(1)制浆:按重量百分比取针叶浆和阔叶浆,按常规条件加入碎浆机中碎浆,再经过双盘磨浆机在线打磨得到混合纸浆浆料;
(2)一次配浆:在盛有上述混合纸浆浆料的配浆池中按如下配比加入铁黄、冰片、二氢茉莉酮酸甲酯、薄荷精油、熊果苷、烟酰胺、决明子提取物、洋甘菊精油和柠檬精油,混合30~50min;
(3)二次配浆:再向配浆池中继续加入高岭土、维A酸、豌豆蛋白粉、姜叶粉、甘草粉、黄原胶和苦参碱,混合1~2h;
(4)将配浆后的浆料通过带施胶机的长网纸机进行抄纸成型,得到原纸,常温干燥,在-15~-5℃下冷藏20~50h;
(5)然后对抄纸成型后的原纸进行表面施胶,对表面施胶后的原纸依次进行复卷、切选及包装,即得成品。
