自动停车设备与处理方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种自动停车***设备与方法。具体但不仅仅涉及如何提升已有的订单拣选与小型物品分类技术以创造出高密度、高吞吐量的停车***。
背景技术
本申请要求以下英国专利申请的优先权:2015年4月15日提交的GB1506365.4,2015年8月13日提交的GB1514428.0,2015年10月13日提交的GB1518089.6,2016年2月9日提交的GB1602332.7,2015年10月13日提交的GB1518091.2,2015年10月13日提交的GB1518094.6,2015年10月13日提交的GB1518111.8,2015年10月13日提交的GB1518115.9,2015年10月13日提交的GB1518117.5,2016年2月25日提交的GB1603328.4,上述所有申请的内容通过引用包含在本申请中。
部分工商业活动需要可存取大量不同货物的***。一种可存取多条产品线上物品的已知***涉及将贮藏箱或容器一一垒叠成堆垛,所述堆垛成排安置。贮藏箱或容器由上方获取,因此不需要通道,即可在各排之间移动容器,这样,既定空间内可存放更多容器。
全球汽车数量超过十亿,大部分汽车适时停放在任意指定地点。在许多城市与其它地方,汽车停放需要大量可用土地,由此推动了多层停车场的发展。鉴于对所有汽车的随机存取需求、不同尺寸车辆的限制、建筑物的结构需求、司机乘客存取汽车的舒适度需求,此类停车场未能充分利用其可用容积。实际上,典型多层停车场中汽车仅占用了约10%的容积。本发明旨在将这一比例提升至约40%。
专利申请EP0740034A1与DE10151916A1、专利US3390791与EP2663703B1中描述了利用已有的机械设备更紧密地停放车辆的方法。Otto Wöhr公司称近几年已在全球投放了40多万个机械化停车点。此类***允许停车的密度大于传统多层车库,但也存在一些明显的缺陷,如成本、可靠性及吞吐量。因此,上述因素使此类***在许多情况下难以证明其实用性。本发明采用完全不同的原理处理上述缺陷。
处理成排堆放的容器的方法众所周知。在部分此类***中,如Bertel的US2,701,065中的描述,所述***包括成排堆放的独立式容器堆垛,以减少存储所述容器的存储体积,同时仍可在需要时获得特定容器。相对复杂的起重机构可在堆垛中垒叠、移动特定容器,从而使特定容器的获取成为可能。但是,考虑到成本因素,此类***在多种情境下是不切实际的,其商业化主要用于大型船运集装箱的存储与操作。
使用独立式容器堆垛与提供存取特定容器的机构的观念得到了进一步发展,例如在EP1037828B1(Autostore公司)中所述,其内容通过引用包含在本文中。其描述了一种将容器堆垛设置在框架结构中的***。自动装载处理设备可通过位于所述堆垛最上层表面的轨道***可控地在所述堆垛周围移动。
PCT申请GB2014/052273描述了装载处理设备的一项发展,其中,每个自动装载处理部件仅覆盖一个网格空间,因此提高了装载处理部件的配置密度及特定规模***的吞吐量。如英国专利申请GB1511137.0所述,容器也可具有不同的高度。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种自动停车***,其包括多个承载车辆的容器,所述容器放置于框架工作结构内的容器堆垛中,所述框架工作结构包括一系列大体垂直的支柱,所述支柱上安装有大体水平的网格,所述网格包括两组大体互相垂直的轨条,至少一个装载处理装置可在其上操作,所述装载处理装置包括安装在轮上的主体,第一组轮设置为至少与第一组轨条的两条轨条配合,第二组轮设置为至少与第二组轨条的两条轨条配合,所述第一组轮可相对于所述第二组轮进行独立移动与驱动,这样在移动过程中,任何时间仅有一组轮与所述网格配合,从而仅驱动配合所述轨条的轮即可实现所述装载处理设备沿所述轨条向所述网格上任意一点的移动,上述***中,容器包括车辆运载平台与支承结构,所述支承结构的位置与尺寸特定,以使堆垛内各容器直接支撑位于其上的容器。
