Abstract
本发明公开一种生态猪饲料及其使用方法,由下列质量份的组分组成:大麦30~60份、青稞10~20份、酵母抽提物1~1.5份、中药0.3份。对小猪每天每头按0.1~0.15kg加生态猪饲料进行喂养70天,育前猪每天每头按1.5~2kg加生态猪饲料进行喂养60天,育中猪每天每头按1.8~2.2kg加生态猪饲料进行喂养60天,育后猪每天3次,每次每头按1~1.3kg加生态猪饲料进行喂养90天,即能出栏。本发明所得猪肉产品实现无抗生素、无激素添加,猪肉产品肥瘦相间,而且肉质嫩,有明显猪肉香味,且营养丰富,生态猪饲料在饲养期间能有效提高转化吸收率,有利于淀粉转化吸收,还具有提高免疫力和除臭效果。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种生态猪饲料及其使用方法,属于畜牧养殖技术领域。
背景技术
传统的生猪养殖成本低,门槛低,并且养猪方法多为圈养,由于养殖密度大(每头猪平均1.2平方米)、养殖环境差、营养差、管理水平低,又追求短期生长速度快,均使用含有大量激素及抗生素的饲料或是餐桌剩余残羹来喂养。而大量使用抗生素及激素导致大部份猪只在90~100天就出栏,猪肉不但没有香味、肉味,甚至带有腥味,还含有大量对人体有害的物质。
而如今,消费者倾向购买瘦肉率较高、肌肉脂肪含量较低,但多不饱和脂肪酸含量较高并且口感细嫩、鲜美多汁的猪肉。猪肉的这些品质与日粮品质、能量、蛋白质和脂肪都密切相关,同时饲料营养和功能添加剂都已研究表明对猪肉品质提高有帮助。
随着现代畜牧业的发展和市场需求的扩大,我国规模化养猪场得以迅速发展,生猪产量不断攀升。但猪场的防疫和疾病问题一直以来是制约规模化猪场健康发展的瓶颈因素,提高防疫和疫病防控质量最根本的途径就是提高猪群自身的免疫力。因此如何提高猪的免疫力对于生猪的经济生产具有重要的意义。
猪场粪便等废弃物污染环境的问题也日益突出。目前在我国解决猪场污染的基本思路是采用末端治理方法,但末端治理方法不仅人工劳动力增加,还不能从根本上解决粪便污染问题,并且往往具有耗资多,日常维护难等缺点。因此通过营养途径减少畜禽粪便的排出量,提高动物的生产性能,降低粪便对环境的污染越来越受到人们的普遍重视。
生猪粪便中不仅含有多种有害物质,还会产生恶臭。在恶臭气味和有害气体中,主要包括氮化物、硫化物、脂肪族化合物等。尤其是氨气、硫化氢等气体易溶于水,可被人畜的粘膜、结膜等部位吸附,引起结膜和呼吸***粘膜出现充血、水肿乃至发炎,高浓度时可导致机体呼吸中枢麻痹而死亡。若生猪长时间处于低浓度臭气环境中,可使生产性能下降,机体抵抗力降低,诱发多种传染病,从而影响养殖业者的经济效益。并且***物的臭味会污染养猪场周围的环境。
因此,研发出可调控猪肉品质、提高猪免疫力,同时可有效除臭的饲料是很有必要的。
发明内容
为解决上述问题,本发明提供一种生态猪饲料及其使用方法,能有效提高吸收转化率,增加猪肉营养,减少粪便有害物质的排放。
本发明通过下列技术方案实现:一种生态猪饲料,由下列质量份的组分组成:
大麦30~60份 青稞10~20份 酵母抽提物1~1.5份 中药0.3份。
所述酵母抽提物是从植物细胞壁里提取出来的一种含有蛋白质、氨基酸、核苷酸的混合物质,酵母提取物,所含营养和功能性成分具有提高机体免疫力、调节胃肠道功能、抑制病原菌、吸附霉菌毒素等作用,在动物饲料当中使用,也可增加猪肉的鲜味及口感,及营养成分的作用;酵母提取物中的核酸类产品在养猪中的应用可以达到以下四种效果:
(1)诱食促生长的作用:酵母核苷酸类物质有较强的诱食促生长作用,猪粮添加核苷酸均可提高乳猪采食量、日增重和断奶窝重,对于促进仔猪生长发育的有较好的效果,使用酵母细胞壁可以提高仔猪的生长速度;也可提高育肥猪采食量,显著提高育肥猪的平均日增重并有改善育肥猪皮毛和体型的趋势。
