High-speed railways are system engineering which centralizes a plurality of high-speed and new technologies, and high-speed trains are an important part and directly relate to the life safety and comfort of passengers. And an important component affecting the safety of high speed trains is the bogie of the locomotive. The gearbox is a key part in the bogie and is responsible for transmitting the power of the locomotive to the wheel set, and has direct influence on train driving safety and train dynamics. Generally, gears are required to run safely for more than 120 ten thousand kilometers, and the box is normally operated for more than 20 years.
As train speeds continue to increase, the operating conditions of the gearboxes become increasingly severe. The gear box is extremely easy to break down in the running process under the running condition of high speed and heavy load for a long time. The occurrence of faults seriously affects the normal operation of the motor train unit, increases maintenance and repair costs, and may even endanger the safety of passengers. Therefore, it is important to perform reliability analysis tests on the gearbox. However, the test equipment in the laboratory at present cannot effectively simulate various working conditions encountered in locomotive operation, so that a large error exists between the data obtained by test analysis and the actual effect.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a bidirectional tiltable double-gear box closed loop torsion loading test bed, which is used for simulating the operation condition of a locomotive gear box in the operation of a locomotive and improving the reliability test precision of the gear box.
