Abstract
本发明提供一种纤维板结构产品的注塑模压复合成型方法,包括:第一步:将将粘贴有PET无纺布层的复合面料与粘贴有PET无纺布层的麻纤维板裁切至预定的形状;第二步:对粘贴有PET无纺布层的麻纤维板进行加热,使该麻纤维板软化,以及使该麻纤维板上粘贴的PET无纺布层熔化成高弹态,加热时间为20秒‑5分钟,加热温度为165‑230°;第三步:将加热后的麻纤维板悬挂入模具定模,以及将复合面料悬挂入模具动模;其中,麻纤维板上粘贴的PET无纺布层面向复合面料上粘贴的PET无纺布层;第四步:模具动模与模具定模合模后进行模压注塑;第五步:冷却后开模取出纤维板结构产品。利用本发明可以简化生产工艺、节约生产成本。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及纤维板生成领域,更为具体地,涉及一种纤维板结构产品的注塑模压复合成型方法。
背景技术
目前,纤维板结构产品,通过如下两种方法制作成型:
第一种方法:首先,对纤维板模压成型并进行冲切,然后对冲切后的纤维板进行镶嵌注塑或粘接塑料结构件,最后,对纤维板进行表皮真空复合或人工包覆。
第二种方法:首先,利用喷胶或胶膜的方式将麻纤维板与表皮模压复合成型,然后对复合成型的麻纤维板进行冲切,最后,对冲切后的麻纤维板进行塑料结构件的粘结。
上述两种方案的成型步骤繁多,成本较高,而且都需要利用胶膜、胶水等方式实现粘结塑料结构件。
发明内容
鉴于上述问题,本发明的目的是提供一种纤维板结构产品的注塑模压复合成型方法,以解决传统生产工艺繁琐、必须使用胶水或胶膜粘贴塑料结构件的问题。
本发明提供的纤维板结构产品的注塑模压复合成型方法,包括:
步骤S100:将粘贴有PET无纺布层的复合面料与粘贴有PET无纺布层的麻纤维板加工至预定的形状。
步骤S110:对粘贴有PET无纺布层的麻纤维板进行加热,使该麻纤维板软化,以及使该麻纤维板上粘贴的PET无纺布层熔化成高弹态;其中,加热时间为20秒- 5分钟,加热温度为165-230°;
步骤S120:将加热后的麻纤维板悬挂入模具定模,以及将复合面料悬挂入模具动模;其中,麻纤维板上粘贴的PET无纺布层面向复合面料上粘贴的PET无纺布层;
步骤S130:模具动模与模具定模合模后进行模压注塑;
步骤S140:冷却后开模取出纤维板结构产品。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果为:
1、与传统工艺相比,流程简单,实现一步模压注塑成型;
2、本发明在注塑成型前先将复合面料和麻纤维板加工至特定的形状,不但可以对复合面料和麻纤维板进行排版,还可以对废料部分进行回收,提高材料的利用率;
3、不使用化学试剂胶水,纤维板结构产品没有异味,更加环保,且节约成本;
4、与注塑件等传统产品相比,用麻纤维板做主要材料,更加环保;
5、由于本发明可以用注塑料做加强结构,因此,可以选用密度更低的麻纤维板,比传统麻纤维板更轻。

具体实施方式
在下面的描述中,出于说明的目的,为了提供对一个或多个实施例的全面理解,阐述了许多具体细节。然而,很明显,也可以在没有这些具体细节的情况下实现这些实施例。在其它例子中,为了便于描述一个或多个实施例,公知的结构和设备以方框图的形式示出。
图1示出了根据本发明的纤维板结构产品的注塑模压复合成型方法的流程。
如图1所示,本发明提供的纤维板结构产品的注塑模压复合成型方法,包括:
步骤S100:将粘贴有PET无纺布层的复合面料与粘贴有PET无纺布层的麻纤维板加工至预定的形状。
