本发明药物是选择藏红花、土木香、水芹、野芝麻、悬钩子、无爷藤、蜗牛、戽斗藤、梨木灰、峨参、夜关门、拦路虎、金刚藤、拳参、萝藦、菊花根、香附、毛花点草、千日红、波棱瓜、雪莲花、排风藤、营实、狗脚迹、榜嘎、地雷、合掌草、鸡眼草、蝎子七、狗肝菜、罗布麻进行组合制备的，将这些药物组合使得各药物功效产生协同作用，从而能够有效治疗忧郁症。其中选用藏红花是因为其性味甘，平，入心、肝经，有活血化瘀，散郁开结的功能，治忧思郁结，胸膈痞闷，吐血，伤寒发狂，惊怖恍惚，妇女经闭，产后瘀血腹痛，跌扑肿痛。选用土木香是因为其性味辛苦，温，入肺、肝、脾经，有健脾和胃，行气止痛的功能，治胸腹胀满疼痛，呕吐泄泻，痢疾，疟疾。选用水芹是因为其性味甘辛，凉，入肺、胃经，有清热，利水的功能，治暴热烦渴，黄疸，水肿，淋病，带下，瘰疬，痄腮。选用野芝麻是因为其味微苦，性平，有凉血止血；活血止痛、利湿消肿的功能，治肺热咳血，血淋，白带，***，小儿虚热，跌打损伤，肿毒。选用悬钩子是因为其性味酸，有醒酒，止渴，祛痰，解毒的功能，治痛风，丹毒，遗精。选用无爷藤是因为其性味甘苦，寒，入肝、肾二经，有清热利湿，凉血解毒的功能，治肝热消瘦，肺热咳嗽，黄疸，痢疾，鼻衄，血淋，痈肿，疥疮，烫伤。选用蜗牛是因为其性味咸，寒，入足太阳膀胱、足厥阴干经，有清热，消肿，解毒的功能，治风热惊痫，消渴，喉痹，瘰疬，臃肿，痔疮，脱肛，蜈蚣咬伤。选用戽斗藤，异名：蛤乸草、田鸡草、雷砵嘴、畚箕草、飞天雷公，其味腥，性平，有清热解毒，利湿通便，消疮肿的功能，治热病发狂，黄疸，胃肠炎，痢疾，便秘，尿血，疮痈肿毒。选用梨木灰是因为其治气积郁冒。选用峨参是因为其性微温，味甘辛，无毒，有补中益气的功能，治脾虚食胀，四肢无力，肺虚咳喘，老人夜尿，并消水肿。选用夜关门是因为其性味苦辛，凉，入肺、肝、肾三经，有补肝肾，益肺阴，散瘀消肿的功能，治遗精，遗尿，白浊，白带，哮喘，胃痛，劳伤，小儿疳积，泻痢，跌打损伤，视力减退，目赤，乳痈。选用拦路虎是因为其性味苦，平，有解毒，清热利尿的功能。选用金刚藤是因为其性温，味微辛，有祛风，活血，解毒的功能，治风湿腰腿痛，跌打损伤，瘰疬。选用拳参是因为其性味苦，凉，有清热镇惊，理湿消肿的功能，治热病惊搐，破伤风，赤痢，痈肿，瘰疬。选用萝藦是因为其性味甘辛，平，有补益精气，通乳，解毒的功能，治虚损劳伤，阳萎，带下，乳汁不通，丹毒疮肿。选用菊花根是因为其味苦，甘，性寒，有利小便；清热解毒的功能，治癃闭，咽喉肿痛，痈肿疔毒，早泄，小阴经，阳痿，***。选用香附是因为其性味辛微苦干，平，入肝、三焦经，有理气解郁，止痛调经的功能，治肝胃不和，气郁不舒，胸腹胁肋胀痛，痰饮痞满，***，崩漏带下。选用毛花点草是因为其性凉，味苦辛，有通经活血的功能，治肺病咳嗽。选用千日红是因为其性味甘，平，有清肝，散结，止咳定喘的功能，治头风，目痛，气喘咳嗽，痢疾，百日咳，小儿惊风，瘰疬，疮疡。选用波棱瓜是因为其性寒，味苦，有清热解毒，柔肝的功能，治黄疸型传染性肝炎，消化不良。选用雪莲花是因为其性味甘苦，温，入肝、脾、肾三经，有除寒，壮阳，调经，止血的功能，治阳萎，腰膝软弱，妇女崩漏，***，风湿性关节炎，外伤出血。选用排风藤是因为其性味苦、凉，有毒，归肝、胆、肺、大肠、膀胱经，有活血散瘀，疏肝健脾，祛风活络，发汗利尿的功能，治跌打损伤、用于急性病毒性肝炎、风湿痛、脱臼、骨折、肾炎。选用营实是因为其性味酸，凉，入阳明经，有利水除热，活血解毒的功能，治水肿，脚气，疮毒痈肿，小便不利，经期腹痛。选用狗脚迹是因为其性味有清湿热，解毒消积的功能，治腹泻下痢，五淋白浊，小儿积热，小儿烂头疮，皮肤湿毒，疥疮。选用榜嘎是因为其味苦，性凉，小毒，入肝，胃，肺经，有清热解毒利湿的功能，治肝炎，胆囊炎，肺炎，感冒发热，咽喉炎，胃肠炎。选用地雷是因为其性味辛，苦，凉，有止痛，清热，止咳，止呕，消肿的功能。选用合掌草是因为其性味苦涩，凉，有清热解毒的功能。选用鸡眼草是因为其性味甘、辛，平，有清热解毒，健脾利湿的功能，治感冒发热，暑湿吐泻，疟疾，痢疾，传染性肝炎，热淋，白浊。选用蝎子七是因为其性味苦涩，凉，有止血，活血，止泻的功能，治吐血，衄血，血崩，白带，痢疾，跌打损伤。选用狗肝菜是因为其性味苦，寒，有清热，凉血，利尿，解毒的功能，治热病斑疹，便血，溺血，小便不利，肿毒疔疮。选用罗布麻是因为其性味甘苦，凉，有清火，降压，强心，利尿的功能，治心脏病，高血压，神经衰弱，肝炎腹胀，肾炎浮种。

