技术领域
本发明涉及电缆技术领域,尤其涉及一种防蚁型聚氯乙烯绝缘钢带铠装电力电缆。
背景技术
目前,随着社会经济的发展,电线电缆用量迅速增长,对电缆的质量要求也不断的提高,比如在发电、航空船舶、化工石油等领域内使用的电缆,对电缆的承受机械外力和相当的拉力、适应外界环境的要求都特别高,只有符合要求,才能提高这些领域内生产制造时的安全性。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种防蚁型聚氯乙烯绝缘钢带铠装电力电缆,本发明通过对绝缘材料、护层材料的改性,使电缆具有对白蚁、田鼠等对电缆可能构成伤害的动物的驱避效应,从而避免了蚁害地区、鼠害地区电网的破坏。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用如下的技术方案:
一种防蚁型聚氯乙烯绝缘钢带铠装电力电缆,包括有改性PVC外护层、铠装层、铠装垫层、缆芯包带、缆芯填充层、改性PVC绝缘层、导电线芯A和导电线芯B,其特征在于:所述的导电线芯A呈扇形,所述的导电线芯B呈圆形,由三组导电线芯A和一组导电线芯B组成,所述的导电线芯A和导电线芯B外包裹有扇形改性PVC绝缘层,所述的三组导电线芯A和导电线芯B间设有缆芯填充层,构成缆芯;所述的缆芯外包裹有缆芯包带,所述的缆芯包带外包裹有铠装垫层,所述的铠装垫层外包裹有铠装层,所述的铠装层外包裹有改性PVC外护层。
所述的改性PVC绝缘层由以下重量份的原料制得:PVC 树脂 100 份、二元乙丙橡胶 40 份、氯磺化聚乙烯 15 份、烷氧基聚二甲基硅氧烷10 份、硫磺 8 份、硼锌复合稳定剂 1 份、邻苯二甲酸二辛脂4 份、紫外线吸收剂 0.3 份、酸吸收剂 1份。

本发明具有结构新颖,耐腐蚀性强,便于敷设等优点。

如图1所示一种防蚁型聚氯乙烯绝缘钢带铠装电力电缆,包括有改性PVC外护层(2)、铠装层(2)、铠装垫层(3)、缆芯包带(4)、缆芯填充层(5)、改性PVC绝缘层(6)、导电线芯A(7)和导电线芯B(7-1),所述的导电线芯A(7)呈扇形,所述的导电线芯B(7-1)呈圆形,由三组导电线芯A(7)和一组导电线芯B(7-1)组成,所述的导电线芯A(7)和导电线芯B(7-1)外包裹有扇形改性PVC绝缘层(6),所述的三组导电线芯A(7)和导电线芯B(7-1)间设有缆芯填充层(5),构成缆芯;所述的缆芯外包裹有缆芯包带(4),所述的缆芯包带(4)外包裹有铠装垫层(3),所述的铠装垫层(3)外包裹有铠装层(2),所述的铠装层(2)外包裹有改性PVC外护层(1)。
所述的改性PVC绝缘层由以下重量份的原料制得:PVC 树脂 100 份、二元乙丙橡胶 40 份、氯磺化聚乙烯 15 份、烷氧基聚二甲基硅氧烷10 份、硫磺 8 份、硼锌复合稳定剂 1 份、邻苯二甲酸二辛脂4 份、紫外线吸收剂 0.3 份、酸吸收剂 1份。

1.一种防蚁型聚氯乙烯绝缘钢带铠装电力电缆,包括有改性PVC外护层、铠装层、铠装垫层、缆芯包带、缆芯填充层、改性PVC绝缘层、导电线芯A和导电线芯B,其特征在于:所述的导电线芯A呈扇形,所述的导电线芯B呈圆形,由三组导电线芯A和一组导电线芯B组成,所述的导电线芯A和导电线芯B外包裹有扇形改性PVC绝缘层,所述的三组导电线芯A和导电线芯B间设有缆芯填充层,构成缆芯;所述的缆芯外包裹有缆芯包带,所述的缆芯包带外包裹有铠装垫层,所述的铠装垫层外包裹有铠装层,所述的铠装层外包裹有改性PVC外护层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种防蚁型聚氯乙烯绝缘钢带铠装电力电缆,其特征在于:所述的改性PVC绝缘层由以下重量份的原料制得:PVC 树脂 100 份、二元乙丙橡胶 40 份、氯磺化聚乙烯 15 份、烷氧基聚二甲基硅氧烷10 份、硫磺 8 份、硼锌复合稳定剂 1 份、邻苯二甲酸二辛脂4 份、紫外线吸收剂 0.3 份、酸吸收剂 1份。
