本发明涉及一种液压支架用乳化液,包括以下质量百分比的组分:水溶性蓖麻油40%~50%,二壬基萘磺酸钡20%~30%,复配添加剂15%~20%,非离子表面活性剂0.5%~2%,环烷酸锌1%~2%,十二烯基丁二酸1%~3%,硼砂1%~3%,二烷基二硫代磷酸锌0.2%~1%,水4%~8%;所述复配添加剂是由35~45质量份的硼酸、35~45质量份的三乙醇胺、3~8质量份的氢氧化钠反应而成。本发明的液压支架用乳化液具有优良的极压润滑、抗磨、冷却、防锈、清洗性,且乳液稳定性好,不易腐败变质。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种液压支架用乳化油及其制备方法,属于乳化油技术领域。
背景技术
液压支架用乳化油适用于煤矿液压支架与外注式单体液压支柱等***的动力传递介质,能有效的保护液压***,延长其使用寿命。传统的液压支架用乳化油是用矿物油为原料生产出来的,但是石油是不可再生资源,并且废弃的液压油不易降解会污染环境。目前普遍采用乳化性能和冷却性能相对较好、环保安全的非离子乳化剂,添加各种功能性添加剂合成乳化油,但是仍然存在易腐败变质,乳液不稳定会出现析油析皂现象加剧对传动***的磨损,影响设备的使用寿命等诸多问题。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种具有优良的极压润滑、抗磨、冷却、防锈、清洗性,且乳液稳定性好,不易腐败变质的液压支架用乳化液,以及该液压支架用乳化液的制备方法。
本发明为解决上述技术问题提出的一种技术方案是:一种液压支架用乳化液,其特征在于,包括以下质量百分比的组分:水溶性蓖麻油40%~50%,二壬基萘磺酸钡20%~30%,复配添加剂15%~20%,非离子表面活性剂0.5%~2%,环烷酸锌1%~2%,十二烯基丁二酸1%~3%,硼砂1%~3%,二烷基二硫代磷酸锌0.2%~1%,水4%~8%;所述复配添加剂是由35~45质量份的硼酸、35~45质量份的三乙醇胺、3~8质量份的氢氧化钠反应而成。
所述水溶性蓖麻油是蓖麻油和乙二醇在催化剂的作用下缩合而成。
所述蓖麻油与乙二醇的质量比为1:10~1:8。
所述催化剂是有机酸催化剂。
所述有机酸催化剂是甲基苯磺酸。
所述非离子表面活性剂是OP-10和Span-80中的一种或两种。
本发明为解决上述技术问题提出的另一种技术方案是:一种上述的液压支架用乳化液的制备方法,将水加入反应釜中,然后加入硼酸和氢氧化钠,升温至90℃~95℃,保温搅拌20分钟~30分钟,再加入三乙醇胺,保温搅拌2小时~3小时,待液体透明后加入非离子表面活性剂,搅拌20分钟~30分钟,温度控制在70℃~75℃加入水溶性蓖麻油、二壬基萘磺酸钡、环烷酸锌、十二烯基丁二酸、硼砂和二烷基二硫代磷酸锌,继续搅拌20分钟~30分钟,混合均匀后即可得到成品。
本发明具有积极的效果:本发明的液压支架用乳化液由改性植物油、防锈剂、复配添加剂、非离子表面活性剂、抗磨剂、防腐剂等混合而成。复配添加剂采用硼酸、三乙醇胺、氢氧化钠反应而得硼酸与氢氧化钠反应生成硼酸钠,硼酸与三乙醇胺反应生成三乙醇胺硼酸酯,具有极好的乳化、润滑和防锈效果,非离子表面活性剂降低乳化液对pH值的依赖性,使得乳化效率高,并且保持较低的表面张力,具有很好的清洗性。二壬基萘磺酸钡代替石油磺酸钡和石油磺酸钠,配以环烷酸锌、十二烯基丁二酸、硼砂等防锈剂,可以有效提升防锈性。硼砂、二烷基二硫代磷酸锌具有抗氧化的作用,同时二烷基二硫代磷酸锌可以作为抗磨剂使用。本发明的液压支架用乳化液采用改性植物油替代机械油,具有优良的极压润滑、抗磨、冷却、防锈、清洗等功能,不含有苯甲酸盐,亚硝酸盐等有害物质,所以对环境无污染、不腐蚀、不发臭、无毒无味,对人体、皮肤、眼睛无刺激无损害等。与500mg/l以下硬度的水质配成5%的乳化液可用于井下液压支架与外注式单体液压支柱的液压液,或作液压机械***的传动介质。
