Abstract
本发明公开一种金属容器的密封材料,含有以下质量份数的组分:0~15份的聚丙烯树脂、20~40份的三元共聚聚丙烯、30~60份的弹性体树脂、5~10份的橡胶、5~20份的丙烯酸树脂。本发明所得的密封材料具有较好的耐腐蚀性、较高程度的回弹性、且在稍高温度下具有一定粘接性能,经过与金属容器注塑,具有较好的密封性和牢固性,可以用于与纽扣电池正、负极的结合,起到绝缘和密封作用,能有效的防止电解液渗漏,延长了电子元件的寿命。

技术领域
本发明属于高分子材料领域,具体涉及密封材料领域,进一步涉及一种金属容器的密封材料及其制备工艺。
背景技术
金属容器与盖片之间进行密封对于盛装含挥发性物质的包装非常关键,例如纽扣电池的外包装即类似于一种金属容器,一般做成扁型的圆柱体,为了能使正极和负极隔离,在正极和负极之间加一层密封圈,目前密封圈主要用橡胶材料做成。橡胶材料在长时间使用过程中容易形成电解液渗漏的问题,使得电池提前失效,另外泄漏的电解液还会污染电子产品,大大影响电子产品的使用效率。
中国专利CN203423217U公开了一种防泄漏纽扣电池,通过在橡胶密封圈外侧包覆密封阻隔薄膜,达到防止电解液渗漏的目的。但此方法必然增加纽扣电池的加工复杂性,使得生产纽扣电池的加工成本上涨。通常,电解液从电池中渗漏,主要是由于橡胶密封圈和金属之间的密封效果差引起的,因此,需要开发出能较好密封金属容器的密封材料。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术中密封材料对金属容器密封效果不佳、导致电器元件寿命较短等问题,提供一种金属容器的密封材料,其具有密封效果好,加工简单,可以注塑加工等优点,可以用于金属容器,例如电器元件的密封。
本发明所采用的技术方案是:一种金属容器的密封材料,其含有以下质量份数的组分,0~15份的聚丙烯树脂、20~40份的三元共聚聚丙烯、30~60份的弹性体树脂、5~10份的橡胶、5~20份的丙烯酸树脂。作为实施例,所述密封材料中可不含有聚丙烯树脂。
其中,所述的聚丙烯树脂选自均聚聚丙烯树脂,无规聚丙烯树脂或抗冲聚丙烯树脂中的一种;优选,所述聚丙烯树脂的熔融指数为6~12g/10min。
优选,所述的三元共聚聚丙烯是指乙烯-丙烯-丁稀三元共聚物;进一步优选,其熔融指数为5~12g/10min。
优选的,所述的弹性体树脂为三元乙丙橡胶、聚烯烃嵌段共聚树脂或乙烯-辛烯共聚树脂中的一种或几种的组合。
优选的,所述的橡胶为丁基橡胶,进一步优选为聚异丁烯橡胶。
优选的,所述的丙烯酸树脂选自乙烯与丙烯酸共聚物、乙烯与丙烯酸甲酯共聚物、乙烯与丙烯酸乙酯共聚物中的任意一种或几种的组合。
进一步优选,所述密封材料中还可根据需求任选添加色母,用于得到不同颜色的密封材料。例如,炭黑色母、绿色色母、黑色色母等,优选色母加入量为0.1~1份,更优选为0.3~0.6份,更进一步优选为0.4~0.5份。
本发明的另一方面,公开了上述金属容器的密封材料的制备工艺,将上述原材料组分先由高混机混合均匀,通过双螺杆挤出机造粒,烘干后,可以与金属盖板注塑加工使用。优选所述烘干温度为75~85℃,烘干时间为10~60分钟,优选为20~40分钟,更有选为30分钟。本方法制备得到的密封材料,其具有密封性好,加工简便,可以注塑加工等特点。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有如下有益效果:
(1)本发明通过选用聚丙烯树脂为原料,熔融共混后的材料具有优异的耐化学腐蚀性能,能有效的防止电解液腐蚀,延长了电子元件的使用寿命;
(2)本发明原料中加入弹性体树脂和橡胶,熔融共混后的材料为海岛结构,不仅具有较好的力学性能,而且具有较高程度的回弹性,保证材料在使用过程中不会因为轻微震动影响电池的使用寿命,提高了材料的使用稳定性;
(3)本发明原料中加入丙烯酸树脂,所得密封材料在稍高温度下具有一定粘接性能,保证材料在加工过程中与其他部件粘接,从而具有较好的密封性和牢固性;
(4)本发明的密封材料原料易得,加工工艺简单,投入小,适合工业化生产。
具体实施方式
下文将结合具体实施例对本发明的技术方案做更进一步的详细说明。除非另有说明,以下实施例中使用的原料均为市售商品,或者可以通过已知方法制备。
实施例1:
将14.8份的均聚聚丙烯树脂,20.5份的三元共聚聚丙烯,54.7份的三元乙丙橡胶,5.1份的聚异丁烯橡胶,5.2份的乙烯和丙烯酸共聚物经高速混合后,加入至长径比36的双螺杆挤出机中,进行熔融挤出造粒,挤出机温度设置如下:1区,150℃,2区175℃,3区180℃,4区185℃,5区185℃,6区190℃,7区195℃,8区190℃,口膜190℃。经过水冷造粒,切成2~3mm的颗粒,然后在80℃烘箱中停留30分钟,即得到本发明的用于金属容器的密封材料。
实施例2:
将39.8份的乙烯-丙烯-丁烯三元共聚聚丙烯,30.4份的聚烯烃嵌段共聚树脂,9.8份的聚异丁烯橡胶,19.5份的乙烯和丙烯酸甲酯共聚物,0.5份的炭黑色母经高速混合后,加入至长径比40的双螺杆挤出机中,进行熔融挤出造粒,挤出机温度设置如下:1区,110℃,2区115℃,3区120℃,4区125℃,5区125℃,6区130℃,7区130℃,8区135℃,9区135℃,口膜140℃。经过水冷造粒,切成2~3mm的颗粒,然后在80℃烘箱中停留30分钟,即得到本发明的用于金属容器的黑色密封材料。
实施例3:
将15份的无规聚丙烯树脂,26.8份的乙烯-丙烯-丁烯三元共聚聚丙烯,42.2份的乙烯-辛烯共聚树脂,6.7份的聚异丁烯橡胶,5.6份的乙烯和丙烯酸共聚物,3.2份的乙烯和丙烯酸乙酯共聚物,0.5份的绿色色母粒,经高速混合后,加入至长径比40的双螺杆挤出机中,进行熔融挤出造粒,挤出机温度设置如下:1区,150℃,2区155℃,3区155℃,4区160℃,5区165℃,6区170℃,7区175℃,8区175℃,9区180℃,口膜185℃。经过水冷造粒,切成2~3mm的颗粒,然后在80℃烘箱中停留30分钟,即得到本发明的用于金属容器的绿色密封材料。
实施例4:
将14.5份的抗冲聚丙烯树脂,36.8份的乙烯-丙烯-丁烯三元共聚聚丙烯,30份的乙烯-辛烯共聚树脂,10份的聚异丁烯橡胶,5份的乙烯和丙烯酸共聚物,3.2份的乙烯和丙烯酸乙酯共聚物,0.5份的黑色色母粒,经高速混合后,加入至长径比40的双螺杆挤出机中,进行熔融挤出造粒,挤出机温度设置如下:1区,150℃,2区155℃,3区175℃,4区180℃,5区185℃,6区190℃,7区195℃,8区195℃,9区190℃,口膜195℃。经过水冷造粒,切成2~3mm的颗粒,然后在80℃烘箱中停留30分钟,即得到本发明的用于金属容器的黑色密封材料。
实施例5:
将5份无规聚丙烯树脂,30.6份乙烯-丙烯-丁烯三元共聚聚丙烯,20.4份的聚烯烃嵌段共聚树脂,10.2份的三元乙丙橡胶,7.7份的乙烯-辛烯共聚树脂,8.6份的聚异丁烯橡胶,14份的乙烯和丙烯酸乙酯共聚物,2.5份的乙烯和丙烯酸共聚物,1份的乙烯和丙烯酸甲酯共聚物经高速混合后,加入至长径比40的双螺杆挤出机中,进行熔融挤出造粒,挤出机温度设置如下:1区,150℃,2区155℃,3区160℃,4区165℃,5区170℃,6区170℃,7区170℃,8区170℃,9区175℃,口膜175℃。经过水冷造粒,切成2~3mm的颗粒,然后在80℃烘箱中停留30分钟,即得到本发明的用于金属容器的密封材料。
实施例6:
将上述实施例1-5所得的密封材料,在注塑机上与纽扣电池负极(金属盖片)注塑,再与纽扣电池正极(金属容器筒体)结合,经冲压密封,测试所得产品性能,结果如下表。
从上表看出,本发明的上述密封材料,经过与负极(金属盖片)注塑,可以用于与纽扣电池正极(金属容器筒体)的结合,起到正极和负极之间的绝缘和密封作用。经过长时间的测试,发现其密封效果好,能有效的防止电解液渗漏,延长了纽扣电池的寿命。

