Abstract
本发明公开一种纳米材料空气清新净化剂,以天然矿物质为基础原料,其特征是以质量份计包括如下组分组成:纳米二氧化钛5‑8,纳米有机金属骨架吸附剂15‑25,纳米天然矿物质75‑95,和适量活性剂;所述纳米有机金属骨架吸附剂为对苯二甲酸钙、对苯二甲酸镁和/对苯二甲酸锌的混合组成;所述纳米天然矿物质包括如下质量组分组成:纳米硅藻土40‑55,纳米蒙脱土20‑30,纳米氧化锌和/或纳米氧化钙5‑10,本发明制备的纳米材料空气清新净化剂产品在吸附有毒有害气体后能够具有再生功能,可对空气中的有害气体进行有效催化氧化,不断循环往复。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种空气净化剂及其的制备方法,特别是一种纳米材料空气清新净化剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
随着工业化技术的不断发展,汽车工业得到大力普及,汽车走进了千家万户,我国汽车拥有量的不断提高,由汽车尾气排放及工业化进程的加快所产生的对大气的污染提高也越来越严重。因而在一些大中城市出现了雾霧天气,对人们的身心健康造成严重损害。而房屋、商场、宾馆等场所的装修时,装饰装修材料的大量使用,这些材料中多少都含有一定的易挥发的对人体有害的气体,如烃类、醛类、苯类、脂类等,这样人们长期在室内及大气污染的环境条件下工作,及易因环境污染致病致害造成人员的过早死亡,据世卫组织的不完全统计,全世界因大气环境空气污染等原因死亡人数每年达数十万人之多,因而大气中空气质量和室内环境质量污染,是对公众身体健康造成危害的也成了最大的影响环境因素之一。
因而空气清洁或清新净化剂产品应运而生,如中国专利公告号为CN103447004《一种强吸附型空气净化剂及其制备方法》,其主要包括如下质量组分组成,活性炭15-30,膨润土5-15,轻质氧化镁8-20,茶树油5-15,亚硫酸氢钠0.3-2,烷基氧化胺0.2-1,无水乙醇及酸性高锰酸钾等 ,其含有挥发性成份,能对空气中的病菌进行杀灭。但是其相对侧重于对空气中的二氧化碳的吸收净化效果,而对空气中的有害气体如甲醛等的杀灭效果不是很佳。
还有如中国专利公告号为CN102989308《一种多功能空气净化剂》,其包括硅藻土、纳米二氧化钛、分散剂、六偏磷酸钠、稀土激活剂,及无机矿粉石膏粉或海泡石粘土粉等,但是该种空气净化剂加入稀土成分产品造价较高,在市场上是难以推应用,同时空气净化效果相对比价效益也不理想。
因此,如何来提供一种性价比高,能对大气或室内空气中的有毒有害气体如二氧化碳、氮气、醛类如甲醛、苯类等进行吸附去除,同时净化剂产品又能吸附分解得到再生后,又可重新吸附催化氧化有机有害有毒气体,不断循环往复重复使用,且空气净化效果高的空气清新净化剂产品。
发明内容:本发明就是要提供纳米材料空气清新净化剂,以天然矿物质为基础原料;其使用纳米二氧化钛和纳米有机金属骨架吸附剂等原料,以大比表面积、大孔隙率的纳米材料制成的有机金属骨架为载体,能高效催化吸附大气或室内空气中的有毒有害气体,并能去除车内的汽油、香烟等异味,空气净化清新效果好;具有较好的社会和经济效益。
本发明提供一种纳米材料空气清新净化剂,以天然矿物质为基础原料,其是以质量份计包括如下组分组成:纳米二氧化钛5-8,纳米有机金属骨架吸附剂15-25,纳米天然矿物质75-95,和适量活性剂;所述纳米有机金属骨架吸附剂为对苯二甲酸钙、对苯二甲酸镁和/对苯二甲酸锌的混合组成。所述活性剂优选是使用活化活性碳控制其加入的量在0.5-2质量份。
所述的一种纳米材料空气清新净化剂,其所述纳米有机金属骨架吸附剂为如下质量组分对苯二甲酸钙5-10,对苯二甲酸镁3-8和对苯二甲酸锌5-15的混合组成。
所述的一种纳米材料空气清新净化剂,其所述纳米天然矿物质包括如下质量组分组成:纳米硅藻土40-55,纳米蒙脱土20-30,纳米氧化锌和/或纳米氧化钙5-10。
所述的一种纳米材料空气清新净化剂,其优选的是所述纳米有机金属骨架吸附剂对苯二甲酸钙、对苯二甲酸镁或对苯二甲酸锌是由对苯二甲酸钠分别和相应的硫酸镁或硫酸锌及氯化钙进行有机反应制备而成。
