输出方波的无铁芯永磁发电机。本发明所涉及输出方波的无铁芯永磁发电机,由转轴1、永磁体固定盘2、轴承3,M个线圈4、N个大永磁体5、N个小永磁体6、机壳7、机壳盖8构成,M个线圈4固定在机壳盖8上,M个线圈之间的间距与线圈4的宽度相同,每个大永磁体5与每个小永磁体6对装成为闭合磁路的结构,它们都安装在永磁体固定盘2上,这些结构的间距与线圈4宽度相同,M个线圈4处于前述磁路的磁场中,当转轴1转动时,闭合磁路的旋转使M个线圈4切割磁力线而产生电流。

本发明涉及电机技术,具体涉及输出方波的无铁芯永磁发电机。
背景技术
电机包括直流发电机、交流发电机、直流电动机和交流电动机,它们都是基于电磁感应原理将机械能与电能相互转化的设备,都有线圈绕组,传统发电机定子线圈绕组都有磁芯,励磁或永磁转子转动时,它们之间会有很大的阻力,减少这种阻力则可降低发电机输入功率并提高发电效率。
发明内容
本发明所涉及输出方波的无铁芯永磁发电机,由转轴1、永磁体固定盘2、轴承3,M个线圈4、N个大永磁体5、N个小永磁体6、机壳7、机壳盖8构成,M个线圈4固定在机壳盖8上,M个线圈之间的间距与线圈4的宽度相同,每个大永磁体5与每个小永磁体6对装成为闭合磁路的结构,它们都安装在永磁体固定盘2上,这些结构的间距与线圈4宽度相同,M个线圈4处于前述磁路的磁场中,当转轴1转动时,闭合磁路的旋转使M个线圈4切割磁力线而产生电流。

Claims (5)

1.输出方波的无铁芯永磁发电机,其特征是:发电机由转轴、永磁体固定盘、轴承,M个线圈、N个大永磁体、N个小永磁体、机壳、机壳盖构成,M个线圈固定在机壳盖上,M个线圈之间的间距与线圈的宽度相同,每个大永磁体与每个小永磁体对装成为闭合磁路的结构,它们都安装在永磁体固定盘上,这些结构的间距与线圈宽度相同,M个线圈处于前述磁路的磁场中,转轴转动时,上述闭合磁路旋转使M个线圈切割磁力线而产生电流。
2.根据权利要求1所述的输出方波的无铁芯永磁发电机,线圈固定在机壳盖上,其特征是:两个机壳都安装有线圈且数量相同。
3.根据权利要求1所述的输出方波的无铁芯永磁发电机,每个大永磁体与每个小永磁体对装成为闭合磁路的结构,其特征是:磁路结构中的磁力线与转轴轴线相垂直。
4.根据权利要求1所述的输出方波的无铁芯永磁发电机,各个线圈之间的间距与线圈的宽度相同,其特征是:线圈绕制成为单层线圈。
5.进一步地,根据权利要求1所述的输出方波的无铁芯永磁发电机,线圈也可以绕制成为多层线圈,其特征是:多层绕制方式使本发明的输出为正弦波交流电流。
