本发明属于铁制品处理技术领域,尤其是一种铁制品的防锈处理方法,具体方法如下:(1)铁制品的预处理;(2)铁制品的防锈处理;本发明工艺简单,无毒无害,先进行预处理,有效隔绝水分和氧气,有效抑制水分和氧气的渗入,使得生成保护膜附着能力强,表现出较好的防锈性能;然后进行防锈处理,使得防锈成分稳定,分子能有效吸附在金属表面,且能形成致密的保护层,防锈能力好,膜层美观有光泽,耐久性和耐磨性好,不脱落、不开裂、不起泡,有效提高清洗效果,延长其使用寿命和使用品质。

技术领域
本发明属于铁制品处理技术领域,尤其是一种铁制品的防锈处理方法。
背景技术
铁制品容易生锈是人们日常生活中最头疼的事情之一,因为铁制品生锈不但大大降低其美观度,而大大降低其使用寿命,但是如何有效提升铁制品的防锈性能是人们一直以来所努力想要解决的问题,但是现有技术的铁制品的防锈处理方法所达到的防锈效果并不理想;因此,发明一种铁制品的防锈处理方法对铁制品领域的发展具有重大意义。
发明内容
针对上述问题,本发明旨在提供一种铁制品的防锈处理方法。
本发明通过以下技术方案实现:
一种铁制品的防锈处理方法,具体方法如下:
(1)铁制品的预处理
将铁制品用打磨机打磨光滑,浸没于质量浓度为8%~9%的石油沥青液中保温浸泡56~60min,取出,置入温度为114~118℃的烘箱内恒温烘烤7~8min、以1.4~1.8℃/min的降温速率降温至84~88℃继续恒温烘烤13~14min,取出,得预处理铁制品;
(2)铁制品的防锈处理
在预处理铁制品表面均匀涂抹防锈剂,置入温度为146~148℃、压力为1.6~1.8MPa的条件下热压干燥14~16min,取出,浸没于温度为1~2℃的冷水浸泡5~6min,取出,置入温度为188~190℃、压力为3.2~3.4MPa的条件下热压干燥23~25min,取出,置入温度为-22~-20℃的冷却间进行冷却,取出擦干,得防锈铁制品。
作为发明进一步的方案:所述的石油沥青液的温度为77~79℃。
作为发明进一步的方案:所述的防锈剂,由以下重量份的原料制成:罗望子胶1.3~1.5份、醋酸锌7.9~8.1份、甲阶酚醛树脂3.3~3.5份、聚丙烯酸钠9.7~9.9份、松脂5.5~5.7份、马铃薯淀粉2.3~2.5份、辛基酚聚氧乙烯醚4.2~4.4份、水65~70份。
本发明的有益效果:本发明提供的一种铁制品的防锈处理方法,工艺简单,无毒无害,先进行预处理,有效隔绝水分和氧气,有效抑制水分和氧气的渗入,使得生成保护膜附着能力强,表现出高效的防锈性能;然后进行防锈处理,使得防锈成分稳定,分子能有效吸附在金属表面,且能形成致密的保护层,防锈能力好,膜层美观有光泽,耐久性和耐磨性好,不脱落、不开裂、不起泡,有效提高清洗效果,延长其使用寿命和使用品质。
具体实施方式
下面用具体实施例说明本发明,但并不是对本发明的限制。
实施例1
本发明实施例中,一种铁制品的防锈处理方法,具体方法如下:
(1)铁制品的预处理
将铁制品用打磨机打磨光滑,浸没于质量浓度为8%的石油沥青液中保温浸泡56min,取出,置入温度为114℃的烘箱内恒温烘烤7min、以1.4℃/min的降温速率降温至84℃继续恒温烘烤13min,取出,得预处理铁制品;
(2)铁制品的防锈处理
在预处理铁制品表面均匀涂抹防锈剂,置入温度为146℃、压力为1.6MPa的条件下热压干燥14min,取出,浸没于温度为1℃的冷水浸泡5min,取出,置入温度为188℃、压力为3.2MPa的条件下热压干燥23min,取出,置入温度为-22℃的冷却间进行冷却,取出擦干,得防锈铁制品。