本发明所述的一种纳米材料空气清新净化剂,其进一步优选的,是所述纳米天然矿物质经二次煅烧制备而成,是将相应的天然矿物质物原料,经破碎、磨粉后加入添加剂,搅拌混合均匀后置于煅烧装置中,控制一次煅烧温度为300-650℃,煅烧时间5-20分钟,控制天然矿物质原料和添加剂的质量比为100:0.2-1.2,冷却,得相应的一次煅烧物料;二次煅烧是将黑一次煅烧物料经磨粉后,再送入煅烧装置中进行二次初成品煅烧,控制二次初成品煅烧温度为200-250℃,煅烧时间20-30分钟,经冷却后磨粉,即得相应的纳米天然矿物质。
优选的,是所述添加剂为氢氧化钠固体或溶液。
更进一步优选的,是所述的一种纳米材料空气清新净化剂,其所述纳米蒙脱土包括纯化蒙脱土矿粉原料,是用超声波将蒙脱土均匀分散于水或有机溶剂中,控制其固液比例从1:1到1:10,得混合液,将混合液经静置沉淀、旋液分离除杂,过滤干燥得纯化蒙脱土;
再将纯化蒙脱土制成纯化蒙脱土混合液,加温到40-95℃,并同时用超声波处理5-20分钟,得到改性蒙脱土混合液,经过滤、离心, 再干燥即得纳米蒙脱土;
所述是有机溶剂为水、乙醇、甲醇、甲苯、苯、 丙酮、***、汽油中任意一种或几种。
本发明的纳米材料空气清新净化剂,包括上述各纳米天然矿物组分组成,采用上述制备工艺进行制备,如纳米天然矿物原料可以使用现有生产工艺进行制备,如纳米硅藻土是使用如下制备方法进行制备即将制备硅藻土的原料采用二次煅烧工艺进行制备, 这样制备出的纳米硅藻土的性能更优,吸附性更强。而纳米有机金属骨架吸附剂纳米材料空气清新净化剂的制备,可采用对苯二甲酸钠和硫酸锌为原料进行反应制备出对苯二甲酸锌产品。主要反应方程式:
Na2C8H4O4+ZnSO4 H2O→ZnC8H4O4+ Na2SO4 +H2O 。
将上述各质量组分的原料经分别制备后得到原料,按质量配比混合→造粒→若干次干燥和造粒→焙烧→冷却→包装制备得到产成品。
本发明采用上述技术方案的有益效果是:
本发明使用具有光催化剂的纳米二氧化钛原料,优选是使用锐钛型纳米二氧化钛产品,其性能更优,同时使用纳米有机金属骨吸附剂为对苯二甲酸钙、对苯二甲酸镁和/对苯二甲酸锌的复合物的原料,和纳米天然矿物质纳米蒙脱土和硅藻土,制备出的纳米材料空气清新净化剂产品无毒、无味,在对空气中有害气体吸附后,在活性催化和光作用下,和空气中的氧发生氧化化学反应,生成二氧碳和水等。其吸附性更强,较现有的普通活性碳硅胶等及现有的净化剂产品更优。其吸附极性分子的吸附力依次为,水>醇>醛>正烯>脂>芳烃>烷烃等,其能大大的吸收空气中的有害气体成分。二是本发明制备的纳米材料空气清新净化剂产品在吸附有毒有害气体后能够具有再生功能。可对空气中的有害气体进行有效催化氧化,不断循环往复。本发明的纳米材料空气清新净化剂产品利用纳米天然矿物质的纳米硅藻土和纳米蒙脱土的多孔性其孔径范围在20-60nm,正好可对有害有毒气体的捕集,再利用光催化剂的二氧化钛进行催化降解,使空气得到净化。
具体实施方式:
下面结合具体实施方式对本发明的技术方案作进一步的说细说明。
本发明一种纳米材料空气清新净化剂,以天然矿物质为基础原料,其以质量份计包括如下组分组成:纳米二氧化钛5-8,纳米有机金属骨架吸附剂15-25,纳米天然矿物质75-95,和适量活性剂;所述纳米有机金属骨架吸附剂为对苯二甲酸钙、对苯二甲酸镁和/对苯二甲酸锌的复合物。
所述纳米有机金属骨架吸附剂为如下质量组分对苯二甲酸钙5-10,对苯二甲酸镁3-8和对苯二甲酸锌5-15的复合物。
所述纳米天然矿物质包括如下质量组分组成:纳米硅藻土40-55,纳米蒙脱土20-30,纳米氧化锌和/或纳米氧化钙5-10。
所述纳米有机金属骨架吸附剂是由对苯二甲酸钠和相应的硫酸镁或硫酸锌及氯化钙进行有机反应制备而成。
