3. The muffler of claim 2, wherein the major end of the conductive cavity has a diameter of 2mm, the minor end of the conductive cavity has a diameter of 1.8mm, and the conductive cavity has a length of 12mm.
4. A muffler as claimed in claim 3, wherein the diameter of the stopper rod matches the inner diameter of the conductive cavity, and the stopper rod has a length of 1mm to 25mm.
5. The muffler of claim 1, wherein the depth of the groove is 0.01 to 0.5mm.
6. The silencer of claim 1, wherein the outer surface of the plug body is three-section, namely an irregular polyhedral end, an intermediate connector and a plug-in end, the whole plug-in end is conical, and the diameter of the large end of the cone of the plug-in end is larger than that of the intermediate connector.
7. A noise reducing earplug comprising the muffler of any one of claims 1-6 and an earplug body having one or more layers of fins, the proximal end of the muffler being inserted into an insertion hole of the earplug body, the insertion hole having an inner diameter smaller than the outer diameter of the proximal end of the muffler.
