Abstract

本发明提供的低角度照明读码器包括外壳、透明盖板、扫码模块以及多个发光单元;外壳的底边、侧边及遮罩围成容置空间,遮罩设置于侧边上且具有凹槽、位于凹槽底部中央的第一开孔和位于凹槽顶部边缘的多个第二开孔,容置空间连通于第一开孔和多个第二开孔;透明盖板固定设置于外壳上且密封住凹槽;设置于容置空间内的扫码模块具有对应设置于第一开孔内的摄像头,摄像头朝向透明盖板且其光轴方向垂直于透明盖板;分别设置于多个第二开孔内的多个发光单元朝向凹槽发光且其光轴方向皆平行于透明盖板。本发明通过对目标区域进行低角度照明以强化表面特征并减少反光或耀斑,照明结构简单便于集成在读码器内部。

技术领域
本发明涉及条码扫描设备领域,特别是涉及一种低角度照明读码器。
背景技术
读码器为用于读取条码所包含信息的阅读设备,利用光学原理,把一维或二维条形码的内容解码后,通过数据线或者无线通讯方式传输到电脑或者其它处理设备,目前已广泛应用于各类商业收银、快递物流、仓储运输及智能制造等领域,成为物联网生态***的重要一环。
在很多应用场合,条码扫描的环境光线不足,而且在不同材质或不同表面上的条码具有不同的对比度或反射率,对读码设备造成了新的挑战。目前的读码器虽然也有配置辅助照明装置,但主要是采用类似照相机的闪光灯或辅助灯原理,仍不能很好地满足高效条码扫描的需要,且由于反光或耀斑等原因,常造成读码失败。
发明内容
针对上述技术问题,本发明提供一种照明结构简单且可强化待扫描目标区域表面特征的低角度照明读码器。
本发明的低角度照明读码器包括外壳、透明盖板、扫码模块以及多个发光单元;外壳包括底边、侧边和遮罩,底边和侧边围成容置空间,遮罩设置于侧边上且遮罩具有凹槽、第一开孔和多个第二开孔,第一开孔位于凹槽的底部中央,多个第二开孔位于凹槽的顶部边缘,容置空间位于遮罩与底边之间,且容置空间连通于第一开孔和多个第二开孔;透明盖板固定设置于外壳上且密封住凹槽;扫码模块设置于容置空间内,扫码模块具有对应设置于第一开孔内的摄像头,摄像头朝向透明盖板且摄像头的光轴方向垂直于透明盖板;多个发光单元分别设置于多个第二开孔内,多个发光单元朝向凹槽发光且多个发光单元的光轴方向皆平行于透明盖板。
较佳地,多个第二开孔包括相对的两组开孔,多个发光单元包括两组发光单元,两组发光单元分别设置于相对的两组开孔内。进一步地,两组发光单元的发光方向相对,两组发光单元的光轴方向皆平行于透明盖板。
较佳地,多个发光单元包括多个发光二极管。
较佳地,低角度照明读码器还包括设置于底边上的电路主板,电路主板位于容置空间内,扫码模块集成于电路主板上。进一步地,多个发光单元电性连接于电路主板。
较佳地,凹槽为锥形槽结构,第一开孔位于凹槽的锥底部,凹槽的开口面积自锥底部向上逐渐增大。进一步地,摄像头的光轴对应于凹槽的中轴。
较佳地,外壳与透明盖板形成长方体结构。进一步地,透明盖板为玻璃平板。
与现有技术相比,本发明的低角度照明读码器通过对目标区域进行高效的低角度照明以强化表面特征,并减少反光或耀斑;同时,本发明的照明结构简单,便于集成在读码器内部,且对产品外观和密封性也无影响。