相较于现有技术中的传统多层停车场,本申请核心优势在于停车密度更大,容纳车辆可达到4倍多。此外,其相较于多层停车场中的驾车上、下多层,将会耗时更少,车辆损坏风险更低。相较于现有技术中的机械化的停车场,核心优势在于就任意指定最大吞吐量而言成本更低,因为装载处理设备平均利用率高于现有技术中***的起重机。此类***容易设计为任一装载处理设备的损坏不会妨碍任意车辆的获取,因而所述***具有可靠性。而且,本发明可将空间利用率提高2倍。

具体实施方式
图1示出了运载车辆20的可堆叠容器10。所述容器包括四根拐角支承结构30、容器底座35与侧面围栏40。拐角支承结构可绕与底座35的接合点上的枢转点移动,从而拐角支承结构可向下折叠,如图2所示,便于车辆20在容器10内的移动与定位。如图3所示,侧面围栏40可折叠,便于由容器10进入车辆20。
需要注意的是,此处所用“容器”一词指代装置,所述装置基本为平台,包括四根沉重的拐角支承结构30及侧边40,所述拐角支承结构能支撑顶部的其它容器10,所述侧边40尤其是在短边的侧边可确保车辆20不会滚下容器10,否则意外留在车辆20内的任何人可出车辆20并发生危险。但需要注意的是,容器10可为可运载车辆20、支撑堆垛110内运载有车辆20的其它容器10的任意适合形式。
例如,在本发明另一个实施例中,容器10可包括平台,所述平台包括可下降的上翻侧面与笼型或箱型结构,所述笼型或箱型结构可下降至车辆20上方,从而完全封闭车辆,其出于安全考虑具有优势。
使用过程中,多个容器依次向上堆叠,形成堆垛110。堆垛110设置在框架结构70内。图4示出了堆垛110,各个堆垛包括5个容器10,设备100在框架结构70内包括6x3的堆垛110区块。框架结构70包括一系列支柱72以支撑水平组件74a、74b。第一组大致平行的水平组件74a设置为大致垂直于第二组大致平行的水平组件74b,以形成由支柱72支撑的水平网格结构74。
组件72、74通常由金属制成。容器10在框架结构70的组件72、74之间堆叠,从而框架结构70防止容器10的堆垛110的水平移动,同时引导容器10的垂直移动。
框架结构70顶层包括设于网格样式内、横跨堆垛110顶部的轨条74。参考图4、5、6,轨条74支撑多个自动装载处理设备50。平行轨条74的第一组74a引导装载处理设备50沿第一方向(X)横跨框架结构70顶部移动,大致垂直于第一组74a的平行轨条74的第二组74b引导装载处理设备50沿大致垂直于第一方向的第二方向(Y)移动。以此种方式,轨条74允许装载处理设备50在X-Y平面内的两个维度上移动,从而装载处理设备50可移至任意堆垛110上方的位置。
每个装载处理设备50包括主体55,其设置为在堆垛110上方、框架结构70的轨条74上沿X、Y方向移动。第一组轮34由主体55前部一对轮34与主体55后部一对轮34组成,设置为与轨条74的第一组74a的两个相邻轨条配合。类似的,第二组轮36由主体55每侧的一对轮36组成,设置为配合轨条74的第二组74b的两个相邻轨条。各组轮34、36可被提起或下降,从而在任何时候第一组轮34或第二组轮36始终有一组和其对应的轨条组74a、74b相配合。
当第一组轮34与第一组轨条74a相配合、第二组轮36从轨条74处完全提起时,轮34可由主体55内驱动机构(未示出)驱动,沿X方向移动装载处理设备50。沿Y方向移动装载处理设备50时,则需要第一组轮34完全从轨条74处提起,第二组轮36下降,以与第二组轨条74b相配合。此时,驱动机构可用于驱动第二组轮36,以实现Y方向上的移动。