(1)铁制品的预处理
将铁制品用打磨机打磨光滑,浸没于质量浓度为8.5%的石油沥青液中保温浸泡58min,取出,置入温度为116℃的烘箱内恒温烘烤7.5min、以1.6℃/min的降温速率降温至86℃继续恒温烘烤13.5min,取出,得预处理铁制品;
(2)铁制品的防锈处理
在预处理铁制品表面均匀涂抹防锈剂,置入温度为147℃、压力为1.7MPa的条件下热压干燥15min,取出,浸没于温度为1.5℃的冷水浸泡5.5min,取出,置入温度为189℃、压力为3.3MPa的条件下热压干燥24min,取出,置入温度为-21℃的冷却间进行冷却,取出擦干,得防锈铁制品。
作为发明进一步的方案:所述的石油沥青液的温度为78℃。
作为发明进一步的方案:所述的防锈剂,由以下重量份的原料制成:罗望子胶1.4份、醋酸锌8份、甲阶酚醛树脂3.4份、聚丙烯酸钠9.8份、松脂5.6份、马铃薯淀粉2.4份、辛基酚聚氧乙烯醚4.3份、水68份。
实施例3
本发明实施例中,一种铁制品的防锈处理方法,具体方法如下:
(1)铁制品的预处理
将铁制品用打磨机打磨光滑,浸没于质量浓度为9%的石油沥青液中保温浸泡60min,取出,置入温度为118℃的烘箱内恒温烘烤8min、以1.8℃/min的降温速率降温至84~88℃继续恒温烘烤14min,取出,得预处理铁制品;
(2)铁制品的防锈处理
在预处理铁制品表面均匀涂抹防锈剂,置入温度为148℃、压力为1.8MPa的条件下热压干燥16min,取出,浸没于温度为2℃的冷水浸泡6min,取出,置入温度为190℃、压力为3.4MPa的条件下热压干燥25min,取出,置入温度为-20℃的冷却间进行冷却,取出擦干,得防锈铁制品。
作为发明进一步的方案:所述的石油沥青液的温度为79℃。
作为发明进一步的方案:所述的防锈剂,由以下重量份的原料制成:罗望子胶1.5份、醋酸锌8.1份、甲阶酚醛树脂3.5份、聚丙烯酸钠9.9份、松脂5.7份、马铃薯淀粉2.5份、辛基酚聚氧乙烯醚4.4份、水70份。

一种铁制品的防锈处理方法,与实施例1的区别在于不进行步骤(1)铁制品的预处理,其他条件均相同。
对比例3
一种铁制品的防锈处理方法,与实施例1的区别在于不进行步骤(2)中的冷水浸泡处理,其他条件均相同。
将性质和状态相同的铁制品用对实施例和对比例进行处理,处理后进行防锈效果的测定,将处理后的铁制品放入恒温恒湿箱中,设定湿度为90%、温度为66℃,结果如表1:

Claims (2)

1.一种铁制品的防锈处理方法,其特征在于,具体方法如下:
(1)铁制品的预处理
将铁制品用打磨机打磨光滑,浸没于质量浓度为8%~9%的石油沥青液中保温浸泡56~60min,取出,置入温度为114~118℃的烘箱内恒温烘烤7~8min、以1.4~1.8℃/min的降温速率降温至84~88℃继续恒温烘烤13~14min,取出,得预处理铁制品;
(2)铁制品的防锈处理
在预处理铁制品表面均匀涂抹防锈剂,置入温度为146~148℃、压力为1.6~1.8MPa的条件下热压干燥14~16min,取出,浸没于温度为1~2℃的冷水浸泡5~6min,取出,置入温度为188~190℃、压力为3.2~3.4MPa的条件下热压干燥23~25min,取出,置入温度为-22~-20℃的冷却间进行冷却,取出擦干,得防锈铁制品;
所述的防锈剂,由以下重量份的原料制成:罗望子胶1.3~1.5份、醋酸锌7.9~8.1份、甲阶酚醛树脂3.3~3.5份、聚丙烯酸钠9.7~9.9份、松脂5.5~5.7份、马铃薯淀粉2.3~2.5份、辛基酚聚氧乙烯醚4.2~4.4份、水65~70份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的铁制品的防锈处理方法,其特征在于,所述的石油沥青液的温度为77~79℃。
