Preparation method of gastrodin micro-capsule granules
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of traditional Chinese medicine processing, and particularly relates to a preparation method of gastrodin micro-capsule granules.
Background
Rhizoma Gastrodiae is Orchidaceae plant, and is also called rhizoma Gastrodiae, fructus Lysimachiae, herba Bidentis Bipinnatae, SHENCAO, herba Typhonii gigantei, rhizoma Gastrodiae, herba Saussureae Involueratae, and HEISHI
The gastrodia elata contains gastrodine, also called gastrodine, which has a chemical composition of p-hydroxymethyl benzene- β -D-glucopyranoside, has good sedative and hypnotic effects, and can relieve symptoms of neurasthenia, insomnia and headache.
Gastrodine can be extracted from rhizoma Gastrodiae or obtained by chemical synthesis. At present, gastrodin is extracted from gastrodia elata only by drying to obtain dry powder and then storing. However, the dry gastrodin powder is not protected by other media, and is easily subjected to oxidative degradation under the action of light, high temperature and oxygen, so that the loss of nutrition and the reduction of quality are caused. The microcapsule technology is a technology of forming a microcapsule having a semipermeable or sealed capsule membrane by encapsulating a core material such as liquid, solid or gas with a natural or synthetic polymer material as a wall material. Because the microencapsulation can improve the physical properties of the encapsulated substance such as color, appearance, apparent density, solubility and the like; the stability of the core material is improved, and the reactivity, durability, heat sensitivity and photosensitivity of the coated material are improved, so that the coating material is widely applied to the industries of medicine, agriculture, chemicals, food processing, cosmetics and the like, and attracts the wide attention of the world. Therefore, microencapsulation is an effective way to improve the stability of gastrodin and prolong the storage period.