以此种方式,一个或多个自动装载处理设备50可在中央拣选***(未示出)控制下绕框架结构70上容器堆110顶部网格移动。每个自动装载处理设备50均设有能将一个或多个容器10从堆垛110提举出以获取所需车辆的装置。使用多个装载处理设备50可在任一时刻从堆垛110与网格内多个地点获取车辆20。
使用过程中,车辆20被调入在入口点的容器10,司机离开车辆20。拐角支承结构30与侧面围栏40上升,控制***(未示出)指示装载处理设备50拣取容器10,并将其置于容器10的堆垛110内。
控制***选定车辆在堆垛110内的最佳点。若车辆20长期无需求,则可优先将其所在容器10置于载有急需车辆20的容器10下方。因此,装载处理设备50可移动已在堆垛110内的容器10,为载有待停放的新车辆20的容器10创建停放位置。一旦已创建合适位置,装载处理设备50将会位于网格74上可获取容器10的位置。容器10被提升至装载处理设备50的主体55内,装载处理设备50立即移至网格74上所述容器应放置入的堆垛110的位置上方。若有必要,可将其它容器10放回新放置的容器10的上方。
需要注意的是,数个装载处理设备50可能需要协作以绕堆垛110移动容器10。并且,装载处理设备可定期重新排列堆垛,将最近需要的车辆20置于堆垛110顶部附近。
车辆20需由堆垛110取回时,装载处理设备50位于相关堆垛110上方,并移除顶部容器10。若上述容器10载有所需车辆20,则被移至出口点。若上述容器10不含有所需车辆20,则移至另一堆垛110,原堆垛110内下一个容器被取出。这一步骤持续进行,直到载有所需车辆20的容器10被取出。所述容器10随后移至出口点以供拣取。
以此种方式,可实现高密度的车辆停放,同时保持车辆存取的便捷。
需要注意的是,未示出的控制***设有识别、监控车辆20与其所在容器及所处的堆垛110的合适装置。控制装置可采用车牌识别、票据、条形码***或其它任何合适的跟踪装置。
需要注意的是,网格结构在水平方向支撑容器10。这意味着,容器10可设计为通过拐角支承结构30从上方容器获取垂直力,而不需要获取任何水平力。以此种方式,稳定性极高的堆垛110可由低成本的容器10构成。
需要注意的是,车辆20在专用出、入口点载出或装入容器10。图7、8示出了所述出、入口点实例。如图7、8所示,入口点和/或出口点包括从装载处理设备50接收容器10的区域。入口点和/或出口点可包括额外的围栏或栅栏,在从装载处理设备50接收容器10时保护用户。
在本发明另一个实施例中,容器10包括与拐角支承结构合并的一个或两个折叠的短侧面,其可用作开上开下的斜坡,鉴于车辆不需要在拐角装载运输支柱之间行驶,可允许尽可能地缩小容器宽度。
在本发明又一个实施例中,容器长侧面被设置为当任一短侧面向下折叠时,司机与乘客可在入口与出口站打开车门。任一短侧面向上竖起时,长侧面提供围栏,从而车门无法打开。此举防止意外留在车辆内的人陷入危险。
在再一个实施例中,热传感器或其它传感器确保容器关闭前无人或动物留在车辆内。
在更一个实施例中,车辆20的司机通过如智能手机等通信装置与停车***通信,以设置与更改取车时间。
在另一个实施例中,司机可指定其乘坐的某一飞机或火车,停车控制***可与空中或铁路交通控制***通信,预估取车时间。
在本发明的又一个实施例中,等待车辆的不同司机的优先顺序取决于其为停车支付的金额。
在再一个实施例中,容器10具有不同的高度和/或尺寸,从而在车辆高度存在显著差异时最大化空间利用率。
在更一个实施例中,针对大部分车辆尺寸大幅度小于其余车辆的情况,设计了两种或多种尺寸的容器与装载处理设备,堆垛110设置为使***分部专用于不同尺寸的车辆。
