Under the normal condition, after the pot cover 1 is covered, the steel ball 36 of the force application end 31 of the driving lever 3 is positioned in the clamping groove 25 corresponding to the 'closed' mark on the cover plate 6, the side wall of the driving lever 3 is abutted against the side wall of the concave table 21, the push rod 4 at the moment is positioned in the jack on the pot cover 1, but does not apply force to the rubber ring in the pot cover 1, the rubber ring is in contact with or does not contact with the rubber ring, but does not apply force to the rubber ring in the pot cover 1, and the pot cover 1 and the pot body 7 are in a sealing state under the action of the rubber ring at the moment.