1.一种金属容器的密封材料,其含有以下质量份数的组分:0~15份的聚丙烯树脂、20~40份的三元共聚聚丙烯、30~60份的弹性体树脂、5~10份的橡胶、5~20份的丙烯酸树脂。
2.如权利要求1所述的密封材料,其特征在于:所述的聚丙烯树脂选自均聚聚丙烯树脂,无规聚丙烯树脂或抗冲聚丙烯树脂中的一种。
3.如权利要求2所述的密封材料,其特征在于:所述聚丙烯树脂的熔融指数为6~12g/10min。
4.如权利要求1所述的密封材料,其特征在于:所述的三元共聚聚丙烯是乙烯-丙烯-丁稀三元共聚物;其熔融指数为5~12g/10min。
5.如权利要求1所述的密封材料,其特征在于:所述的弹性体树脂为三元乙丙橡胶、聚烯烃嵌段共聚树脂或乙烯-辛烯共聚树脂中的一种或几种的组合。
6.如权利要求1所述的密封材料,其特征在于:所述的橡胶为丁基橡胶。

9.如权利要求1-8任一所述的密封材料的制备工艺,具体步骤为:先将原材料组分混合均匀,通过双螺杆挤出机造粒,烘干,得到所述密封材料。
10.如权利要求9所述的制备工艺,其特征在于:所述烘干温度为75~85℃,烘干时间为10~60分钟。