(2)促进肠道发育,减少腹泻的作用:酵母核酸能不同程度的提高仔猪肠道中双歧杆菌、乳酸杆菌的数量,降低大肠杆菌的数量,改善肠道正常菌群结构,猪粮中添加不同剂量酵母核苷酸产品可明显降低断奶仔猪的腹泻率,对于仔猪下痢的预防效果及提高仔猪幼体免疫力的情况也较为明显。
(3)提高免疫功能的作用:断奶仔猪日粮中添加酵母核酸类后,可显著提高猪瘟抗体效价水平,适宜添加的酵母核苷酸对提高特异性免疫功能可能具有重要的意义。在母猪猪粮中添加核苷酸可提高仔猪的存活率,减少病死率和仔猪离乳率,仔猪更健壮,同时提高蓝耳病疫苗的免疫效果,有对增强动物体的非特异性免疫功能,提高生猪对一般疾病的抵抗力。
(4)抗应激的作用:适量添加酵母核酸类产品对于降低仔猪免疫抗应激有一定效果,尤其在转群和换料时表现更明显,减少应激对动物的不利影响,同时具有特殊的抗菌效果,能取代抗生素,减少消化道疾病,提高免疫功能,促进消化和刺激生长。
所述中药包括下列质量份的组分:
柴胡8~15份、党参15~25份、甘草5~10份、丹参18~25份、白术10~20份、郁金5~12份、漏芦15~25份。
上述各组分的作用机理在于:
柴胡:性微寒、味苦、辛、归肝经、胆经;具疏肝利胆、疏气解郁、散火之功效。是一味常见的清虚热中药,可用于感冒发热、寒热、疟疾、舒肝和胃等方便的作用及功效。猪在生长的过程中会有发烧和高热,长时间高热,及拉稀,会使猪的机体功能紊乱,在猪粮中加入柴胡后可使猪在生长过程中不发烧、拉稀或是减少发烧、高热及拉稀的机率,使猪的机体增强抵抗疾病的一种生理性防御反应,此时白细胞增多,肝脏的解毒功能增强,物质代谢速度加快了,有利于机体战胜疾病。
党参:性味甘平,归脾、肺经,主要功用为补气健脾,也可用于治疗气虚咳喘。在猪粮中加入党参可使用猪在生长过程中促进猪粮的消化吸收,具有补中益气的功效,减少猪只肠胃消化不良及不吃食的作用。
甘草:味甘甜,性平和,入心、脾、肺、胃四经;甘草的功效和作用是益气补中,清热解毒,祛痰止咳,同样也可用于猪身上,也到预防和减少猪只治脾胃虚弱,喘气咳嗽,清热减毒等作用。
丹参:性味:苦,微寒,入心、肝经。丹参的功效是活血祛瘀,养血安神,凉血消痈作用。
白术:苦、甘,温。归脾、胃经。白术的主要有镇静、血管扩张、抗血凝、抗胃溃疡、保肝利胆、利尿、强壮、提高免疫、抗氧化、抗菌等作用。用于猪只的养殖过程,特别是母猪怀孕期间可预防母猪因怀孕后胎动不安、烦燥,起到安胎的作用。
郁金:辛苦,凉,入心、肺、肝经。郁金起到行气解郁,凉血破瘀等作用,出可用于胸腹胁肋诸痛,癫痫发狂,热病神昏,吐血,尿血,黄疸等。用于猪只养殖中可预防及减少猪只急性肠胃炎的作用也可增强畜禽的体液和细胞免疫力,提高机体抵抗力,促进内毒素的排出,对肠道内有害菌具有强大的杀灭作用,控制肠炎、拉稀、腹泻效果明显并可刺激消化酶的分泌,提高猪粮利用率,促进生长和生产性能,降低养殖成本。
漏芦:味苦咸,寒,入胃、大肠经。漏芦起到清热解毒,消痈,下乳,舒筋通脉的作用,也可用于乳痈肿痛,痈疽发背,瘰疬疮毒,乳汁不通,湿痹拘挛,骨节疼痛、热毒血痢、痔疮出血。
本发明的另一目的还在于提供一种生态猪饲料的使用方法,经过下列各步骤:
(1)出生28天出产房的小猪,每窝小猪为一圈(大概11个左右),不同窝次不混养,进行分圈饲养,每天每头按0.1~0.15kg加生态猪饲料进行喂养70天,此期间对小猪进行保温和通风管护;
(2)步骤(1)喂养后的小猪作为育前猪按同窝同圈分配后进行饲养,每天每头按1.5~2kg加生态猪饲料进行喂养60天,此期间对育前猪进行保温、通风和运动管护;