本发明药物的制备方法如下
一、备料
1、藏红花：拣去杂质，并除去黄色毛须；
2、土木香：拣尽杂质，水润切片，晒干；
3、水芹：9-10月采割地上部分，晒干；
4、野芝麻：5-6月采花或全草，阴干；
5、悬钩子：果实已饱满而尚呈绿色时采摘，除净梗叶，用沸水浸1-2分钟后，置烈日下晒干；
6、无爷藤：全年可采，拣净杂质，晒干；
7、蜗牛：夏季捕捉，捕得后用沸水烫死，晒干；
8、戽斗藤：全年可采，一般多在秋季割取藤叶或连根挖取，洗去泥砂，除去细根，晒干；
9、梨木灰：取梨木用火烧成灰；
10、峨参：以水浸润，闷润4小时，切碎晒干；
11、夜关门：9-10月采收，晒干；
12、拦路虎：秋季采收，拣净杂质，晒干；
13、金刚藤：8-9月挖取，洗净，切片，晒干；
14、拳参：春季未发芽前或秋季茎叶刚枯萎时，采取根茎，去掉残茎及泥土，晒干；
15、萝藦：7-8月采集全草，晒干；
16、菊花根：秋、冬季采挖根，洗净，晒干；
17、香附：拣去杂质，碾成碎粒，簸去细毛及细末；
18、毛花点草：夏、秋采收；
19、千日红：7-9月采收，晒干；
20、波棱瓜：9-10月采收，晒干；
21、雪莲花：6-7月间开花时采收，拔起全株，除去泥沙，晾干；
22、排风藤：拣净杂质，晒干；
23、营实：8-9月采收，以半青半红未成熟之果实为佳，采得后阴干，密贮，勿泄气；
24、狗脚迹：拣净杂质，晒干；
25、榜嘎：拣净杂质，晒干；
26、地雷：拣净杂质，晒干；
27、合掌草：夏、秋采，洗净，晒干；
28、鸡眼草：7-8月采收，晒干；
29、蝎子七：夏秋采挖，去须根，洗净，切片，晒干；
30、狗肝菜：夏、秋采收，晒干；
31、罗布麻：除去杂质，洗净，干燥。
二、制备
1、取藏红花、雪莲花、营实置于瓷盂中捣成细药粉；
2、将炮制后的土木香、水芹、野芝麻、悬钩子、无爷藤、蜗牛、戽斗藤、梨木灰、峨参、夜关门、拦路虎、金刚藤、拳参、萝藦、菊花根、香附、毛花点草、千日红、波棱瓜、排风藤、狗脚迹、榜嘎、地雷、合掌草、鸡眼草、蝎子七、狗肝菜、罗布麻磨成粗药粉；
3、另取麻油400克置于煎药容器内，煮沸加入上述粗药粉，煮至药渣全黑色时，过滤去除药渣，文火煎煮120分钟，在加入上述细药粉和炼蜜150克，混合搅拌均匀，继续文火煎煮60分钟，撤火待温，制成梧桐子大小的药丸，置阴凉处阴干即得。
组方中藏红花活血化瘀，散郁开结，土木香有健脾和胃，行气止痛的功能二者为君药；水芹清热、利水，野芝麻有凉血止血、活血止痛、利湿消肿的功能，与悬钩子、无爷藤、蜗牛、戽斗藤为臣药，八味药共同发挥活血化瘀、散郁开结、健脾和胃、行气止痛、清热利水的作用，治疗忧郁症效力全面，且以活血化瘀、散郁开结、健脾和胃、清热利水为主，可治本；香附有理气解郁，止痛调经的功能与梨木灰、峨参、夜关门、拦路虎、金刚藤、拳参、萝藦、菊花根、毛花点草、千日红、波棱瓜为佐药；罗布麻有清火，降压，强心，利尿的功能与余下诸药为使药，是治标。
本发明药物具有活血化瘀、散郁开结、健脾和胃、清热利水、理气解郁、强心的功能，用于治疗忧郁症见效快，疗效好。
以下通过试验例来进一步阐述本发明药物的有益效果，这些试验包括本发明药物的动物毒性试验和临床疗效观察试验。
[试验例1]本发明药物的动物毒性试验
取家兔30只，雌雄兼用，体重2.0—2.5kg，分两组，每组15只，其中一组为超剂量试验组，另一组为正常量试验组。超常量组为0.4g/kg，正常量为0.2g/kg，给药方式为稀释灌胃法给药，每天两次，连服7天，每天观察给药反应，结果表明二组家兔活动、饮食正常，药物无不良毒副作用。
[试验例2]本发明药物的临床疗效观察
1、一般资料
收治门诊患者共26例。
2、诊断标准
忧郁症的症状包括：情绪低落、心情压抑、焦虑、兴趣丧失、精力不足、悲观失望、自我评价过低等。
3、治疗方法
选用上述药物，给患者服用，每次10-13克，每天早、晚各一次，20天为一疗程，连续服用3个疗程。
4、疗效评定标准
显效：忧郁症症状消失，恢复正常，痊愈；
好转：患者焦虑、精力不足、压抑、情绪低落的现象减轻，忧郁症症状明显好转，逐步恢复；
无效：达不到好转标准者。
5、治疗结果（见下表）：
在上述治疗中，用本发明药物治疗忧郁症患者26例，结果显效37例，显效率为88.1%，好转6例，好转率为23.07%，无效2例，总有效率为92.3%。

