It should be noted that the bowl storage station in the bowl storage channel 51 may be formed by a telescopic structure disposed on the inner wall surface of the bowl storage channel 51, that is, the telescopic structure is in a contracted state when not bearing bowls, and when needing to bear the bowls, the telescopic structure extends out to bear the bowls, so that the transmission frame 32 for supporting the bowls can be separated from the bowls. Accordingly, when the bowls are taken out, the telescopic structure is contracted, so that the bowls are transferred to the transmission rack 32 and carried out.
However, the transportation rack 52 reciprocates once in the bowl storage channel 51 to transport only one dish, which takes a certain time for the transportation rack 52 to transport one dish, thereby reducing the bowl storage speed of the dishwasher 100. In order to increase the bowl storage speed of the dishwasher 100, in an embodiment of the present invention, referring to fig. 2, the bowl storage channel 51 is configured in a ring shape, and the transportation rack 52 is preferably configured in a stack structure, which repeats a circular motion in the bowl storage channel 51.
When the bowls are stored, the clamping device 40 operates the washed bowls to the bowl entering station of the bowl storing channel 51 and loads the washed bowls to the transportation station of the transportation frame 52, then the transportation frame 52 moves for a section along the bowl storing channel 51, so that the transportation station with the transportation frame 52 being empty is exposed from the bowl entering station, and the bowls are stored in sequence until the bowls are loaded on the transportation stations on the transportation frame 52. Accordingly, when the user takes the stored bowls, the transporting rack 52 moves along the bowl storage channel 51, so that the plurality of bowls stored on the transporting rack 52 are sequentially exposed from the bowl taking station of the bowl storage channel 51 for the user to take. This reduces the idle running time of the transportation frame 52, which not only saves the consumption of electric energy, but also improves the efficiency of the bowl storage device 50 for storing and taking bowls.
It should be noted that, in order to reduce the overall size of the dishwasher 100, in an embodiment of the present invention, the dish storage device 50 is disposed above the transmission device 30, so that the whole dishwasher 100 is disposed along the vertical direction, and thus the width of the dishwasher 100 in the horizontal direction is further reduced, thereby reducing the size of the dishwasher 100, and thus, the dishwasher 100 is conveniently installed in a kitchen.
For better washing bowls, in an embodiment of the present invention, the clamping device 40 includes a transmission portion 41 and a clamping portion disposed at one end of the transmission portion 41, the transmission portion 41 is telescopically disposed along a horizontal direction, and the clamping portion is rotatably disposed relative to the transmission portion 41.
The transmission part 41 is preferably a telescopic rod which can be extended or shortened by a driving force, that is, the telescopic rod can change its length to clamp the bowl at the unloading station of the conveying passage 31 or to convey the washed bowl to the bowl entering station of the bowl storage passage 51.
The clamping part is preferably a claw 42, and the claw 42 is pivoted with the transmission part 41, so that the claw 42 can rotate 3 degrees relative to the transmission part 41, that is, the bowls clamped by the claw 42 can be overturned along with the rotation of the claw 42 after being washed below the washing device 20 for a certain time, so that the bowls can be washed from various angles, and then sundries, stains and the like at various positions of the bowls can be washed clean, and further the washing effect of the dishwasher 100 is ensured.
Further, for better holding the dishes to be washed, the size of the latch 42 is adjustable, that is, the latch 42 can hold dishes with different sizes, which enables the dishwasher 100 to wash various types of dishes, such as bowls, dishes, etc., and thus is beneficial to improving the applicability of the dishwasher 100.
For better washing of dishes, in another embodiment of the present invention, the washing device 20 comprises a water inlet pipe 21 and a spiral water generator 22 mounted to the water outlet end of the water inlet pipe 21. When the dishwasher 100 is used for washing dishes, water in the tap water pipe enters the water inlet pipe 21 of the washing device 20 and flows out from the water outlet end of the water inlet pipe 21, and when the water in the water inlet pipe passes through the spiral water generator 22, the water is acted by the spiral water generator 22 to form 'well' -shaped spiral water; that is to say, when the water in the inlet tube passes through the spiral water generator 22, the water that can form the stranded and flow along different directions, when treating that abluent tableware receives the different water impact of stranded flow direction, debris, spot etc. on the tableware are more easily by the sanitization, so not only be favorable to guaranteeing dishwasher 100's cleaning performance, still be favorable to improving dishwasher 100's the efficiency of washing dishes simultaneously.
Further, the flushing device 20 further includes a pressurizing member 23 and a heating member 24 installed in the water inlet pipe 21.
The pressurizing member 23 is used for increasing the water pressure in the water inlet pipe, and may be a pressurizing pump, a pressurizing valve, or the like, in the embodiment of the present invention, the pressurizing member 23 is preferably a pressurizing pump, and the pressurizing pump increases the water pressure in the water inlet pipe, so that the water pressure of the water flowing out from the water outlet of the water inlet pipe is higher, and thus the dirt and sundries on the dishes to be washed can be quickly washed away, the washing effect of the dishwasher 100 is improved, and the dish washing efficiency of the dishwasher 100 can also be improved.
The heating element 24 can be a heating wire, a heating rod and the like which are arranged in the water inlet pipe, and is mainly used for instantly heating water in contact with the heating element to a target temperature, and the high-temperature water can soak and expand sundries and stains on the dishes to be washed, so that the sundries and the stains on the dishes can be rapidly decomposed and fall off, thereby being beneficial to ensuring the cleaning effect of the dish washing machine 100 and improving the dish washing efficiency of the dish washing machine 100; in addition, the high-temperature hot water can also sterilize bowls.
In order to facilitate the collection of the polluted water, in an embodiment of the present invention, the dishwasher 100 is further provided with a water receiving tank with an open upper end, and the water receiving tank is mounted on the bracket 10 and located below the washing device 20. The water receiving tank is mainly used for receiving waste water generated when the dish washing machine 100 washes dishes, and the water receiving tank can be communicated with a sewage discharge pipeline, so that the sewage generated when the dish washing machine 100 washes dishes can be directly discharged, and the experience of a user is promoted.

the bowl storage channel extends along the vertical direction, and a plurality of bowl storage stations distributed along the vertical direction are arranged in the bowl storage channel; the transportation frame reciprocates along the bowl storage channel so as to convey the washed bowls to the bowl storage station or convey the washed bowls placed on the bowl storage station out; or

The dishwasher of claim 6, wherein the washing device further comprises a pressurizing member and a heating member installed in the inlet pipe, the pressurizing member for increasing the pressure of water in the inlet pipe, and the heating member for increasing the temperature of water in the inlet pipe.
