本发明公开了一种高效低毒的园林用植物源农药及其制备方法,由以下重量份的原料制备而成:花椒果实提取液16‑25份、瑞香狼毒根茎提取液8‑14份、南天竹6‑11份、蛇床子素7‑11份、甲维盐3‑5份、槐米提取物4‑7份、干姜2‑6份、苦参碱15‑21份、胡桐泪 7‑12份、飞燕草6‑12份。本发明采用花椒果实提取液、瑞香狼毒根茎提取液、南天竹、蛇床子素、甲维盐等原料的有效配比,制得农药,制备方法组成简单、杀害虫效果明显并且无残留,不会对土壤、水源以及作物造成污染,能够在自然环境中降解,不会对人畜造成伤害,而且不会使害虫产生抗药性,采用天然的原材料进行制备,本身不具备毒性,直接作用于花卉上,对花卉本身没有影响,药效持久,杀虫效果好。

背景技术
目前,农作物的病虫害防治均为化学农药,使用化学农药易使害虫产生抗药性,降低农药的杀虫效果。同时,化学农药残留在农作物中,通过食物链进入人体,对人类的健康造成威胁。为了解决上述弊端,本发明选择了几种具有防治及杀灭病虫害的植物作为原料,研制出一种无公害的植物杀虫剂及其制备方法。
花卉的生长发育过程需要精心呵护,害虫和病菌的存在会对花卉的生长和开花造成危害,影响其观赏性和经济价值,而且在使用化学农药时,需要在保证除害的基础上,尽量避免因花卉农药使用不当,对花卉带来的损伤。因此需要在合适的时机,选用合适的花卉农药,适量的对花卉进行施药,使其能最大限度的保护花卉不受害虫和病菌的威胁,又不产生药害,对花卉和周边环境的持续生长都有利。
常用的花卉农药有杀虫剂和杀菌剂两种,常用的杀虫剂有敌百虫、敌敌畏、乐果、氧化乐果、杀螟松、辛硫磷和亚胺硫磷,常用的杀菌剂有几丁聚糖、托布津、多菌灵、退菌特、石硫合剂和代森锌。这些常用的花卉农药并不是对所有的花卉都有防病效果,有些甚至对某种花卉的生长发育有害。乐果和氧化乐果对蔷薇科观赏植物有明显的药害,敌敌畏和敌百虫对梅花、樱花和杜鹃等也有危害,杀螟松对石榴和十字花科的花卉均有较大的伤害。除此之外,还可以用一些植物提取液为主原料对花卉进行防护,如白头翁、打碗花、泽漆、无患子、薄荷、车前、花椒、姜、青蒿等植物,配合用小苏打、草木灰、蚊香、风油精、洗衣粉和高锰酸钾等。

蛇床子为一年生伞形科植物蛇床 Cnidiummonnieri(L.)Cusson 的干燥成熟果实,是中医常用的单味药。蛇床子素是一种香豆素类化合物,具有生物活性,在蛇床子中含量为1.0%以上。蛇床子素不仅具有抗肿瘤、抗炎、抗心律失常、抗高血压、抗骨质疏松症等功效 ;而且作为一种新型植物源农药,对害虫、植物病原菌亦有显著作用。
瑞香狼毒俗称断肠草,为瑞香科狼毒属植物,在全世界多地均有分布,在中国已逐渐成为退化典型草原的优势种或主要种,对畜牧业的危害日趋严重。但其化学成分独特多样,在农药、医药利用等方面均有研究,本发明通过乙醇粗提取 - 浓缩 - 溶剂萃取的方法从瑞香狼毒的根茎中提取活性物质,并用于农药的复配,变害为宝,极具经济效益和社会效益。