在最后一个实施例中,使用自动车牌识别易于在设施入口获取车型信息,从而可引导司机至合适的入口站。
需要注意的是,鉴于堆垛110内各容器支撑其上容器10,各容器必须能支撑满载了可存于堆垛110中的车辆20时的最大数量容器10的重量。因此,容器结构设计为能承受所述垂直力至关重要。
在上述实施例中,容器10包括安装于平板底座35上的拐角支承结构30。但需要注意的是,可采用任何可在堆垛110内支撑其上的满载容器10的合适形式的容器10。
如图9-11所示,容器11包括平台35与箱型盖结构80。需要注意的是,本实施例中,箱型结构80应可支撑堆垛110内、位于其上的结构相似的容器11。此举可能需要用于箱型结构80的实心侧面,或需要拐角支承结构30与安装于其上的笼状箱型结构协同使用。
使用过程中,车辆20停放在基本平坦的底座35上。一旦司机与乘客均离开车辆20,箱型结构在车辆上方下降。箱型结构80包括4个位于拐角的装载运输支承结构30与实心和/或网状侧面及顶,以保持稳定性、提供保护。箱型结构80可移除地附接于底座35,以允许在停车***内移动容器11。容器11、底座35及箱型结构可完全由钢铁,实心板状或网状结构组成,也可由其组合而成。但需要注意的是,可采用任意合适材料。
在本发明另一个实施例中,如图12-14所示,示出了将车辆存入自动停车***的替代机构。
如图12所示,所述替代机构包括安装于一组滚轴100上的可移动平板。平板135可在滚轴100上由第一位置移动至第二位置。滚轴100可由合适的驱动机构驱动。平板135处于第一位置时,车辆可位于其上;平板135处于第二位置时,其位于箱型结构180内,所述箱型结构180至少包括拐角支承结构。箱型结构180可包括实心板状或网状结构构成的侧面,所述结构可由任意适合材料制成,但优先选择金属材料结构。箱型结构优选包括实心侧面,可在车辆停放后箱型结构内发生火灾时保护自动停车***、其它车辆及操作人员。
箱型结构180内的滚轴机构100设有无滚轴凹陷结构。平板135下方设有能够与箱型结构180底座内无滚轴凹陷结构互相作用的协同装置。
平板135处于箱型结构内第一位置时,其位于箱型结构底座内的滚轴机构100中的凹陷结构处。滚轴机构100中的凹陷结构使平板135可释放地位于箱型结构180内的固定位置。并且,车辆的重量可使平板135定位,这样一旦箱型结构180由装载处理设备50提起,平板135上任意车辆将无法移动。
图13a-13c更清晰地示出了协助平板135与滚轴机构相互作用的机构。图13a示出了处于第二位置的平板135,其完全锁定于箱型结构180内。图13b具体示出了滚轴***100内允许平板135准确移动、重复定位于箱型结构180内安全位置的凹陷结构。
图13c示出了处于第二位置的平板135,其又一次全部位于箱型结构180内,所述平板135的下侧定位为箱型结构185底座内的无滚轴凹陷结构位于倚靠平板135的协作部分。
如图15所示,由于无需出、入口斜坡或通道,自动停车***达到的停车密度超过了标准多层停车场。
在使用过程中,如图14所示,车辆20通过敞开的大门进入入口点,停放于平板135上,所述平板135位于滚轴机构上且处于第一位置。通往停车***的门192关闭。司机与乘客通过门190离开车辆与***。一旦门190关闭,门192可开启,滚轴机构启动,将平板135上的车辆移入箱型结构180。平板135由任意适用的驱动***在滚轴上驱动,直至平板位于箱型结构180底座内的无滚轴凹陷结构中。此时,平板135不再相对于箱型结构180移动,车辆准确安全地定位于箱型结构180内。
当处于箱型结构内的第二位置中时,门192关闭,平板135被大体封闭在箱型结构180底座上。以此种方式,若箱型结构内燃料起火,邻近车辆不会受到破坏,火势仅会保持在一个箱型结构180内。