复合面料包括三层,第一层为织物层或PVC(Polyvinyl chloride,聚氯乙烯)层,第二层为泡沫层,第三层为PET(Polyethylene terephthalate,聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯)无纺布层,第一层、第二层与第三层通过火焰复合工艺复合而成。
PET无纺布层是指由PET(Polyethylene terephthalate,聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯)材料制成的无纺布层。
复合面料的第一层为最外层,并作为纤维板结构产品的表面,复合面料的第二层为中间层,复合面料的第三层为最里层,与麻纤维板进行模压成型。
纤维板结构产品的骨架包括两种结构,分别是纤维板结构和注塑结构,纤维板结构由麻纤维板制成,注塑结构由注塑材料注塑而成。
麻纤维板同样通过火焰复合工艺与PET无纺布层进行复合。
本发明可以通过裁切方式或冲切方式将复合面料和麻纤维板加工至特定的形状,由于本发明在注塑成型前,预先将复合面料和麻纤维板加工至特定的形状,不但可以对复合面料和麻纤维板进行排版,还可以对废料部分进行回收,从两方面提高材料的利用率。
步骤S110:对粘贴有PET无纺布层的麻纤维板进行加热,使该麻纤维板软化,以及使该麻纤维板上粘贴的PET无纺布层熔化成高弹态;其中,加热时间为20秒- 5分钟,加热温度为165°-230°。
对复合有PET无纺布层的麻纤维板进行加热有两个作用,第一个作用是融化PET无纺布层,使PET无纺布层成高弹态,高弹态的PET无纺布层还无法流动,便于后续模压注塑,第二个作用是软化麻纤维板,便于后续模压成型。
步骤S120:将加热后的麻纤维板悬挂入模具定模,以及将粘贴有PET无纺布层的复合面料悬挂入模具动模;其中,麻纤维板上粘贴的PET无纺布层面向复合面料上粘贴的PET无纺布层。
在模具定模与模具动模合模模压注塑时,麻纤维板上粘贴的PET无纺布层与复合面料上粘贴的PET无纺布层相接触,使麻纤维板与复合面料结合在一起。
步骤S140:模具动模与模具定模合模后进行模压注塑。
在模具动模与模具定模合模模压注塑的过程中,模具动模与模具定模的温度保持在30°-50°之间。
向合模后的模具动模与模具定模注入注塑材料,在注塑完成后形成注塑结构。
步骤S150:冷却后开模取出纤维板结构产品。
在模具动模与模具定模合模完成模压注塑后形成纤维板结构产品,待模具冷却至室温后,开模取出纤维板结构产品。

Claims (4)
1.一种纤维板结构产品的注塑模压复合成型方法,包括:
步骤S100:将粘贴有PET无纺布层的复合面料与粘贴有PET无纺布层的麻纤维板加工至预定的形状;
步骤S110:对粘贴有PET无纺布层的麻纤维板进行加热,使该麻纤维板软化,以及使该麻纤维板上粘贴的PET无纺布层熔化成高弹态;其中,加热时间为20秒- 5分钟,加热温度为165-230°;
步骤S120:将加热后的麻纤维板悬挂入模具定模,以及将所述复合面料悬挂入模具动模;其中,所述麻纤维板上粘贴的PET无纺布层面向所述复合面料上粘贴的PET无纺布层;
步骤S130:所述模具动模与所述模具定模合模后进行模压注塑;
步骤S140:冷却后开模取出纤维板结构产品。
2.如权利要求1所述的纤维板结构产品的注塑模压复合成型方法,其中,在合模注塑的过程中,保持所述模具动模与所述模具定模的温度在30°-50°之间。
3.如权利要求1所述的纤维板结构产品的注塑模压复合成型方法,其中,在合模注塑的过程中,通过所述麻纤维板上粘贴的PET无纺布层的温度融化所述复合面料上粘贴的PET无纺布层。
4.如权利要求1所述的纤维板结构产品的注塑模压复合成型方法,其中,所述复合面料包括第一层、第二层和第三层,所述第一层为织物层或PVC层,所述第二层为泡沫层,所述第三层为所述PET无纺布层。