实施例3
一种高效低毒的园林用植物源农药,由以下重量份的原料制备而成:
花椒果实提取液18份、瑞香狼毒根茎提取液11份、南天竹8份、蛇床子素8份、甲维盐4份、槐米提取物5份、干姜4份、苦参碱16份、胡桐泪8份、飞燕草9份、樟脑3份、山苍子油4份、乙二醇5份、乙酸乙酯6份、枯草芽孢杆菌6份、几丁聚糖8份、聚氧乙烯乙二醇7份,其余是水。
S1:将花椒果实提取液、瑞香狼毒根茎提取液和槐米提取物用乙酸乙酯进行萃取得到花椒果实萃取液、瑞香狼毒根茎萃取液和槐米萃取液,得到混合萃取液;
S2:将南天竹、干姜、苦参碱、胡桐泪、飞燕草洗净放到容器中煎煮;煎煮完之后过滤得到滤液,然后加入樟脑混合均匀,冷却之后加入聚氧乙烯乙二醇和水,搅拌均匀得到混合滤液;
S3:将步骤S1得到混合萃取液和步骤S2得到混合溶液,加入蛇床子素、山苍子油、乙二醇、枯草芽孢杆菌、几丁聚糖,混合搅拌均匀,过10-15min后去渣过滤得到农药。
本发明采用花椒果实提取液、瑞香狼毒根茎提取液、南天竹、蛇床子素、甲维盐、槐米提取物、干姜、苦参碱、胡桐泪 、飞燕草、樟脑、山苍子油、乙二醇、乙酸乙酯、枯草芽孢杆菌原料的有效配比,制得农药,制备方法组成简单、杀害虫效果明显并且无残留,不会对土壤、水源以及作物造成污染,能够在自然环境中降解,不会对人畜造成伤害,而且不会使害虫产生抗药性,采用天然的原材料进行制备,本身不具备毒性,直接作用于花卉上,对花卉本身没有影响,药效持久,杀虫效果好,且作用迅速,便于推广及使用。
以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明原理的前提下,还可以作出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也应视为本发明的保护范围。

Claims (4)

1.一种高效低毒的园林用植物源农药,其特征在于,由以下重量份的原料制备而成:
花椒果实提取液16-25份、瑞香狼毒根茎提取液8-14份、南天竹6-11份、蛇床子素7-11份、甲维盐3-5份、槐米提取物4-7份、干姜2-6份、苦参碱15-21份、胡桐泪 7-12份、飞燕草6-12份、樟脑1-4份、山苍子油3-8份、乙二醇1-7份、乙酸乙酯2-8份、枯草芽孢杆菌2-8份、几丁聚糖5-10份、聚氧乙烯乙二醇6-11份,其余是水。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种高效低毒的园林用植物源农药,其特征在于,由以下重量份的原料制备而成:
花椒果实提取液17-24份、瑞香狼毒根茎提取液9-13份、南天竹7-10份、蛇床子素8-10份、甲维盐4-5份、槐米提取物4-6份、干姜3-5份、苦参碱16-20份、胡桐泪 8-11份、飞燕草7-11份、樟脑2-4份、山苍子油4-7份、乙二醇2-6份、乙酸乙酯3-7份、枯草芽孢杆菌3-7份、几丁聚糖6-9份、聚氧乙烯乙二醇7-10份,其余是水。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种高效低毒的园林用植物源农药,其特征在于,由以下重量份的原料制备而成:
花椒果实提取液19份、瑞香狼毒根茎提取液11份、南天竹8份、蛇床子素9份、甲维盐4份、槐米提取物4份、干姜4份、苦参碱17份、胡桐泪 9份、飞燕草8份、樟脑3份、山苍子油5份、乙二醇5份、乙酸乙酯6份、枯草芽孢杆菌5份、几丁聚糖9份、聚氧乙烯乙二醇8份,其余是水。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种高效低毒的园林用植物源农药的制备方法,其特征在于,由以下步骤制成:
S1:将花椒果实提取液、瑞香狼毒根茎提取液和槐米提取物用乙酸乙酯进行萃取得到花椒果实萃取液、瑞香狼毒根茎萃取液和槐米萃取液,得到混合萃取液;
S2:将南天竹、干姜、苦参碱、胡桐泪、飞燕草洗净放到容器中煎煮;煎煮完之后过滤得到滤液,然后加入樟脑混合均匀,冷却之后加入聚氧乙烯乙二醇和水,搅拌均匀得到混合滤液;
S3:将步骤S1得到混合萃取液和步骤S2得到混合溶液,加入蛇床子素、山苍子油、乙二醇、枯草芽孢杆菌、几丁聚糖,混合搅拌均匀,过10-15min后去渣过滤得到农药。
