本发明公开了一种河道清淤专用设备,包括支板,所述支板的下表面左右两端均通过转轴转动连接有铲斗,两个铲斗相向设置,铲斗的侧面中部通过铰接座和活动板的下端铰接,活动板的上端与固定块的下端铰接,固定块的上端与滑块的侧面固定连接,滑块的滑槽与竖杆的侧面滑动连接,竖杆的下端与支板的上表面固定连接,竖杆的前侧面中部固定有第一固定块,滑块的前侧面固定有第二固定块,第一固定块的下表面和液压伸缩缸的上端固定连接,通气管防止淤泥吸附铲斗,提高了工作效率;电磁振动器使得铲斗卸除淤泥干净;两个铲斗淤泥中的水经过通孔排出,且通孔靠接铲斗内部一端的直径小于远离铲斗内部一端的直径,防止杂物堵塞通孔。

技术领域
本发明涉及河道清淤技术领域,具体为一种河道清淤专用设备。
背景技术
近几十年来,由于乱砍乱伐树木导致地表植减少、水土流失严重,致使河道的蓄水排水能力急剧下降,给农业灌溉造成了很大损失。目前的清淤方法多是用挖泥船将泥沙挖取,运到河岸上,但这无法对较小的灌溉渠进行清淤。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是克服现有的缺陷,提供一种河道清淤专用设备,通气管防止淤泥吸附铲斗,提高了工作效率;电磁振动器使得铲斗卸除淤泥干净;两个铲斗淤泥中的水经过通孔排出,且通孔靠接铲斗内部一端的直径小于远离铲斗内部一端的直径,防止杂物堵塞通孔,可以有效解决背景技术中的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种河道清淤专用设备,包括支板,所述支板的下表面左右两端均通过转轴转动连接有铲斗,两个铲斗相向设置,铲斗的侧面中部通过铰接座和活动板的下端铰接,活动板的上端与固定块的下端铰接,固定块的上端与滑块的侧面固定连接,滑块的滑槽与竖杆的侧面滑动连接,竖杆的下端与支板的上表面固定连接,竖杆的前侧面中部固定有第一固定块,滑块的前侧面固定有第二固定块,第一固定块的下表面和液压伸缩缸的上端固定连接,第二固定块的上表面和液压伸缩缸的下端固定连接,液压伸缩缸的导液口与外部液泵的导液口通过导液管导通,在所述铲斗、竖杆和滑块外壁上分别设有防腐涂层。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,所述铲斗的侧面上部固定电磁振动器,电磁振动器的输入端与外部控制开关的输出端电连接。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,所述铲斗的前侧面上部和后侧面上部均设有通孔。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,所述通孔靠接铲斗内部一端的直径小于远离铲斗内部一端的直径。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,所述铲斗的外侧面固定有通气管,通气管的一端延伸至铲斗侧面的中部,通气管的另一端延伸至铲斗的下端。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,所述防腐涂层按重量份由以下组分组成:纳米改性聚脲35份,纳米二氧化钛8份,丙烯酸锌树脂25份,丙二醇甲醚8份,羟乙基纤维9份,N-羟甲基丙烯酰胺5.8份,苯酚磺酸1-6份,滑石粉7.9份,酚醛胺10,脂肪酸聚乙二醇酯0.89份,破泡聚硅氧烷溶液0.6份,端基改性有机硅0.74份,乙二醇丁醚13份,石墨烯9.4份,氧化铝8份;
制备方法:
A将苯酚磺酸,滑石粉,酚醛胺,乙二醇丁醚,石墨烯,氧化铝放入搅拌罐中,在50-80℃的温度400~800r/min的转速下搅拌均匀;
B将纳米改性聚脲,纳米二氧化钛,丙烯酸锌树脂,丙二醇甲醚,羟乙基纤维,N-羟甲基丙烯酰胺加入到步骤A中,并在90-110℃的水浴中边搅拌边反应15-45min;