具体实施方式
为使对本发明的目的、构造、特征、及其功能有进一步的了解,兹配合实施例详细说明如下。
请结合参见图1至图3,图1为本发明一实施例的低角度照明读码器100的结构示意图,图2为本发明一实施例的低角度照明读码器100的顶端示意图,图3为图2中的低角度照明读码器100的A-A截面示意图。低角度照明读码器100包括外壳1、透明盖板2、扫码模块3以及多个发光单元4。在一实施例中,外壳1与透明盖板2形成长方体结构。在实际应用中,透明盖板2为玻璃平板,用于承载或接触待扫描条码。
外壳1包括底边11、侧边12和遮罩13,底边11和侧边12围成容置空间10,遮罩13设置于侧边12上且遮罩13具有凹槽130、第一开孔131和多个第二开孔132,第一开孔131位于凹槽130的底部中央,多个第二开孔132位于凹槽130的顶部边缘,容置空间10位于遮罩13与底边11之间,且容置空间10连通于第一开孔131和多个第二开孔132。也即,容置空间10由外壳1的底边11、侧边12及遮罩13围成,优选地,外壳1的侧边12和遮罩13为塑料材质的一体成型结构,底边11可拆卸地卡合于侧边12上。在一实施例中,凹槽130为锥形或倒金字塔形槽结构,第一开孔131位于凹槽130的锥底部,凹槽130的开口面积自该锥底部向上逐渐增大;凹槽130也可以为矩形或台阶形槽结构,本发明并不以此为限。
透明盖板2固定设置于外壳1上且密封住凹槽130。在实际应用中,透明盖板2可以卡合、黏贴或枢接于外壳1的侧边上,本发明并不以此为限。上述的遮罩13位于该透明盖板2下方,也即凹槽130、第一开孔131和多个第二开孔132皆密封于该透明盖板2下方。
扫码模块3设置于容置空间10内,扫码模块3具有对应设置于第一开孔131内的摄像头31,摄像头31朝向透明盖板2且摄像头31的光轴方向S垂直于透明盖板2。在一实施例中,摄像头31的光轴对应于凹槽130的中轴。
多个发光单元4分别设置于多个第二开孔132内,多个发光单元4朝向凹槽130发光且多个发光单元4的光轴方向皆平行于透明盖板2。在一实施例中,多个第二开孔132包括相对的两组开孔,多个发光单元4包括两组发光单元41、42,两组发光单元41、42分别设置于相对的两组开孔内。优选地,两组发光单元41、42的发光方向相对,两组发光单元41、42的光轴方向L1、L2皆平行于透明盖板2。
在一实施例中,低角度照明读码器100还包括设置于底边11上的电路主板5,电路主板5位于容置空间10内,扫码模块3集成于电路主板5上。
在实际应用中,多个发光单元可以直接或间接电性连接于电路主板5。优选地,多个发光单元4包括多个发光二极管。包括但不限于地,多个发光单元4(包含两组发光单元41、42)为两条或多条集成有LED的柔性电路板,并分别插接于电路主板5。
本发明的低角度照明读码器通过对目标区域进行高效的低角度照明以强化表面特征,并减少反光或耀斑;同时,本发明的照明结构简单,便于集成在读码器内部,且对产品外观和密封性也无影响。本发明可用于支持无背光屏幕条码读取,以及读取纸张、移动电话及电脑显示器上的任何条码。
本发明已由上述相关实施例加以描述,然而上述实施例仅为实施本发明的范例。必需指出的是,本发明所述的“垂直”和“平行”意指技术实质上、而非数学上绝对地垂直和平行,微小角度的变化也是允许的。已揭露的实施例并未限制本发明的范围,相反地,在不脱离本发明的精神和范围内所作的更动与润饰,均属本发明的专利保护范围。

Claims (8)

1.一种低角度照明读码器,其特征在于,所述的读码器包括外壳、透明盖板、扫码模块、电路主板以及多个发光单元,其中:
所述外壳包括底边、侧边和遮罩,该底边和该侧边围成容置空间,该侧边和该遮罩为塑料材质的一体成型结构,该底边可拆卸地卡合于该侧边上,该遮罩设置于该侧边上且该遮罩具有凹槽、第一开孔和多个第二开孔,该第一开孔位于该凹槽的底部中央,该多个第二开孔位于该凹槽的顶部边缘,该容置空间位于该遮罩与该底边之间,且该容置空间连通于该第一开孔和该多个第二开孔;
所述透明盖板固定设置于该外壳上且密封住该凹槽;
所述扫码模块设置于该容置空间内,该扫码模块具有对应设置于该第一开孔内的摄像头,该摄像头朝向该透明盖板且该摄像头的光轴方向垂直于该透明盖板;
所述电路主板设置于该底边上,该电路主板位于该容置空间内,该扫码模块集成于该电路主板上;以及
所述多个发光单元分别设置于该多个第二开孔内,该多个发光单元电性连接于该电路主板,该多个发光单元朝向该凹槽发光且该多个发光单元的光轴方向皆平行于该透明盖板,用以对目标区域进行低角度照明。
2.如权利要求1所述的低角度照明读码器,其特征在于,该多个第二开孔包括相对的两组开孔,该多个发光单元包括两组发光单元,该两组发光单元分别设置于该相对的两组开孔内。
3.如权利要求2所述的低角度照明读码器,其特征在于,该两组发光单元的发光方向相对,该两组发光单元的光轴方向皆平行于该透明盖板。
4.如权利要求1所述的低角度照明读码器,其特征在于,该多个发光单元包括多个发光二极管。
5.如权利要求1所述的低角度照明读码器,其特征在于,该凹槽为锥形槽结构,该第一开孔位于该凹槽的锥底部,该凹槽的开口面积自该锥底部向上逐渐增大。
6.如权利要求5所述的低角度照明读码器,其特征在于,该摄像头的光轴对应于该凹槽的中轴。
7.如权利要求1所述的低角度照明读码器,其特征在于,该外壳与该透明盖板形成长方体结构。
8.如权利要求7所述的低角度照明读码器,其特征在于,该透明盖板为玻璃平板。
