Fig. 6 is a block diagram of a management and control system of a work terminal of an electric surgical device according to a fifth embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 6, the management and control system of the work terminal of the electric surgical device in the present embodiment includes: the electronic tag comprises an identification module 602, a main control module 604 and a driving module 606, wherein the identification module 602 is used for reading data information in the electronic tag; the main control module 604 is connected to the identification module, and is configured to obtain used time and/or used times of the work terminal according to the read data information, and determine whether the used time of the work terminal exceeds a set service life and/or the used times exceeds the set used times, and if the used time of the work terminal exceeds the set service life or the used times exceeds the set used times, output a control signal that does not allow the work terminal to be driven; the driving module 606 is connected to the main control module, and is configured to control the working terminal according to the control signal.
In an embodiment, as shown in fig. 7, the main control module 604 further includes a matching detection sub-module 6042, a used time obtaining sub-module 6044, a data verification sub-module 6046, and a local use detection sub-module 6048, where the matching detection sub-module 6042 is configured to determine whether the working terminal is a matching product according to the identity identification code, and if not, output a control signal that does not allow driving of the working terminal. Alternatively, the matching detection sub-module 6042 is configured to encrypt the read ID number to generate an encrypted ID number, send the encrypted ID number to the electronic tag, match the encrypted ID number with the stored password, and output a control signal that does not allow the operation terminal to be driven if the encrypted ID number cannot be matched with the stored password.
The used time obtaining sub-module 6044 is configured to determine whether the working terminal has been used according to the read use status flag bit of the identification code; if not, writing a used zone bit into the address space of the identification code of the electronic tag, writing initial use time information or an ID number of a read working terminal into the electronic tag, writing the read ID number and the initial use time information corresponding to the ID number into a memory of a host, and returning to the step of reading the data information in the electronic tag; if so, reading the initial use time information of the working terminal from the electronic tag or the memory of the host, and comparing the current time information with the read initial use time information to obtain the used time of the working terminal.
The data check submodule 6046 is configured to generate a check code according to the read ID number and the pre-stored check code, and determine whether the check code is the same as the read pre-stored check code; and if the verification check code is different from the read pre-stored check code, outputting a control signal which does not allow the working terminal to be driven.
The local use detection sub-module 6048 is used to match the read ID number with an ID number stored in the memory of the host; if the read ID number does not match the ID number stored in the memory of the host, a control signal not permitting driving of the operation terminal is output.
According to the management and control system of the working terminal of the electric surgical equipment, the data information in the electronic tag is read after the working terminal is connected to the host, the used time of the working terminal is obtained according to the read data information, whether the used time of the working terminal exceeds the set service life or not is judged, if the used time of the working terminal exceeds the set service life, the working terminal is not allowed to be driven, forced scrapping is achieved, and the safety of the electric surgical equipment is improved.
The above-mentioned embodiments only express several embodiments of the present invention, and the description thereof is more specific and detailed, but not construed as limiting the scope of the present invention. It should be noted that, for a person skilled in the art, several variations and modifications can be made without departing from the inventive concept, which falls within the scope of the present invention.

Claims (14)

