本发明涉及污水处理技术领域,具体涉及一种给料乳化装置,包括支撑架、下端设有出料口的储药箱、位于储药箱下方倾斜设置的皮带传送装置、乳化装置和给水装置;所述皮带传送装置的输送带为搓衣板花纹PVC输送带;所述乳化装置包括圆柱形外壳和紧贴外壳内壁的不锈钢筛网,所述外壳内中心水平方向设有转轴,所述转轴四周间隔设有若干硅胶刮板;所述给水装置与乳化装置连接。该发明能够使净水剂在溶解过程中与水充分溶解,提高了净水剂的使用效果,而且结构简单,易操作。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及污水处理技术领域,具体涉及一种给料乳化装置。
背景技术
目前,净水剂具有净水效果好,净水速度快,pH弱酸性,无机,安全性高,不产生二次污染,属绿色环保产品。粉末状净水剂使用时要求溶解,将水体充分搅拌起来后再缓慢、均匀加入药粉,防止出现大块絮团和鱼眼现象而引起的阻塞。现在大都人工搅拌或制作简单的搅拌机进行搅拌,使净水剂的使用效果不佳。
发明内容
为了现有技术的不足和缺陷,本发明提供一种给料乳化装置,该装置能够使净水剂在溶解过程中与水充分溶解,提高了净水剂的使用效果,而且结构简单,易操作。
为了解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
一种给料乳化装置,包括支撑架、下端设有出料口的储药箱、位于储药箱下方倾斜设置的皮带传送装置、位于皮带传送装置卸料端下方的乳化装置和给水装置;所述储药箱的出料口设有阀门;所述皮带传送装置的进料端高于卸料端,所述皮带传送装置的输送带为搓衣板花纹PVC输送带;所述乳化装置包括圆柱形外壳和紧贴外壳内壁的不锈钢筛网,所述外壳上端设有穿过不锈钢筛网的进药口,下端设有出药口,所述外壳内中心水平方向设有转轴,所述转轴四周间隔设有若干硅胶刮板;所述给水装置与乳化装置的进药口连接。
使用时,将带有减速机的电机分别与皮带传送装置和乳化装置的转轴连接,启动电机,电机带动皮带传送装置和乳化装置的转轴转动,乳化装置的转轴带动硅胶刮板转动。将净水剂倒入储药箱,调整储药箱的出料口的阀门,净水剂经出料口落下,经皮带传送装置输送经进药口进入乳化装置内,同时水经给水装置进入乳化装置内,在乳化装置内硅胶刮板与不锈钢筛网的作用下,净水剂与水充分混合研磨搅拌,经不锈钢滤网的筛孔排出,经出药口落入污水中,对污水进行净化处理。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明采用的输送带为搓衣板花纹PVC输送带,使净水剂输送均匀,经硅胶刮板与不锈钢筛网的研磨,使净水剂与水搅拌混合,得到充分溶解,有效提高净水剂的使用效果,而且设备无复杂传动部件与结构,结构简单,易操作。

具体实施方式
实施例1:如图所示,一种给料乳化装置,包括支撑架1、下端设有出料口12的储药箱2、位于储药箱2下方倾斜设置的皮带传送装置3、位于皮带传送装置3卸料端下方的乳化装置4和给水装置5;储药箱2的出料口12设有阀门13;皮带传送装置3的进料端高于卸料端,皮带传送装置3的输送带为搓衣板花纹PVC输送带;乳化装置4包括圆柱形外壳6和紧贴外壳6内壁的不锈钢筛网7,外壳6上端设有穿过不锈钢筛网7的进药口10,下端设有出药口11,外壳6内中心水平方向设有转轴8,转轴8四周间隔设有若干硅胶刮板9;给水装置5与乳化装置4的进药口10连接。
使用时,将带有减速机的电机分别与皮带传送装置3和乳化装置4的转轴8连接,启动电机,电机带动皮带传送装置3和乳化装置4的转轴8转动,乳化装置4的转轴8带动硅胶刮板9转动,将净水剂倒入储药箱2,调整储药箱2的出料口12的阀门13,净水剂经出料口12落下,经皮带传送装置3输送经进药口10进入乳化装置4内,同时水经给水装置5进入乳化装置4内,在乳化装置4内硅胶刮板9与不锈钢筛网7的作用下,净水剂与水充分混合研磨搅拌,经不锈钢滤网7的筛孔排出,经出药口11落入污水中,对污水进行净化处理。

1.一种给料乳化装置,其特征在于,包括支撑架、下端设有出料口的储药箱、位于储药箱下方倾斜设置的皮带传送装置、位于皮带传送装置卸料端下方的乳化装置和给水装置;所述储药箱的出料口设有阀门;所述皮带传送装置的进料端高于卸料端,所述皮带传送装置的输送带为搓衣板花纹PVC输送带;所述乳化装置包括圆柱形外壳和紧贴外壳内壁的不锈钢筛网,所述外壳上端设有穿过不锈钢筛网的进药口,下端设有出药口,所述外壳内中心水平方向设有转轴,所述转轴四周间隔设有若干硅胶刮板;所述给水装置与乳化装置的进药口连接。