(3)步骤(2)喂养后的育前猪作为育中猪按同窝同圈分配后进行饲养,每天每头按1.8~2.2kg加生态猪饲料进行喂养60天,此期间对育中猪进行保温、通风和运动管护;
(4)步骤(3)喂养后的育中猪作为育后猪按同窝同圈分配后进行饲养,每天3次,每次每头按1~1.3kg加生态猪饲料进行喂养90天,此期间对育中猪进行通风和运动管护;即能出栏。
所述加生态猪饲料是在每天早上加入,自由采食至晚上19~22点吃完,防止过夜料造成霉变和浪费。
优选地,所述步骤(1)的生态猪饲料由下列质量份的组分组成:
大麦30份 青稞10份 酵母抽提物1份 中药0.3份。
优选地,所述步骤(2)的生态猪饲料由下列质量份的组分组成:
大麦40份 青稞15份 酵母抽提物1份 中药0.3份。
优选地,所述步骤(3)的生态猪饲料由下列质量份的组分组成:
大麦50份 青稞20份 酵母抽提物1.5份 中药0.3份。
优选地,所述步骤(4)的生态猪饲料由下列质量份的组分组成:
大麦60份 青稞20份 酵母抽提物1.5份 中药0.3份。
本发明具备的优点及效果:
(1)本发明提供的生态猪饲料为天然五谷杂粮配合中药和酵母抽提物制成,整个饲养过程不使用激素和抗生素,所得猪肉产品实现无抗生素、无激素添加。
(2)本发明的生态猪饲料喂养所得猪肉产品肥瘦相间,而且肉质嫩,有明显猪肉香味,且营养丰富,相比传统猪肉有如下营养优势:
(3)本发明的生态猪饲料在饲养期间能有效提高转化吸收率,有利于淀粉转化吸收。
(4)本发明的生态猪饲料具有提高免疫力和除臭效果,在饲养期间能显著降低生猪粪便中的氮、磷、硫化氢、有机胺等含量,减少恶臭气味和有害气体的排放,改善养殖场周围臭气熏天、蚊蝇滋生的情况;本发明通过改善猪舍环境,还可防止猪瘟等疾病的传播,从而对猪瘟等疾病起到较好的预防作用。本发明各组分配伍还能对猪瘟病毒有很强的抑制作用,大大提高猪的免疫力,对猪瘟病起到较好的预防和治疗作用,不仅提高生猪的健康度,减少健康猪的患病概率,降低患病猪的死亡率,从而提高经济效益;本发明可以促进消化吸收,提高生猪生长速度。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明做进一步说明。
实施例1
(1)出生28天出产房的小猪,每窝小猪为一圈(大概11个左右),不同窝次不混养,进行分圈饲养,每天每头按0.12kg加生态猪饲料进行喂养70天,此期间对小猪进行保温和通风管护;该生态猪饲料由下列质量份的组分组成:
大麦30份 青稞10份 酵母抽提物1份 中药0.3份;
其中,中药包括下列质量份的组分:
柴胡10份、党参20份、甘草7份、丹参20份、白术16份、郁金7份、漏芦20份;
(2)步骤(1)喂养后的小猪作为育前猪按同窝同圈分配后进行饲养,每天每头按1.8kg加生态猪饲料进行喂养60天,此期间对育前猪进行保温、通风和运动管护;该生态猪饲料由下列质量份的组分组成:
大麦40份 青稞15份 酵母抽提物1份 中药0.3份;
其中,中药包括下列质量份的组分:
柴胡10份、党参20份、甘草7份、丹参20份、白术16份、郁金7份、漏芦20份;
(3)步骤(2)喂养后的育前猪作为育中猪按同窝同圈分配后进行饲养,每天每头按2kg加生态猪饲料进行喂养60天,此期间对育中猪进行保温、通风和运动管护;该生态猪饲料由下列质量份的组分组成:
大麦50份 青稞20份 酵母抽提物1.5份 中药0.3份;
其中,中药包括下列质量份的组分:
柴胡10份、党参20份、甘草7份、丹参20份、白术16份、郁金7份、漏芦20份;
(4)步骤(3)喂养后的育中猪作为育后猪按同窝同圈分配后进行饲养,每天3次,每次每头按1.2kg加生态猪饲料进行喂养90天,此期间对育中猪进行通风和运动管护;即能出栏。该生态猪饲料由下列质量份的组分组成:
大麦60份 青稞20份 酵母抽提物1.5份 中药0.3份;
其中,中药包括下列质量份的组分:
柴胡10份、党参20份、甘草7份、丹参20份、白术16份、郁金7份、漏芦20份。
实施例2

上述各步骤中的生态猪饲料,由下列质量份的组分组成:
大麦40份 青稞18份 酵母抽提物1.2份 中药0.3份
其中,中药包括下列质量份的组分:
柴胡8份、党参15份、甘草5份、丹参18份、白术10份、郁金5份、漏芦15份。
实施例3
(1)出生28天出产房的小猪,每窝小猪为一圈(大概11个左右),不同窝次不混养,进行分圈饲养,每天每头按0.15kg加生态猪饲料进行喂养70天,此期间对小猪进行保温和通风管护;
(2)步骤(1)喂养后的小猪作为育前猪按同窝同圈分配后进行饲养,每天每头按2kg加生态猪饲料进行喂养60天,此期间对育前猪进行保温、通风和运动管护;
(3)步骤(2)喂养后的育前猪作为育中猪按同窝同圈分配后进行饲养,每天每头按2.2kg加生态猪饲料进行喂养60天,此期间对育中猪进行保温、通风和运动管护;
(4)步骤(3)喂养后的育中猪作为育后猪按同窝同圈分配后进行饲养,每天3次,每次每头按1.3kg加生态猪饲料进行喂养90天,此期间对育中猪进行通风和运动管护;即能出栏。
上述各步骤中的生态猪饲料,由下列质量份的组分组成:
大麦60份 青稞20份 酵母抽提物1.5份 中药0.3份;
其中,中药包括下列质量份的组分:
柴胡15份、党参25份、甘草10份、丹参25份、白术20份、郁金12份、漏芦25份。
对照组1按常规饲喂市购正大饲料。
对照组2同实施例1,仅省略生态猪饲料中的酵母抽提物。
对照组3同实施例1,仅省略生态猪饲料中的中药。
选择养殖场体重相当的健康猪80头,随机分为4组:对照组1、对照组2、对照组3、本发明组。各组试验猪分配在环境一致的舍内,试验猪只均自由采食,每日定时饲喂,观察90天。对比结果如下:
注:排放气体检测是对猪舍中氨气和硫化氢含量进行检测,记录氨气和硫化氢的含量平均值。测定方法为在试验猪舍的中心点用GS-Ⅲ型大气采样器采集空气,采用容量分析法测定氨气含量,硫化氢采用报警测定仪测定。
Claims (8)
1.一种生态猪饲料,其特征在于由下列质量份的组分组成:
大麦30~60份 青稞10~20份 酵母抽提物1~1.5份 中药0.3份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的生态猪饲料,其特征在于:所述中药包括下列质量份的组分:
柴胡8~15份、党参15~25份、甘草5~10份、丹参18~25份、白术10~20份、郁金5~12份、漏芦15~25份。
3.权利要求1或2所述生态猪饲料的使用方法,其特征在于经过下列各步骤:
(1)出生28天出产房的小猪,每窝小猪为一圈,进行分圈饲养,每天每头按0.1~0.15kg加生态猪饲料进行喂养70天,此期间对小猪进行保温和通风管护;
(2)步骤(1)喂养后的小猪作为育前猪按同窝同圈分配后进行饲养,每天每头按1.5~2kg加生态猪饲料进行喂养60天,此期间对育前猪进行保温、通风和运动管护;
(3)步骤(2)喂养后的育前猪作为育中猪按同窝同圈分配后进行饲养,每天每头按1.8~2.2kg加生态猪饲料进行喂养60天,此期间对育中猪进行保温、通风和运动管护;
(4)步骤(3)喂养后的育中猪作为育后猪按同窝同圈分配后进行饲养,每天3次,每次每头按1~1.3kg加生态猪饲料进行喂养90天,此期间对育中猪进行通风和运动管护;即能出栏。
4.根据权利要求3所述的使用方法,其特征在于:所述加生态猪饲料是在每天早上加入,自由采食至晚上19~22点吃完。
