本发明属于机械加工行业,具体是应用于加工偏心零件外圆与内孔不同心的磨削加工,所使用的一种偏心零件磨削工艺装备,本发明是由内六角圆柱头螺钉、压板、支撑销、精磨芯轴和砂轮所组成的,其特征是:工件通过压板固定在精磨芯轴上,通过机床双顶尖顶紧,保证精磨芯轴的轴线与机床顶尖回转转中心重合,加工时精磨芯轴的旋转,带动工件做旋转运动,机床主轴带动砂轮高速旋转,作为主切削运动,与精磨芯轴的旋转运动,通过精磨芯轴的偏心设计,共同实现了零件外圆与内孔偏心的磨削加工,综上所述,本发明使用方便稳定可靠,工作效率高,不仅减低工人的劳动强度,而且大大提高作业人员的安全。

技术领域
本发明属于机械加工行业,具体是应用于加工偏心零件外圆与内孔不同心的磨削加工,可以实现其他内孔与外圆圆心不同心的产品磨削加工,所使用的一种偏心零件磨削工艺装备。
背景技术
现有加工的普通外圆磨床,只能磨削回转型零件外圆与内孔是同心的,增加磨削工装可实现内孔与外圆任意要求的偏心尺寸,受限于偏心工装的制造精度,偏心尺寸无法实现很高的精度要求。
发明内容
本发明目的,就是要解决上述的技术问题,而提供的一种偏心零件磨削工艺装备。
本发明的技术解决方案是:一种偏心零件磨削工艺装备,是由内六角圆柱头螺钉、压板、支撑销、精磨芯轴和砂轮所组成的,其特征是:工件通过压板固定在精磨芯轴上,通过机床双顶尖顶紧,保证精磨芯轴的轴线与机床顶尖回转转中心重合,加工时精磨芯轴的旋转,带动工件做旋转运动,机床主轴带动砂轮高速旋转,作为主切削运动,与精磨芯轴的旋转运动,通过精磨芯轴的偏心设计,共同实现了零件外圆与内孔偏心的磨削加工。
本发明的砂轮轴回转稳定性及精度,可以保证工件外圆尺寸精度、粗糙度要求。
本发明加工时精磨芯轴的回转中心与磨床主轴回转中心的重合,工件外圆磨削通过精磨芯轴的偏心设计L实现磨削外圆与内孔的偏心,并保证了外圆的精度。
本发明的技术效果是:减轻工人的劳动强度,提高了工作效率和质量。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图,对本发明做详细的说明。
本发明先把工件固定好,加工时,精磨芯轴4的回转中心与磨床回转中心的重合,工件外圆磨削通过精磨芯轴4的偏心设计实现与内孔的偏心。机床主轴带动砂轮5旋转,作为主切削运动,与精磨芯轴4的回转运动共同实现外圆的磨削加工。
综上所述,本发明使用方便稳定可靠,工作效率高,不仅减低工人的劳动强度,而且大大提高作业人员的安全。
