Abstract
The invention relates to the field of bathrooms and discloses a cleaning liquid supply device and a flush toilet. The cleaning liquid supply device is provided in a tank of a toilet bowl for supplying cleaning liquid to the toilet bowl, and includes: liquid box 1, fluid infusion device, play liquid controlling means. Wherein, the liquid box is used for depositing the cleaning solution to have a liquid outlet. The liquid supplementing device is used for supplementing liquid to the liquid box; the liquid outlet control device is connected with the liquid box and communicated with a drain valve in the water tank and is used for controlling the liquid amount of the cleaning liquid in the liquid box flowing to the drain valve from the liquid outlet. According to the invention, the cleaning solution supply device can realize quantitative supply of the cleaning solution when the water closet flushes water, so that unnecessary waste is avoided, and the cleaning solution is not in contact with accessories in the water tank, so that the cleaning solution is prevented from corroding the accessories of the water tank.

Technical Field

Background
The flush toilet is an indispensable bathroom equipment in daily life. At present, the toilet bowl is usually cleaned by throwing solid cleaning pills into a water tank to be dissolved, the cleaning pills form cleaning liquid after being dissolved, and the toilet bowl is flushed by the cleaning liquid when flushing. Compared with the prior art, the cleaning solution supply device is specially arranged in the water tank, and the cleaning solution can be stored in the device through the liquid box, so that the cleaning solution is not in contact with accessories in the water tank, and the cleaning solution is prevented from corroding the accessories of the water tank. When the toilet bowl is used for flushing, the liquid quantity of the cleaning liquid in the liquid box flowing to the drain valve is controlled through the liquid outlet control device, and the drain valve can convey the cleaning liquid into the toilet bowl to clean the toilet bowl. In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings. However, it will be appreciated by those of ordinary skill in the art that numerous technical details are set forth in order to provide a better understanding of the present application in various embodiments of the present invention. A first embodiment of the present invention relates to a cleaning liquid supply device, as shown in fig. 1, provided in a tank of a toilet bowl for supplying cleaning liquid to the toilet bowl, the cleaning liquid supply device comprising: a liquid box 1, a liquid supplementing device 2 and a liquid outlet control device 3. Wherein, the liquid box 1 is used for storing cleaning liquid and is provided with a liquid outlet. The liquid supplementing device 2 is used for supplementing liquid to the liquid box 1; the liquid outlet control device 3 is connected with the liquid box 1 and communicated with a drain valve 4 in the water tank, and is used for controlling the liquid amount of the cleaning liquid in the liquid box 1 flowing to the drain valve 4 from the liquid outlet.
It can be easily found from the above description that since the cleaning liquid supply apparatus can store the cleaning liquid through the liquid cartridge 1, the cleaning liquid does not contact with the accessories in the water tank, preventing the cleaning liquid from causing corrosion to the accessories of the water tank. When the toilet bowl is used for flushing, the liquid amount of the cleaning liquid in the liquid box 1 is controlled to flow to the drain valve 4 through the liquid outlet control device 3, and the drain valve 4 can convey the cleaning liquid to the toilet bowl to clean the toilet bowl. Due to the arrangement of the liquid outlet control device 3, the cleaning liquid can be quantitatively supplied, and unnecessary waste is avoided. When the liquid level is low in the liquid box 1, the liquid can be replenished to the liquid box 1 through the liquid replenishing device 2, and the use is very convenient.
It is worth mentioning that, as shown in fig. 1, the liquid outlet control device 3 includes: a support box 5 and an on-off valve 6. Wherein, support box 5 and liquid box 1 and be connected to have an inner chamber, the inner chamber communicates with the liquid outlet of liquid box 1. The on-off valve 6 is arranged on the supporting box 5 and penetrates through the inner cavity of the supporting box 5, and is used for controlling the liquid amount of the cleaning liquid flowing out of the inner cavity, and the cleaning liquid flowing out of the inner cavity can be led to the drain valve 4. Therefore, the liquid outlet control device 3 is simple and practical in structure.
As shown in fig. 2, the on-off valve 6 includes: valve core 7, valve gap 8, spring 9 and shelves pole 10. Wherein, the valve core 7 is movably arranged on the supporting box 5 and penetrates through the inner cavity of the supporting box 5. The valve cover 8 is fixed on the supporting box 5, and the valve cover 8, the valve core 7 and the supporting box 5 form an inner space. The spring 9 is arranged in the inner space and respectively abuts against the valve core 7 and the valve cover 8. The gear lever 10 is movably arranged on the valve core 7; the stop lever 10 is used for being driven by the overflow pipe of the drain valve 4 when the flushing of the toilet triggers the opening of the drain valve 4, and driving the valve core 7 to move when being driven by the overflow pipe of the drain valve 4, so that the movement is simple and smooth, and the phenomena of sticking and blocking can not occur. The valve core 7 is used for compressing the spring 9 and conveying the cleaning liquid in the inner cavity to the drain valve 4 when the toilet is flushed. The spring 9 is used for returning from the pressing state after flushing is finished and pushing the valve core 7 to move to a state of flushing failure. The on-off valve 6 is compact in structure and can realize the function of conveying cleaning liquid. In this embodiment, the valve cover 8 has a protrusion, and the spring 9 is inserted into the protrusion, so that the positioning effect of the spring 9 is better, and the performance of the on-off valve 6 is better.
