技术领域
本发明涉及一种防眩光吸顶灯。
背景技术
“眩光”是一种不良的照明现象,当光源的亮度极高或是背景与视野中心的亮度差较大时,就会产生“眩光”。“眩光”现象不仅影响观看,而且对视力健康都有影响。防眩光即有效的减少这种效应。但是现有的灯具结构不能有效地实现防眩光作用。如何能有效地实现防眩光目的,是在灯具的设计过程中应当予以考虑并解决的问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种防眩光吸顶灯解决现有技术中存在的现有的灯具结构不能有效地实现防眩光作用的问题。
本发明的技术解决方案是:
一种防眩光吸顶灯,包括底盘、驱动、LED光源组件、防眩光栅格和透光罩,底盘采用方形底盘,LED光源组件和驱动分别设于底盘上,透光罩与底盘共同形成光源腔,透光罩采用方柱形,透光罩采用亚克力制成的透光罩,防眩光栅格采用蜂窝状栅格,透光罩的内侧设有托板,托板采用方框形,防眩光栅格设于托板上。
进一步地,透光罩内设有透光有色层,透光有色层贴服在透光罩上。
进一步地,防眩光栅格采用反射率小于40%的低反射率材料制成。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明一种防眩光吸顶灯,通过设置防眩光栅格,防眩光栅格采用蜂窝状栅格,通过蜂窝状栅格,能够有效地实现防眩光目的,保护使用者的视力健康。透光罩内设置托板,防眩光栅格设于托板上,在需要更换防眩光栅格时,便于更换。该种防眩光吸顶灯,结构设计科学合理,在较低的成本前提下,能够实现防眩光。

如图1所示,本实施例提供一种防眩光吸顶灯,包括底盘1、驱动2、LED光源组件3、防眩光栅格4和透光罩5,如图1和图2,底盘1采用方形底盘1,LED光源组件3和驱动2分别设于底盘1上,透光罩5与底盘1共同形成光源腔,透光罩5采用方柱形,透光罩5采用亚克力制成的透光罩5,防眩光栅格4采用蜂窝状栅格4,透光罩5的内侧设有托板6,托板6采用方框形,防眩光栅格4设于托板6上。
该种防眩光吸顶灯,通过设置防眩光栅格4,防眩光栅格4采用蜂窝状栅格4,通过蜂窝状栅格4,能够有效地实现防眩光目的,保护使用者的视力健康。该种防眩光吸顶灯,结构设计科学合理,在较低的成本前提下,能够实现防眩光。
实施例中,透光罩5内设置托板6,防眩光栅格4设于托板6上,在需要更换防眩光栅格4时,便于更换。透光罩5内设有透光有色层,透光有色层贴服在透光罩5上。透光有色层可以采用透明有色塑料制成。通过设置透光有色层,能够实现吸顶灯颜色的设置。防眩光栅格4采用反射率小于40%的低反射率材料制成,通过低反射设置,进一步保证防眩光效果。

1.一种防眩光吸顶灯,其特征在于:包括底盘、驱动、LED光源组件、防眩光栅格和透光罩,底盘采用方形底盘,LED光源组件和驱动分别设于底盘上,透光罩与底盘共同形成光源腔,透光罩采用方柱形,透光罩采用亚克力制成的透光罩,防眩光栅格采用蜂窝状栅格,透光罩的内侧设有托板,托板采用方框形,防眩光栅格设于托板上。
2.如权利要求1所述的防眩光吸顶灯,其特征在于:透光罩内设有透光有色层,透光有色层贴服在透光罩上。
3.如权利要求1所述的防眩光吸顶灯,其特征在于:防眩光栅格采用反射率小于40%的低反射率材料制成。