1. A control method of a working terminal of an electric surgical device is characterized in that the working terminal is connected to a host before being used, an electronic tag is arranged on the working terminal, and data information is stored in the electronic tag, and the control method comprises the following steps:
reading data information in the electronic tag;
judging whether the working terminal is used or not according to the read data information, if the working terminal is used, obtaining the used time of the working terminal according to the read data information, or obtaining the used time and the used times of the working terminal according to the read data information; if the working terminal is not used, writing initial use time information into the electronic tag, or reading an ID number in the electronic tag, writing the read ID number and the initial use time information corresponding to the ID number into a memory of a host, and returning to the step of reading data information in the electronic tag;
judging whether the used time of the work terminal exceeds a set service life or not, or judging whether the used time of the work terminal exceeds the set service life or not and whether the used times exceed the set use times or not;
and if the used time of the working terminal exceeds the set service life or the used times exceed the set use times, the working terminal is not allowed to be driven.
2. The management and control method according to claim 1, further comprising:
judging whether the working terminal is used or not according to the read using state flag bit of the identity identification code;
if not, writing the used zone bit into the address space of the identification code of the electronic tag;
if so, reading the initial use time information of the working terminal from the electronic tag or the memory of the host, and comparing the current time information with the read initial use time information to obtain the used time of the working terminal.
3. The management and control method according to claim 2, wherein the step of reading the start time information of the work terminal from the electronic tag or the memory of the host, and comparing the current time information with the read start time information to obtain the used time of the work terminal is preceded by the step of:
reading a pre-stored check code in the electronic tag, generating a verification check code according to the read identity identification code and the ID number, and judging whether the verification check code is the same as the read pre-stored check code;
and if the verification check code is different from the read pre-stored check code, the working terminal is not allowed to be driven.
4. The management and control method according to claim 2, wherein the step of reading the start time information of the work terminal from the electronic tag or the memory of the host, and comparing the current time information with the read start time information to obtain the used time of the work terminal is preceded by the step of:
matching the read ID number with an ID number stored in a memory of the host;
if the read ID number does not match the ID number stored in the memory of the host, the drive of the operation terminal is not permitted.
5. The management and control method according to claim 2, further comprising:
if the used time of the working terminal does not exceed the set service life and/or the used times do not exceed the set used times, judging whether a starting signal is input, if so, driving the working terminal and starting timing, if not, judging whether a trigger instruction for replacing the working terminal is received, if so, stopping timing, sending the timing duration to the electronic tag, and updating the stored used time and/or the used times by the electronic tag.
6. The management and control method according to claim 2, further comprising:
if the used time of the working terminal does not exceed the set service life and/or the used times do not exceed the set used times, judging whether a starting signal is input, if so, starting to drive the working terminal and start timing, judging whether a stopping signal is input, if so, stopping driving the working terminal and stopping timing, sending the timing duration to the electronic tag, and updating the stored used time by the electronic tag.
7. The management and control method according to any one of claims 1 to 6, characterized by further comprising, before the step of obtaining the used time and/or the number of times of the work terminal according to the read data information:
and judging whether the working terminal is a matched product or not according to the identity identification code, and if not, not allowing the working terminal to be driven.
8. The control method according to any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein before the step of obtaining the used time of the work terminal from the read data information, the method further includes:
encrypting the read ID number to generate an encrypted ID number;
sending the encrypted ID number to an electronic tag for providing the electronic tag with the encrypted ID number to match with a password stored in the electronic tag;
and receiving a matching result fed back by the electronic tag, and if the matching result cannot be matched, not allowing the working terminal to be driven.

the main control module is connected with the identification module and used for judging whether the working terminal is used or not according to the read data information, and if the working terminal is used, the used time of the working terminal is obtained according to the read data information, or the used time and the used times of the working terminal are obtained according to the read data information; if the working terminal is not used, writing initial use time information into the electronic tag, or reading an ID number in the electronic tag, writing the read ID number and the initial use time information corresponding to the ID number into a memory of the host, and then re-reading data information in the electronic tag; judging whether the used time of the work terminal exceeds a set service life or not, or judging whether the used time of the work terminal exceeds the set service life or not and whether the used times exceed the set use times or not; if the used time of the working terminal exceeds the set service life or the used times exceeds the set use times, outputting a control signal which does not allow the working terminal to be driven;
and the driving module is connected with the main control module and used for controlling the working terminal according to the control signal.

The management and control system according to claim 9, wherein the main control module further includes a used time obtaining sub-module, configured to determine whether the working terminal has been used according to the read use status flag bit of the identification code; if not, writing the used zone bit into the address space of the identification code of the electronic tag; if so, reading the initial use time information of the working terminal from the electronic tag or the memory of the host, and comparing the current time information with the read initial use time information to obtain the used time of the working terminal.

The management and control system according to claim 10, wherein the main control module further includes a data check sub-module, configured to generate a verification check code according to the read ID number and a pre-stored check code, and determine whether the verification check code is the same as the read pre-stored check code; and if the verification check code is different from the read pre-stored check code, outputting a control signal which does not allow the working terminal to be driven.
12. The management and control system according to claim 10, wherein the master control module further includes a local use detection submodule for matching the read ID number with an ID number stored in a memory of the host; if the read ID number does not match the ID number stored in the memory of the host, a control signal not permitting driving of the operation terminal is output.
13. The management and control system according to any one of claims 9 to 12, wherein the main control module further includes a matching detection sub-module, which is configured to determine whether the working terminal is a matching product according to the identification code, and if not, output a control signal that does not allow driving of the working terminal.
14. The management and control system according to any one of claims 9 to 12, wherein the main control module further includes a matching detection sub-module, configured to encrypt the read ID number to generate an encrypted ID number, send the encrypted ID number to the electronic tag, and provide the electronic tag with the encrypted ID number to match the stored password thereof; and receiving a matching result fed back by the electronic tag, and if the matching result cannot be matched, outputting a control signal which does not allow the working terminal to be driven.