In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, the liquid outlet is disposed above the middle liquid level of the liquid box 1, so as to avoid the waste of the cleaning liquid caused by directly delivering the cleaning liquid with a relatively high concentration to the toilet bowl.
Further, as shown in fig. 3, the spool 7 includes: head 11, trunk 12, and tail 13. The trunk 12 is connected to the head 11 and the tail 13, respectively, and the head 11, the bonnet 8, and the support case 5 form an internal space. The head 11 has a recess therein for receiving a spring. The trunk part 12 and the tail part 13 are hollow, the head part 11 is used for blocking the cleaning liquid in the inner cavity from flowing out when the toilet is not flushed, the trunk part 12 is used for conveying the cleaning liquid in the inner cavity to the tail part 13 when the toilet is flushed, and the tail part 13 is communicated with the drain valve 4. The tail part 13 is provided with a groove, and the stop lever 10 is provided with a boss matched with the groove of the tail part 13, so that the stop lever 10 can move at the tail part 13 of the valve core 7. When the lever 10 is lowered, the earlier the drain valve 4 comes into contact with the lever 10 during flushing, the more liquid can flow out of the on-off valve, and the liquid amount of the cleaning liquid flowing out of the cavity can be controlled by adjusting the position of the lever 10 at the tail 13 of the valve body 7 by the on-off valve 6. Therefore, the valve core 7 is ingenious in structure, and the on-off valve 6 realizes flow control.
As shown in fig. 4, the fluid replacement device 2 includes: valve seat 14, fluid replacement valve 15 and float 16. The liquid replenishing valve comprises a valve seat 14, a liquid replenishing valve 15, a floater 16 and a water replenishing pipe, wherein the valve seat 14 is arranged on the liquid box 1, the liquid replenishing valve 15 is arranged on the valve seat 14, the floater 16 is arranged in the liquid replenishing valve 15, when the floater 16 is lower than a preset liquid level, the floater 16 and the liquid replenishing valve 15 are matched and opened, and the liquid replenishing valve 15 externally connected with the water replenishing pipe starts to replenish liquid; when the liquid supplement reaches a preset liquid level, the central shaft of the floater 16 is contacted with the water supplement hole of the liquid supplement valve 15 and the water supplement is stopped. The float 16 can control the liquid supplementing valve 15, so that the liquid supplementing device 2 can realize automatic liquid supplementing.
A second embodiment of the present invention relates to a cleaning liquid supply device, and the second embodiment is further improved on the shielding device of the first embodiment, and the main improvements are that: in a second embodiment, as shown in fig. 5, the cleaning liquid supply device further comprises a partition 17, the partition 17 being arranged inside the liquid cartridge 1, in which embodiment the cleaning liquid is formed by dissolution of a pill 18, the partition serving to partition the area inside the liquid cartridge 1 where the pill 18 is placed.
Specifically, the partition plate 17 divides the cartridge 1 into a pill placement area and a water replenishing area, which are communicated with each other through a mesh hole in the partition plate 17. the liquid outlet control device comprises:
the supporting box is connected with the liquid box and is provided with an inner cavity, and the inner cavity is communicated with a liquid outlet of the liquid box;
the on-off valve is arranged on the supporting box, penetrates through the inner cavity of the supporting box and is used for controlling the liquid amount of the cleaning liquid flowing out of the inner cavity; the cleaning liquid flowing out of the inner cavity is led to the drain valve;
the on-off valve includes: the valve core, the valve cover, the spring and the stop lever; the valve core is movably arranged on the supporting box and penetrates through the inner cavity of the supporting box; the valve cover is fixed on the supporting box, and an internal space is formed by the valve cover, the valve core and the supporting box; the spring is arranged in the inner space and is respectively abutted against the valve core and the valve cover; the gear lever is movably arranged on the valve core;

5. The cleaning liquid supply apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the liquid replenishment device comprises:
the valve seat is arranged on the liquid box;
the liquid replenishing valve is arranged on the valve seat and is used for replenishing liquid to the liquid box through an externally connected water replenishing pipe;
and the floater is arranged in the liquid supplementing valve and used for driving the liquid supplementing valve to supplement liquid when the floater is lower than a preset liquid level.
