本发明涉及污水处理技术领域，具体涉及一种给料乳化装置，包括支撑架、下端设有出料口的储药箱、位于储药箱下方倾斜设置的皮带传送装置、乳化装置和给水装置；所述皮带传送装置的输送带为搓衣板花纹PVC输送带；所述乳化装置包括圆柱形外壳和紧贴外壳内壁的不锈钢筛网，所述外壳内中心水平方向设有转轴，所述转轴四周间隔设有若干硅胶刮板；所述给水装置与乳化装置连接。该发明能够使净水剂在溶解过程中与水充分溶解，提高了净水剂的使用效果，而且结构简单，易操作。

一种给料乳化装置
技术领域
本发明涉及污水处理技术领域，具体涉及一种给料乳化装置。
背景技术
目前，净水剂具有净水效果好，净水速度快，pH弱酸性，无机，安全性高，不产生二次污染，属绿色环保产品。粉末状净水剂使用时要求溶解，将水体充分搅拌起来后再缓慢、均匀加入药粉，防止出现大块絮团和鱼眼现象而引起的阻塞。现在大都人工搅拌或制作简单的搅拌机进行搅拌，使净水剂的使用效果不佳。
发明内容
为了现有技术的不足和缺陷，本发明提供一种给料乳化装置，该装置能够使净水剂在溶解过程中与水充分溶解，提高了净水剂的使用效果，而且结构简单，易操作。
为了解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：
一种给料乳化装置，包括支撑架、下端设有出料口的储药箱、位于储药箱下方倾斜设置的皮带传送装置、位于皮带传送装置卸料端下方的乳化装置和给水装置；所述储药箱的出料口设有阀门；所述皮带传送装置的进料端高于卸料端，所述皮带传送装置的输送带为搓衣板花纹PVC输送带；所述乳化装置包括圆柱形外壳和紧贴外壳内壁的不锈钢筛网，所述外壳上端设有穿过不锈钢筛网的进药口，下端设有出药口，所述外壳内中心水平方向设有转轴，所述转轴四周间隔设有若干硅胶刮板；所述给水装置与乳化装置的进药口连接。
使用时，将带有减速机的电机分别与皮带传送装置和乳化装置的转轴连接，启动电机，电机带动皮带传送装置和乳化装置的转轴转动，乳化装置的转轴带动硅胶刮板转动。将净水剂倒入储药箱，调整储药箱的出料口的阀门，净水剂经出料口落下，经皮带传送装置输送经进药口进入乳化装置内，同时水经给水装置进入乳化装置内，在乳化装置内硅胶刮板与不锈钢筛网的作用下，净水剂与水充分混合研磨搅拌，经不锈钢滤网的筛孔排出，经出药口落入污水中，对污水进行净化处理。
本发明的有益效果是：本发明采用的输送带为搓衣板花纹PVC输送带，使净水剂输送均匀，经硅胶刮板与不锈钢筛网的研磨，使净水剂与水搅拌混合，得到充分溶解，有效提高净水剂的使用效果，而且设备无复杂传动部件与结构，结构简单，易操作。

具体实施方式
实施例1：如图所示，一种给料乳化装置，包括支撑架1、下端设有出料口12的储药箱2、位于储药箱2下方倾斜设置的皮带传送装置3、位于皮带传送装置3卸料端下方的乳化装置4和给水装置5；储药箱2的出料口12设有阀门13；皮带传送装置3的进料端高于卸料端，皮带传送装置3的输送带为搓衣板花纹PVC输送带；乳化装置4包括圆柱形外壳6和紧贴外壳6内壁的不锈钢筛网7，外壳6上端设有穿过不锈钢筛网7的进药口10，下端设有出药口11，外壳6内中心水平方向设有转轴8，转轴8四周间隔设有若干硅胶刮板9；给水装置5与乳化装置4的进药口10连接。
使用时，将带有减速机的电机分别与皮带传送装置3和乳化装置4的转轴8连接，启动电机，电机带动皮带传送装置3和乳化装置4的转轴8转动，乳化装置4的转轴8带动硅胶刮板9转动，将净水剂倒入储药箱2，调整储药箱2的出料口12的阀门13，净水剂经出料口12落下，经皮带传送装置3输送经进药口10进入乳化装置4内，同时水经给水装置5进入乳化装置4内，在乳化装置4内硅胶刮板9与不锈钢筛网7的作用下，净水剂与水充分混合研磨搅拌，经不锈钢滤网7的筛孔排出，经出药口11落入污水中，对污水进行净化处理。

1.一种给料乳化装置，其特征在于，包括支撑架、下端设有出料口的储药箱、位于储药箱下方倾斜设置的皮带传送装置、位于皮带传送装置卸料端下方的乳化装置和给水装置；所述储药箱的出料口设有阀门；所述皮带传送装置的进料端高于卸料端，所述皮带传送装置的输送带为搓衣板花纹PVC输送带；所述乳化装置包括圆柱形外壳和紧贴外壳内壁的不锈钢筛网，所述外壳上端设有穿过不锈钢筛网的进药口，下端设有出药口，所述外壳内中心水平方向设有转轴，所述转轴四周间隔设有若干硅胶刮板；所述给水装置与乳化装置的进药口连接。