具体实施方式
实施例1
本实施例的液压支架用乳化液的制备方法是将67kg的水和450kg的水溶性蓖麻油加入反应釜中,然后加入80kg的硼酸和5kg的氢氧化钠,升温至90℃,保温搅拌30分钟,再加入80kg的三乙醇胺,保温搅拌3小时,待液体透明后加入8kg的Span-80,搅拌30分钟,温度控制在70℃加入250kg的二壬基萘磺酸钡、15kg的环烷酸锌、20kg的十二烯基丁二酸、20kg的硼砂和5kg的二烷基二硫代磷酸锌,继续搅拌30分钟即可得到液压支架用乳化液。水溶性蓖麻油是由1质量份的蓖麻油、9质量份的乙二醇和0.3质量份的甲基苯磺酸投入反应釜中,升温至85℃,搅拌3小时,进行缩合反应后精馏而得。
实施例2
本实施例的液压支架用乳化液的制备方法是将76kg的水和420kg的水溶性蓖麻油加入反应釜中,然后加入75kg的硼酸和4kg的氢氧化钠,升温至90℃,保温搅拌30分钟,再加入75kg的三乙醇胺,保温搅拌3小时,待液体透明后加入10kg的OP-10,搅拌30分钟,温度控制在70℃加入280kg的二壬基萘磺酸钡、12kg的环烷酸锌、15kg的十二烯基丁二酸、25kg的硼砂和8kg的二烷基二硫代磷酸锌,继续搅拌30分钟即可得到液压支架用乳化液。水溶性蓖麻油是由1质量份的蓖麻油、9.5质量份的乙二醇和0.4质量份的甲基苯磺酸投入反应釜中,升温至85℃,搅拌3小时,进行缩合反应后精馏而得。
实施例3
本实施例的液压支架用乳化液的制备方法是将46kg的水和480kg的水溶性蓖麻油加入反应釜中,然后加入90kg的硼酸和7kg的氢氧化钠,升温至90℃,保温搅拌30分钟,再加入90kg的三乙醇胺,保温搅拌3小时,待液体透明后加入3kg的OP-10和3kg的Span-80,搅拌30分钟,温度控制在70℃加入220kg的二壬基萘磺酸钡、18kg的环烷酸锌、25kg的十二烯基丁二酸、15kg的硼砂和3kg的二烷基二硫代磷酸锌,继续搅拌30分钟即可得到液压支架用乳化液。水溶性蓖麻油是由1质量份的蓖麻油、8.5质量份的乙二醇和0.25质量份的甲基苯磺酸投入反应釜中,升温至85℃,搅拌3小时,进行缩合反应后精馏而得。
实施例1至3的液压支架用乳化液均符合如表1所示的技术指标。

本发明所用化学试剂均为外购,浓度为化学纯。

1.一种液压支架用乳化液,其特征在于,包括以下质量百分比的组分:水溶性蓖麻油40%~50%,二壬基萘磺酸钡20%~30%,复配添加剂15%~20%,非离子表面活性剂0.5%~2%,环烷酸锌1%~2%,十二烯基丁二酸1%~3%,硼砂1%~3%,二烷基二硫代磷酸锌0.2%~1%,水4%~8%;所述复配添加剂是由35~45质量份的硼酸、35~45质量份的三乙醇胺、3~8质量份的氢氧化钠反应而成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的液压支架用乳化液,其特征在于:所述水溶性蓖麻油是蓖麻油和乙二醇在催化剂的作用下缩合而成。
3.根据权利要求1所述的液压支架用乳化液,其特征在于:所述蓖麻油与乙二醇的质量比为1:10~1:8。
4.根据权利要求2所述的液压支架用乳化液,其特征在于:所述催化剂是有机酸催化剂。
5.根据权利要求4所述的液压支架用乳化液,其特征在于:所述有机酸催化剂是甲基苯磺酸。
6.根据权利要求1所述的液压支架用乳化液,其特征在于:所述非离子表面活性剂是OP-10和Span-80中的一种或两种。
7.一种如权利要求1所述的液压支架用乳化液的制备方法,其特征在于:将水和水溶性蓖麻油加入反应釜中,然后加入硼酸和氢氧化钠,升温至90℃~95℃,保温搅拌20分钟~30分钟,再加入三乙醇胺,保温搅拌2小时~3小时,待液体透明后加入非离子表面活性剂,搅拌20分钟~30分钟,温度控制在70℃~75℃加入二壬基萘磺酸钡、环烷酸锌、十二烯基丁二酸、硼砂和二烷基二硫代磷酸锌,继续搅拌20分钟~30分钟,混合均匀后即可得到成品。
