Existing terminals are typically either cylindrical terminals or flag terminals. Referring to fig. 1 and 2, fig. 1 shows a sectional view of a compressor of the present invention, and fig. 2 shows a sectional view of a junction box cover of a preferred embodiment of the present invention after assembly. In the preferred embodiment shown in fig. 1, the compressor comprises: casing, motor element and wiring subassembly.
The housing includes a frame 11, an upper cover 12, and a lower cover 13. The upper cover 12 is disposed at one end of the frame 11, and the lower cover 13 is disposed at the other end of the frame 11. In the embodiment shown in fig. 1, the upper cover 12 and the lower cover 13 are respectively disposed at upper and lower ends of the frame 11. The upper cover 12 and the lower cover 13 can be connected with the frame 11 by welding.
The motor assembly 2 is arranged in the shell. Specifically, as shown in fig. 1, the motor assembly 2 includes a crankshaft 21, and a rotor 22 and a stator 23 sleeved on the crankshaft 21. The stator 23 is fixedly connected to the frame 11. The rotor 22 is inserted into the stator 23 with a predetermined gap between the rotor 22 and the stator 23, and thus the rotor 22 is rotated by interaction with the stator 23. The crankshaft 21 is coupled to the rotor 22 and extends into a compression space of the compressor to transmit a rotational force of the rotor 22 to the compression space of the compressor to compress a refrigerant.
The wiring assembly is arranged at one end of the shell and is electrically connected with the motor assembly 2. Specifically, the wiring assembly is provided to the upper cover 12 of the housing. As shown in fig. 1, the wiring member includes: a base 31, a terminal 32 and a terminal box cover 33 (see fig. 2).
Specifically, as shown in fig. 2, the seat 31 is disposed at one end of the housing and partially exposed outside the housing. In the embodiment shown in fig. 1, the seat 31 is fixed on the upper cover 12 of the housing, and the upper half part of the seat is exposed outside the upper cover 12. The cross section of the seat body 31 is preferably circular, and the outer diameter (the outer diameter here refers to the outer diameter of the portion of the seat body 31 exposed outside the upper cover 12) is preferably 25-30 mm.
The terminal 32 is disposed on the base 31, one end of the terminal 32 extends into the housing and is electrically connected to the motor assembly 2, and the other end extends out of the housing. Specifically, one end of the terminal 32 is electrically connected to the stator 23 via a motor lead wire (not shown). The other end of the terminal 32 extends out of the upper cover 12 and is electrically connected to the terminal box cover 33.
The junction box cover 33 covers the base body 31 and is in interference fit with the base body 31. Specifically, in the embodiment shown in fig. 2, the junction box cover 33 includes a top cover 331 and a side wall 332 extending from the top cover 331 toward one end of the housing (i.e., the upper cover 12 of the housing). The side wall 331 of the terminal cover 33 is also circular in cross-section. The inside diameter of the sidewall 332 of the terminal box cover 33 is preferably 25-30 mm (the interference fit here means that the inside diameter of the sidewall 332 of the terminal box cover 33 is smaller than the outside diameter of the base 31 when the terminal box cover 33 is not covered on the base 31, and the inside surface of the sidewall 331 of the terminal box cover 33 is completely attached to the outside surface of the base 31 and is squeezed with each other to form a clasping force when the terminal box cover 33 is covered on the base 31). In the embodiment of the invention, because the junction box cover and the base body are in interference fit and generate holding force, the junction box cover is not required to be fixed by a fastener, so that the junction box is convenient and fast to install, fastening parts such as screws and nuts or springs and hoops required by fixation can be saved, and the cost is reduced.
Furthermore, the junction box cover 33 includes a terminal 4, the terminal 4 corresponds to the terminal 32, and the terminal 32 is plugged into the terminal 4. The terminal block 4 is received in the top cap 331 of the terminal block cover 33. In the preferred embodiment shown in fig. 2, after the junction box cover 33 is covered on the base 31, a certain distance is formed between the surface of the top cover 331 facing the terminal 32 and the upper surface of the base 31. In other embodiments of the present invention, the surface of the top cap 331 facing the terminal 32 and the upper surface of the base 31 may also be attached to each other, and these embodiments can also be implemented, which are not described herein again.
In the preferred embodiment shown in fig. 2, the terminals 4 are tab terminals, and each terminal 4 includes a clasping mechanism for clasping the terminal 32, and when the terminal 4 is connected to the terminal 32 while the terminal cover 33 is fitted on the housing 31, the clasping mechanism clasps the terminal 32 from both sides of the terminal 32. Referring to fig. 3, a schematic structural diagram of a terminal of a preferred embodiment of the present invention after being connected to a post is shown. It should be noted that, in the embodiment of the present invention, only the structure of the terminal 4 shown in fig. 3 is taken as an example for description, but not limited thereto, and other terminals that can be used for being plugged with the terminal 32 can be applied to the terminal box cover 33 of the compressor of the present invention, and are not described herein again.
Specifically, each clasping mechanism includes at least one first elastic clasping portion 41 and at least one second elastic clasping portion 42. As shown in fig. 3, the clasping mechanism includes two first elastic clasping portions 41 and one second elastic clasping portion 42, and the first elastic clasping portions 41 are connected to the second elastic clasping portion 42, and it should be noted that the number of the first elastic clasping portions 41 and the number of the second elastic clasping portions 42 may be changed according to actual needs (for example, the magnitude of clasping force), which is not described herein again.
As shown in fig. 3, when the terminal 4 is connected to the post 32, the first elastic clasping portion 41 and the second elastic clasping portion 42 are located on both sides of the post 32 and clasp the post 32. The first elastic gripping portion 41 and the second elastic gripping portion 42 are integrally formed metal sheets. Further, as shown in fig. 2 and 3, the junction box cover 33 further includes a power outlet 334, one end of the power outlet 334 extends into the top cover 331 of the junction box cover 33 and is electrically connected to the terminal 32, and the other end is used for connecting a power supply (not shown). As shown in fig. 2, after the junction box cover 33 is covered, the wiring terminal 32 and the wiring terminal 4 of the wiring assembly are accommodated in the junction box cover 33, so that the internal space of the junction box cover is effectively saved, the height of the junction box cover is reduced, the installation space of the compressor is saved, in addition, the installation process is also saved due to the integrated design of the power supply outgoing line and the junction box cover, and the installation can be completed only by covering the whole junction box cover with the power supply outgoing line and covering the junction box cover.
Further, referring to fig. 4, which shows a cross-sectional view of the junction box cover after assembling according to another embodiment of the present invention, in the embodiment shown in fig. 4, the terminal 4' is only a terminal hole for the terminal post 32 to be inserted.
