背景技术
塑胶主要由碳、氧、氢和氮及其他有机或无机元素所构成,成品为固体,在制造过程中是熔融状的液体,因此可以加热使其熔化、加压力使其流动、冷却使其固化,而形成各种形状。塑胶主要有热塑性和热固性塑胶之分,热塑性塑胶指反复加热仍有可塑性的塑胶:主要有PE/PP/PVC/PS/ABS/PMMA/POM/PC/PA等常用原料。热固性塑胶主要指加热硬化的合成树脂制得的得塑胶,像一些酚醛塑胶及氨基塑胶,不常用。
相比于橡胶鞋底,塑胶鞋底由于其轻便易成型的特点逐渐进入到人们的视野,避免了橡胶鞋底因其密度较大导致的过于笨重的问题。另外,塑胶鞋底在正常干燥的环境中物性非常的好,轻便易发泡,可以做喷涂各种色彩,耐折性优异,橡胶的硬度普遍低于塑胶材料,但是塑胶材料相比于橡胶材料,其耐磨性上稍逊,用于制造塑胶鞋底制品时存在使用寿命较短的不足。

本发明的目的在于提供一种耐磨高硬的塑胶鞋底制品。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用以下技术方案予以实现:一种耐磨高硬的塑胶鞋底制品,包括以下重量份的物质:塑胶料50-68份、塑胶改性剂3-8份、橡胶料15-24份、共混改性助剂5-10份、增塑剂10-25份、稳定剂1-5份、润滑剂0.1-2份、发泡剂0.5-3份、无机填充粒子2-7份、玻璃纤维2-10份;
所述的塑胶改性剂为苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯三元嵌段共聚物、乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物和乙烯-辛烯共聚物按照重量比1:(0.5-1):(0.2-0.8)混配而成;
所述的共混改性助剂包括以下重量份的物质:增塑剂5-23份、相容剂10-35份、粘合剂10-35份、润滑剂1-8份、偶联剂0-10份。
本发明中,通过橡胶与塑胶的共混改性,塑胶进入橡胶网络结构的内部,使其网络结构充分松弛,而塑胶的存在使得橡胶具有更高的强度,二者的共混提高了复合料的整体韧性和强度;同时,所述的塑胶经改性处理,所述的改性剂为苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯三元嵌段共聚物、乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物和乙烯-辛烯共聚物的混合物,极大的提高了塑胶的耐寒性能,改善其低温脆性,提高塑胶材料的使用温度范围。

发泡剂有助于实现塑胶材料的发泡,降低整体塑胶鞋底制品的密度;同时,发泡剂引发的泡孔挤压内部空间,使得塑胶与橡胶相互接触更为紧密。本发明中所述的发泡剂为AD发泡剂、ADC发泡剂中的一种。
无机填充粒子和玻璃纤维的作用在于提供补强的作用,具体的,本发明中所述的无机填充粒子可以为钛白粉、碳酸钙、硫酸钡中的一种。
本发明所述的耐磨高硬的塑胶鞋底制品的制备方法为:
(1)将塑胶加入高速混合机中,加入苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯三元嵌段共聚物、乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物和乙烯-辛烯共聚物,在90-100℃的条件下搅拌混合,得改性处理的塑胶;
(2)将橡胶料破碎成颗粒状或粉末状,并与共混改性助剂混合均匀;
(3)将步骤(1)中改性处理的塑胶和步骤(2)中的混合物投入密炼机中密炼混合,然后投入增塑剂、稳定剂、润滑剂、发泡剂、无机填充粒子和玻璃纤维,继续密炼3-5min后出料至模具中压制成型,得塑胶鞋底成品。
上述制备方法简单方便,便于大规模工业化生产的进行。

Claims (6)
1.一种耐磨高硬的塑胶鞋底制品,其特征在于:包括以下重量份的物质:塑胶料50-68份、塑胶改性剂3-8份、橡胶料15-24份、共混改性助剂5-10份、增塑剂10-25份、稳定剂1-5份、润滑剂0.1-2份、发泡剂0.5-3份、无机填充粒子2-7份、玻璃纤维2-10份;
所述的塑胶改性剂为苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯三元嵌段共聚物、乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物和乙烯-辛烯共聚物按照重量比1:(0.5-1):(0.2-0.8)混配而成;
所述的共混改性助剂包括以下重量份的物质:增塑剂5-23份、相容剂10-35份、粘合剂10-35份、润滑剂1-8份、偶联剂0-10份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的耐磨高硬的塑胶鞋底制品,其特征在于:包括以下重量份物质:塑胶料55-65份、塑胶改性剂4-7份、橡胶料18-22份、共混改性助剂6-9份、增塑剂15-20份、稳定剂2-5份、润滑剂0.5-1.5份、发泡剂1-2份、无机填充粒子3-6份、玻璃纤维5-8份;
所述的塑胶改性剂为苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯三元嵌段共聚物、乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物和乙烯-辛烯共聚物按照重量比1:0.8:0.6混配而成。
3.根据权利要求1所述的耐磨高硬的塑胶鞋底制品,其特征在于:所述的增塑剂为邻苯二甲酸之类增塑剂。
4.根据权利要求1所述的耐磨高硬的塑胶鞋底制品,其特征在于:所述的润滑剂为氯化石蜡、硬脂酸盐和N,N’-乙撑双硬脂酰胺中的一种或几种混合物。
5.根据权利要求1所述的耐磨高硬的塑胶鞋底制品,其特征在于:所述相容剂为氯化聚烯烃、酸酐接枝改性聚烯烃中的一种。
6.根据权利要求1所述的耐磨高硬的塑胶鞋底制品,其特征在于:所述粘合剂为乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯共聚物。