所述纳米天然矿物质优选是纳米硅藻土和纳米氧化钙是经二次煅烧制备而成,是将相应的天然矿物质硅藻土和氧化钙原矿原料,经破碎、磨粉后加入添加剂,搅拌混合均匀后置于煅烧装置中,控制一次煅烧温度为300-650℃,煅烧时间5-20分钟,控制天然矿物质原料硅藻土和氧化钙和添加剂氢氧化钠的质量比为100:0.2-1.2,冷却,得相应的一次煅烧物料;二次煅烧是将黑一次煅烧物料经磨粉后,再送入煅烧装置中进行二次初成品煅烧,控制二次初成品煅烧温度为200-250℃,煅烧时间20-30分钟,经冷却后磨粉,即得相应的纳米天然矿物质纳米硅藻土和纳米氧化钙原料产品。所述的添加剂使用氢氧化钠固体组分。
所述纳米蒙脱土采用如下工艺制备,所述纳米蒙脱土包括纯化蒙脱土矿粉原料,是用超声波将蒙脱土均匀分散于水或有机溶剂中,控制其固液比例从1:1到1:10,得混合液,将混合液经静置沉淀、旋液分离除杂,过滤干燥得纯化蒙脱土;
再将纯化蒙脱土制成纯化蒙脱土混合液,加温到40-95℃,并同时用超声波处理5-20分钟,得到改性蒙脱土混合液,经过滤、离心, 再干燥即得纳米蒙脱土;
所述是有机溶剂为水、乙醇、甲醇、甲苯、苯、 丙酮、***、汽油中任意一种或几种。
纳米蒙脱土的制备方法:取蒙脱土200g放入反应设备中的容器内,然后放入水800g,开启超声波电源,控制调节输出频率为20kc、功率200W进行处理,保持15分钟,可得到蒙脱土在水中均匀分散溶液,静止20分钟,除杂、过滤、干燥得到纯化蒙脱土粉体。最后经上述处理过滤、离心, 再干燥即得纳米蒙脱土。
实施例,质量份或质量比。下表1,表示各实施例的各组成成分及对空气中的杂质及水气等的净化程度的百分比。表1
说明:本发明空气清新净化剂对空气中的杂质和水气的净化成度较高,所述杂质是指有毒有害气体的综合等如二氧化碳、氮气、醛类如甲醛、苯类等进行的吸附去除。
如甲醛的吸附净化率的测定是,将本发明纳米材料空气清新净化剂产品置于一密闭的甲醛含量较高的空间内,在规定的时间内检测该密闭空间内的甲醛含量,对过比较净化前后的甲醛含量数值,本发明检测后杂质含量值如上表1所示。而相类似的产品的净化率达不到本发明上述技术值要求。
Claims (7)
1.一种纳米材料空气清新净化剂,以天然矿物质为基础原料,其特征是以质量份计包括如下组分组成:纳米二氧化钛5-8,纳米有机金属骨架吸附剂15-25,纳米天然矿物质75-95,和适量活性剂;所述纳米有机金属骨架吸附剂为对苯二甲酸钙、对苯二甲酸镁和/对苯二甲酸锌的混合组成。
2.根据权利要求1 所述的一种纳米材料空气清新净化剂,其特征是所述纳米有机金属骨架吸附剂为如下质量组分对苯二甲酸钙5-10,对苯二甲酸镁3-8和对苯二甲酸锌5-15的混合组成。
3.根据权利要求1 所述的一种纳米材料空气清新净化剂,其特征是所述纳米天然矿物质包括如下质量组分组成:纳米硅藻土40-55,纳米蒙脱土20-30,纳米氧化锌和/或纳米氧化钙5-10。
4.根据权利要求1 所述的一种纳米材料空气清新净化剂,其特征是所述纳米有机金属骨架吸附剂对苯二甲酸钙、对苯二甲酸镁或对苯二甲酸锌是由对苯二甲酸钠分别和相应的硫酸镁或硫酸锌及氯化钙进行有机反应制备而成。
5.根据权利要求1 所述的一种纳米材料空气清新净化剂,其特征是所述纳米天然矿物质经二次煅烧制备而成,是将相应的天然矿物质原料,经破碎、磨粉后加入添加剂,搅拌混合均匀后置于煅烧装置中,控制一次煅烧温度为300-650℃,煅烧时间5-20分钟,控制天然矿物质原料和添加剂的质量比为100:0.2-1.2,冷却,得相应的一次煅烧物料;二次煅烧是将黑一次煅烧物料经磨粉后,再送入煅烧装置中进行二次初成品煅烧,控制二次初成品煅烧温度为200-250℃,煅烧时间20-30分钟,经冷却后磨粉,即得相应的纳米天然矿物质。
6.根据权利要求5 所述的一种纳米材料空气清新净化剂,其特征是所述添加剂为氢氧化钠固体或溶液。
7.根据权利要求3 所述的一种一种纳米材料空气清新净化剂,其特征是所述纳米蒙脱土包括纯化蒙脱土矿粉原料,是用超声波将蒙脱土均匀分散于水或有机溶剂中,控制其固液比例从1:1到1:10,得混合液,将混合液经静置沉淀、旋液分离除杂,过滤干燥得纯化蒙脱土;
再将纯化蒙脱土制成纯化蒙脱土混合液,加温到40-95℃,并同时用超声波处理5-20分钟,得到改性蒙脱土混合液,经过滤、离心, 再干燥即得纳米蒙脱土;
所述是有机溶剂为水、乙醇、甲醇、甲苯、苯、 丙酮、***、汽油中任意一种或几种。