Claims (3)

1.一种治疗忧郁症的药物，其特征在于：它是由下列重量范围内的原料药制成：
藏红花3-9克、土木香10-20克、水芹10-20克、野芝麻10-15克、悬钩子10-20克、无爷藤10-20克、蜗牛10-20克、戽斗藤7-12克、梨木灰10-20克、峨参10-20克、夜关门7-12克、拦路虎10-15克、金刚藤10-20克、拳参7-12克、萝藦10-20克、菊花根55-65克、香附10-20克、毛花点草25-35克、千日红10-20克、波棱瓜3-7克、雪莲花7-12克、排风藤3-9克、营实7-12克、狗脚迹7-12克、榜嘎1-3克、地雷7-12克、合掌草10-20克、鸡眼草10-20克、蝎子七10-15克、狗肝菜10-20克、罗布麻3-9克。
2.根据权利要求1所述的药物，其中各原料药的用量为：
藏红花6克、土木香15克、水芹15克、野芝麻12克、悬钩子15克、无爷藤15克、蜗牛15克、戽斗藤9克、梨木灰15克、峨参15克、夜关门9克、拦路虎12克、金刚藤15克、拳参9克、萝藦15克、菊花根60克、香附15克、毛花点草30克、千日红15克、波棱瓜5克、雪莲花9克、排风藤6克、营实9克、狗脚迹9克、榜嘎2克、地雷9克、合掌草15克、鸡眼草15克、蝎子七12克、狗肝菜15克、罗布麻6克。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述药物的制备方法，其特征在于：它包括下列步骤：
（一）备料
（1）藏红花：拣去杂质，并除去黄色毛须；
（2）土木香：拣尽杂质，水润切片，晒干；
（3）水芹：9-10月采割地上部分，晒干；
（4）野芝麻：5-6月采花或全草，阴干；
（5）悬钩子：果实已饱满而尚呈绿色时采摘，除净梗叶，用沸水浸1-2分钟后，置烈日下晒干；
（6）无爷藤：全年可采，拣净杂质，晒干；
（7）蜗牛：夏季捕捉，捕得后用沸水烫死，晒干；
（8）戽斗藤：全年可采，一般多在秋季割取藤叶或连根挖取，洗去泥砂，除去细根，晒干；
（9）梨木灰：取梨木用火烧成灰；
（10）峨参：以水浸润，闷润4小时，切碎晒干；

（13）金刚藤：8-9月挖取，洗净，切片，晒干；

（2）将炮制后的土木香、水芹、野芝麻、悬钩子、无爷藤、蜗牛、戽斗藤、梨木灰、峨参、夜关门、拦路虎、金刚藤、拳参、萝藦、菊花根、香附、毛花点草、千日红、波棱瓜、排风藤、狗脚迹、榜嘎、地雷、合掌草、鸡眼草、蝎子七、狗肝菜、罗布麻磨成粗药粉；
（3）另取麻油400克置于煎药容器内，煮沸加入上述粗药粉，煮至药渣全黑色时，过滤去除药渣，文火煎煮120分钟，在加入上述细药粉和炼蜜150克，混合搅拌均匀，继续文火煎煮60分钟，撤火待温，制成梧桐子大小的药丸，置阴凉处阴干即得。
