本发明公开了一种长续航户外照明灯,包括灯头,灯身与灯尾,所述灯头,灯身与灯尾通过螺纹连接,其特征在于:所述的灯头内设置有主灯,光杯以及电流驱动模块;所述的灯身包括至少一个灯身模块,所述灯身模块内设置有至少两个电池仓;所述的灯尾设置有副灯。本发明提供的一种长续航户外照明灯,在保证亮度,便携,结实,防水防尘灯基本需求的基础上,还提供了多光源设计,适合多种使用情景,主灯采用高亮度LED,适合大范围和远距离照明,副灯多色LED适合营地小范围照明,电源***模块化设计,可以随意组合使用,在便携的基础上保证了续航,在户外,一个稳定长效的照明灯是根本。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种户外用品,尤其涉及一种长续航户外照明灯。
背景技术
随着现代生活的发展,人们越来越多的走向户外去体验不一样的生活,夜晚在户外,一个长效稳定的照明灯是必不可少的,目前常见的户外照明灯功能单一,尤其是续航能力不足,不能满足长时间的照明。
发明内容
发明目的:为了克服现有技术中存在的不足,本发明提供一种长续航户外照明灯,采用大功率LED主光源和节能多色LED光源,适合多种使用环境,电源***采用模块化设计,有效提高了续航时间。
技术方案:为实现上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种长续航户外照明灯,包括灯头,灯身与灯尾,所述灯头,灯身与灯尾通过螺纹连接,其特征在于:所述的灯头内设置有主灯,光杯以及电流驱动模块;所述的灯身包括至少一个灯身模块,所述灯身模块内设置有至少两个电池仓;所述的灯尾设置有副灯。
进一步的,所述的灯头上还设置有控制开关,灯头上设置有多道散热鳍片,灯头的尾部内圈设置螺纹。
进一步的,所述的灯身模块两端外圈设置有螺纹,螺纹上还装有至少一个密封圈。
进一步的,所述的副灯设置有白色柔光罩。
进一步的,所述的主灯采用大功率LED光源,所述的副灯为多色节能LED光源。
一种长续航户外照明灯的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
1)分别注塑灯头、灯身与灯尾;
2)灯头内固定安装好主灯,光杯以及电流驱动模块,布置电路;
3)灯身内安装好灯身模块,电池仓内放置电池;
4)灯尾设置有副灯;
5)主灯、光杯以及副灯通过电路连接电流驱动模块与灯身模块内的电池以提供电能;
6)灯头、灯身与灯尾通过螺纹连接。
有益效果:本发明提供的一种长续航户外照明灯,在保证亮度,便携,结实,防水防尘灯基本需求的基础上,还提供了多光源设计,适合多种使用情景,主灯采用高亮度LED,适合大范围和远距离照明,副灯多色LED适合营地小范围照明,电源***模块化设计,可以随意组合使用,在便携的基础上保证了续航,在户外,一个稳定长效的照明灯是根本。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例对本发明作更进一步的说明。
如附图1所示的一种长续航户外照明灯,包括灯头1,灯身2与灯尾3,所述灯头1,灯身2与灯尾3通过螺纹连接,螺纹一般采用梯形螺纹,连接紧密不易磨损,所述的灯头1内设置有主灯5,光杯6以及电流驱动模块7,光杯可以选配光面杯或者橘皮杯,光面杯适合远距离照射,橘皮杯泛光均匀,适合大范围照射,驱动模块采用横流电路,亮度恒定且无频闪;所述的灯身2包括至少一个灯身模块,所述灯身模块内设置有至少两个电池仓8,电池一般使用大容量18650或者26650电池,可反复充放电,模块化设计可以在满足续航的情况下提高便携性;所述的灯尾设置有副灯9,主灯副灯配合使用,适应更多户外场景。
所述的灯头1上还设置有控制开关13,长按开关实现打开和关闭,单击开关可以换挡调节亮度,双击开关切换主副灯;灯头1上设置有多道散热鳍片10,大功率LED灯发热量大,散热鳍片能够增加与空气接触面积,加强散热,灯头1的尾部内圈设置螺纹,该处螺纹与灯身连接。
所述的灯身模块两端外圈设置有螺纹4,螺纹4上还装有至少一个密封圈11,密封圈防水防尘,可以在恶劣环境下使用,螺纹的端面与分别与灯头和灯尾接触,形成电流环路,此设计为端面导电,避免使用螺纹导电,保护螺纹不受磨损。
所述的副灯9设置有白色柔光罩12,柔光罩实现大范围散光,使光线更加柔和,适合营地小范围照明。
所述的主灯5采用大功率LED光源,所述的副灯9为多色节能LED光源,多光源设计适应更多场景,主灯远射和泛光强大,可以大范围远距离搜索,副灯有白色和红色或者绿色,可以作为营地灯,警示灯。
实施例
一种长续航户外照明灯的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
1)分别注塑灯头、灯身与灯尾;
2)灯头内固定安装好主灯,光杯以及电流驱动模块,布置电路;
3)灯身内安装好灯身模块,电池仓内放置电池;
4)灯尾设置有副灯;
5)主灯、光杯以及副灯通过电路连接电流驱动模块与灯身模块内的电池以提供电能;
6)灯头、灯身与灯尾通过螺纹连接。
以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出:对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也应视为本发明的保护范围。

1.一种长续航户外照明灯,包括灯头、灯身与灯尾,所述灯头、灯身与灯尾通过螺纹连接,其特征在于:所述的灯头内设置有主灯,光杯以及电流驱动模块;所述的灯身包括至少一个灯身模块,所述灯身模块内设置有至少两个电池仓;所述的灯尾设置有副灯。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种长续航户外照明灯,其特征在于:所述的灯头上还设置有控制开关,灯头上设置有多道散热鳍片,灯头的尾部内圈设置螺纹。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种长续航户外照明灯,其特征在于:所述的灯身模块两端外圈设置有螺纹,螺纹上还装有至少一个密封圈。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种长续航户外照明灯,其特征在于:所述的副灯设置有白色柔光罩。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种长续航户外照明灯,其特征在于:所述的主灯采用大功率LED光源,所述的副灯为多色节能LED光源。
6.一种长续航户外照明灯的制备方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
