附贴合在发泡革背面;
(5)在裁切工装上裁边、开孔、冲孔;
(6)检验合格后,入库。
进一步的,所述的发泡革选用4mm厚环保型发泡人革,其增韧层0.8mm,发泡层3mm,底膜保护层0.3mm,吸音隔热毡选用无污染的7mm棉基吸音隔热毡。
实施例2
一种汽车内饰地毯的生产方法,采用以下生产工艺步骤:

一种汽车内饰地毯的生产方法,采用以下生产工艺步骤:
(1)发泡革放入烘箱烘烤,烘箱温度设定:外圈310℃,内圈250℃,中心220℃,加热管距烘料托盘350mm;烘烤时间:正面20秒,反面30秒;

(3)喷洒冷却水,迅速冷却产品表面,拉伸大的部位加大冷却水量;
(4)吸音隔热毡背面覆胶,定位后压附贴合在发泡革背面;
(5)在裁切工装上裁边、开孔、冲孔;
(6)检验合格后,入库。
进一步的,所述的发泡革选用5mm厚环保型发泡人革,其增韧层1mm,发泡层4mm,底膜保护层0.4mm,吸音隔热毡选用无污染的10mm棉基吸音隔热毡。

1.一种汽车内饰地毯的生产方法,其特征在于,采用以下生产工艺步骤:
(1)发泡革放入烘箱烘烤,烘箱温度设定:外圈310-350℃,内圈250-280℃,中心220-250℃,加热管距烘料托盘350-400mm;烘烤时间:正面20-40秒,反面30-50秒;
(2)使用预送料装置对拉伸最大的两尖角处填充发泡革进行预送料后抽吸,抽真空压力设定:-0.03~-0.05Mpa,成型时间不大于6秒;
(3)喷洒冷却水,迅速冷却产品表面,拉伸大的部位加大冷却水量;
(4)吸音隔热毡背面覆胶,定位后压附贴合在发泡革背面;
(5)在裁切工装上裁边、开孔、冲孔;
(6)检验合格后,入库。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种汽车内饰地毯的生产方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(1)的烘箱温度设定:外圈330℃,内圈275℃,中心240℃,加热管距烘料托盘380mm;烘烤时间:正面30秒,反面40秒。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种汽车内饰地毯的生产方法,其特征在于所述的发泡革选用3-5mm厚环保型发泡人革,其增韧层0.6-1mm,发泡层2-4mm,底膜保护层0.2-0.4mm,吸音隔热毡选用无污染的5-10mm棉基吸音隔热毡。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种汽车内饰地毯的生产方法,其特征在于所述的发泡革选用4mm厚环保型发泡人革,其增韧层0.8mm,发泡层3mm,底膜保护层0.3mm,吸音隔热毡选用无污染的7mm棉基吸音隔热毡。