C将脂肪酸聚乙二醇酯,破泡聚硅氧烷溶液,端基改性有机硅和其它组分加入到步骤B中,在200~400r/min转速条件下,搅拌10~15分钟;经过滤即可。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:本河道清淤专用设备,通气管防止淤泥吸附铲斗,提高了工作效率;电磁振动器使得铲斗卸除淤泥干净;两个铲斗淤泥中的水经过通孔排出,且通孔靠接铲斗内部一端的直径小于远离铲斗内部一端的直径,防止杂物堵塞通孔。

请参阅图1,本发明提供一种技术方案:一种河道清淤专用设备,包括支板4,支板4的下表面左右两端均通过转轴14转动连接有铲斗7,两个铲斗7相向设置,铲斗7的前侧面上部和后侧面上部均设有通孔6,通孔6靠接铲斗7内部一端的直径小于远离铲斗7内部一端的直径,两个铲斗7淤泥中的水经过通孔排出,且通孔6靠接铲斗7内部一端的直径小于远离铲斗7内部一端的直径,防止杂物堵塞通孔6,铲斗7的侧面上部固定电磁振动器5,电磁振动器5的输入端与外部控制开关的输出端电连接,电磁振动器5使得铲斗7卸除淤泥干净,铲斗7的侧面中部通过铰接座9和活动板10的下端铰接,活动板10的上端与固定块11的下端铰接,固定块11的上端与滑块12的侧面固定连接,滑块12的滑槽与竖杆13的侧面滑动连接,竖杆13的下端与支板4的上表面固定连接,滑块12通过固定块11和活动板10使得两个铲斗7打开或闭合,竖杆13的前侧面中部固定有第一固定块1,滑块12的前侧面固定有第二固定块3,第一固定块1的下表面和液压伸缩缸2的上端固定连接,第二固定块3的上表面和液压伸缩缸2的下端固定连接,液压伸缩缸2的导液口与外部液泵的导液口通过导液管导通,铲斗7的外侧面固定有通气管8,通气管8的一端延伸至铲斗7侧面的中部,通气管8的另一端延伸至铲斗7的下端,通气管8防止淤泥吸附铲斗7,提高了工作效率。
本发明在所述铲斗7、竖杆13和滑块12外壁上分别设有防腐涂层。所述防腐涂层按重量份由以下组分组成:纳米改性聚脲35份,纳米二氧化钛8份,丙烯酸锌树脂25份,丙二醇甲醚8份,羟乙基纤维9份,N-羟甲基丙烯酰胺5.8份,苯酚磺酸1-6份,滑石粉7.9份,酚醛胺10,脂肪酸聚乙二醇酯0.89份,破泡聚硅氧烷溶液0.6份,端基改性有机硅0.74份,乙二醇丁醚13份,石墨烯9.4份,氧化铝8份;
制备方法:
A将苯酚磺酸,滑石粉,酚醛胺,乙二醇丁醚,石墨烯,氧化铝放入搅拌罐中,在50-80℃的温度400~800r/min的转速下搅拌均匀;
B将纳米改性聚脲,纳米二氧化钛,丙烯酸锌树脂,丙二醇甲醚,羟乙基纤维,N-羟甲基丙烯酰胺加入到步骤A中,并在90-110℃的水浴中边搅拌边反应15-45min;
C将脂肪酸聚乙二醇酯,破泡聚硅氧烷溶液,端基改性有机硅和其它组分加入到步骤B中,在200~400r/min转速条件下,搅拌10~15分钟;经过滤即可。
在使用时:竖杆13上端与长臂挖掘机的固定座固定连接,工作人员操作长臂挖掘机使得本河道清淤专用设备位于灌溉渠的上方,液压伸缩缸2收缩带动滑块12向上移动,滑块12通过固定块11和活动板10使得两个铲斗7张开,工作人员操作长臂挖掘机使得两个铲斗7与淤泥接触,液压伸缩缸2伸长带动滑块12向下移动,滑块12通过固定块11和活动板10使得两个铲斗7闭合,两个铲斗7淤泥中的水经过通孔排出,工作人员操作长臂挖掘机使得本河道清淤专用设备向上移动,向上移动时铲斗7与淤泥之间形成负压,外部空气或水经通气管8进入到铲斗7的下方,使得铲斗7移出方便。
本发明,通气管8防止淤泥吸附铲斗7,提高了工作效率;电磁振动器5使得铲斗7卸除淤泥干净;两个铲斗7淤泥中的水经过通孔排出,且通孔6靠接铲斗7内部一端的直径小于远离铲斗7内部一端的直径,防止杂物堵塞通孔6。
