Abstract

一种畜禽***物发酵罐滤水装置，包括滤网、滾筒，所述的滤网固定连接在滾筒内壁上；所述的滤网端面呈开口长方形，顶面有网眼，两立面与滚筒内壁形成过水槽。在进行畜禽***物发酵加工时，发酵罐的进料可带水进行，滤网自洁防堵，减少***物总量，大大提高了发酵罐的利用率和***物的发酵率。特别适合于养殖业***物的无害化深加工之用。

本发明涉及生物发酵领域，尤其是一种畜禽***物发酵罐滤水装置。
背景技术
畜禽***物的发酵是废物利用的处理方法，通常用来生产有机肥、饲料等再生原料，畜禽***物发酵处理的主要特征是无害化再利用。
目前，各类养殖场***物生物发酵的处理过程中，***物要过水搅拌沉淀沙石等非生物杂质，过水后的***物含水量很高，通常采用前置滤水装置或带水发酵，前者增加设备、费工耗时，后者成倍增加容量并且严重影响发酵。
发明内容
本发明针对上述技术问题的不足，提供了带水进料、滤水发酵同步进行的一种畜禽***物发酵罐滤水装置。
为实现上述目的，本发明的技术方案是：
一种畜禽***物发酵罐滤水装置，其特征在于：包括滤网、滾筒；所述的滤网固定连接在滾筒内壁上；所述的滤网端面呈开口长方形，顶面有网眼，两立面与滾筒内壁形成过水槽。
采用上述技术方案后，本发明的有益效果是：
采用本发明进行畜禽***物发酵加工时，发酵罐的进料可带水进行，滤网自洁防堵，大大提高了发酵罐利用率和***物发酵率。

如图1所示，一种畜禽***物发酵罐滤水装置，包括滤网1、滾筒2；所述的滤网1固定连接在滾筒2内壁上；所述的滤网1端面呈开口长方形，顶面有网眼，两立面与滾筒2内壁形成过水槽。
工作中，滾筒2带动滤网1同步旋转，当连续注入带水畜禽***物时，滤网1连续排水，留下含水适量的畜禽***物进行发酵，以达到减少工序、提高效率的目的。
