技术领域
本发明涉及碳纤维板领域,尤其涉及一种改进的碳纤维夹芯板。
背景技术
碳纤维(carbon fiber,简称CF),是一种含碳量在95%以上的高强度、高模量纤维的新型纤维材料。它是由片状石墨微晶等有机纤维沿纤维轴向方向堆砌而成,经碳化及石墨化处理而得到的微晶石墨材料。碳纤维“外柔内刚”,质量比金属铝轻,但强度却高于钢铁,并且具有耐腐蚀、高模量的特性,在国防军工和民用方面都是重要材料。它不仅具有碳材料的固有本征特性,又兼备纺织纤维的柔软可加工性,是新一代增强纤维。
正是由于碳纤维的多种优点,碳纤维与其他材料混合,应用领域变得非常广泛,应用于钓具、运动器材、体育用品、航空航天等领域, 军事上用于制造火箭、导弹、卫星、雷达、防弹车、防弹衣等重要军工产品;碳纤维复合板和碳纤维夹芯板也广泛应用用于环保装修领域。
现有的碳纤维夹芯板,夹芯层通常为泡沫填料或蜂窝填料制成,使板材不减抗压抗冲击力的同时较好的减轻板材质量,节省用材,降低制备成本,随着经济社会的快速发展,碳纤维夹芯板材的应用领域不断拓展,特别是高新技术领域中需要超强超刚度的板材,如航空模型制作,火箭筒制作,机动车部件等,现行的夹芯板达不到这种目标要求。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是克服现有技术的不足,提供一种结构简单,超强超刚度的一种改进的碳纤维夹芯板。
为实现本发明提供以下技术方案:一种改进的碳纤维夹芯板,从下至上依次为下面板、夹芯层和上面板,所述上面板和下面板的内表面均铺设碳纤维预浸料,所述夹芯层为正三角形网格填充层,每个正三角形的各个顶点均预置平帽,所述平帽为圆柱形碳纤维预浸料。
作为优选,所述夹芯层为铝合金或钛合金正三角形网格填充层。
作为优选,所述夹芯层与上面板和下面板之间还有粘结剂层,所述粘结剂层为环氧树脂。
作为优选,所述上面板的外表面还设有防水层、保护膜和装饰层。
作为优选,所述装饰层为可分离型装饰膜,装饰层上印有花纹。
本发明的有益之处:采用正三角形组成的网格状作为夹芯层,稳定性更好,强度刚度更好,为确保上、下面板与夹芯层连接紧密牢固,特在正三角形各顶点预置平帽,扩充连接的接触面,装饰层使用可分离型装饰膜并印有花纹,便于更换。

具体实施方式
一种改进的碳纤维夹芯板,从下至上依次为下面板1、夹芯层3和上面板5,所述上面板5和下面板1的内表面均铺设碳纤维预浸料,所述夹芯层3为正三角形网格填充层,每个正三角形的各个顶点均预置平帽9,所述平帽9为圆柱形碳纤维预浸料,所述夹芯层3为铝合金或钛合金正三角形网格填充层,所述夹芯层3与上面板之间设有粘结剂层4和下面板之间设有粘结剂层2,所述粘结剂层4和粘结剂层2均为为环氧树脂,所述上面板的外表面还设有防水层6、保护膜7和装饰层8,所述装饰层8为可分离型装饰膜,装饰层上印有花纹。
本发明并不局限于上述具体实施方式所涉及的一种改进的碳纤维夹芯板,熟悉本技术领域的人员还可据此做出多种变化,但任何与本发明等同或相类似的变化都应涵盖在本发明权利要求的范围内。

1.一种改进的碳纤维夹芯板,从下至上依次为下面板、夹芯层和上面板,其特征在于:所述上面板和下面板的内表面均铺设碳纤维预浸料,所述夹芯层为正三角形网格填充层,每个正三角形的各个顶点均预置平帽,所述平帽为圆柱形碳纤维预浸料。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种改进的碳纤维夹芯板,其特征在于:所述夹芯层为铝合金或钛合金正三角形网格填充层。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种改进的碳纤维夹芯板,其特征在于:所述夹芯层与上面板和下面板之间还有粘结剂层,所述粘结剂层为环氧树脂。
