Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of textiles, in particular to a dyeing and finishing process of a polyester fiber-cellulose fiber mixed textile.
Background
Polyester fiber and blended fabrics of the polyester fiber and cellulose fiber have important application in the current high-grade fabrics, and most of the dyes suitable for the polyester fiber and the blended fabrics of the polyester fiber and the cellulose fiber are disperse dyes. When the disperse dye is applied to dyeing of polyester fiber products, an acid dye bath is generally adopted for dyeing, but the acid dyeing easily causes defects such as stain, color point, dyeing flower and the like caused by oligomer stain. The basic dyeing process of the disperse dye can effectively remove oligomers generated in the dyeing process, is expected to shorten the production process flow, and has the characteristics of low consumption, high efficiency, energy conservation and time conservation.
The traditional dyeing and finishing process of the polyester fiber-cellulose fiber mixed textile needs a two-bath two-step method, and not only is the process complicated and time consuming, but also the energy consumption is large. The one-bath two-step method developed in recent years is to dye polyester fiber firstly and then dye cellulose fiber, but the whole process is long, the production efficiency is low, the consumption of water resource and energy is large, and the method is not beneficial to energy conservation and environmental protection.
In summary, at present, there is no one-bath dyeing and finishing process for polyester fiber-cellulose fiber mixed textiles, which has the advantages of simple process, easy operation, high production efficiency, water and energy saving and high dyeing performance.