一旦箱型结构180被封,装载处理设备将在原位移动,载有车辆的箱型结构被吊起、置于停车***内的堆垛内。需要注意的是,所述箱型结构可由合适的识别装置识别,并根据其预定存放停车场的时长确定其在堆垛内的位置。
为移动停车场内汽车,需要识别载有目标车辆的箱型结构的位置,装载处理设备单独或协同运作,从***内堆垛中取出目标箱型结构180。所述箱型结构由装载处理设备50取出后,返回至停车场的入口点/出口点,并放置于出口区域。门192打开后,滚轴机构反向运作,将平板135从箱型结构内的第二位置移至拣取车辆的第一位置。处于第一位置后,门192关闭,司机可进入并取回车辆。
需要注意的是,平板135需被提升,以脱离其在箱型结构180内凹陷结构中的锁定位置。以上可由任何合适方法实现,但所述方法可包括提供可操作的提升机构,仅当箱型结构完全位于出口位置时提升平板135。
处于出口位置且门192关闭时,门190可开启以允许车辆驶出。
各箱型结构180可设有洒水装置,在发生紧急情况时灭火。需要注意的是,水或阻燃液可路由管道进入箱型结构180内,所述管道安装于框架的支柱72或水平结构组件74的上部或内部。洒水管道不使用时是空的。以此种方式,可最小化水或阻燃液泄露的发生率。
平板135位于箱型结构180内时,可限定能收集如油、雨水、雪水等液体与路面杂物的凹槽。所述凹槽可封闭,从而液体与杂物无法泄露至车辆或其下方的箱型结构180。并且,接收凹槽内传感装置发出需要清理的信号后,凹槽可得到定期清理。
若检测到火情,则仅在指定堆垛内的箱型结构180或出现火情的单个容器内洒水。箱型结构180可充分封闭,以通过氧气不足防止火势蔓延。
其它服务项目可以类似方式路由至箱型结构。例如传感器可置于箱型结构180内,监控温度、湿度、震动、移动等。并且,每个箱型结构内可供有摄像装置,允许停车场工作人员监控堆垛内的车辆。所有此类传感机构需要电力,可能需要数据录入装置。所有此类服务项目与通信装置可由框架的支柱72或箱型结构180本身引入各个箱型结构180。
本申请要求英国专利申请GB1518091.2与GB1518115.9的优先权,上述申请所涉及的容器与框架结构内路由服务的详细***和方法通过引用包含在本申请中。
需要注意的是,装载处理设备50必须能吊起并移动载物容器。但是,也可采用任何可吊起载物容器10、11至装载处理设备50主体55内的合适形式的机构。
需要注意的是,上述结构仅为举例,本领域技术人员可提出其它结构。

Claims (8)

1.一种自动停车***,包括多个承载车辆(20)的容器(10),所述容器(10)放置于框架工作结构(70)内的堆垛(110)中,所述框架工作结构(70)包括一系列大体竖直的支柱(72),所述支柱上安装有大体水平的网格(74、76),所述网格(74、76)包括两组大体互相垂直的轨条,至少一个装载处理设备(50)可在所述网格上操作,所述装载处理设备(50)包括安装在轮上的主体,第一组轮设置为至少与第一组轨条(74)的两条轨条配合,第二组轮设置为至少与第二组轨条(76)的两条轨条配合,所述第一组轮可相对于所述第二组轮进行独立移动与驱动,这样在移动过程中,在任何时间仅有一组轮与所述网格配合,从而仅驱动配合所述轨条(74、76)的轮即可实现所述装载处理设备(50)沿所述轨条(74、76)向所述网格上任意一点的移动,所述***中,所述容器(10)包括车辆(20)运载平台(35)与支承结构(30),所述支承结构(30)的位置与尺寸特定,以使所述堆垛(110)内所述各容器(10)直接支撑位于其上的容器(10)。
2.根据权利要求1的自动停车***,其特征在于,所述支承结构(30)形成容器(30)的拐角,且可由第一位置移至第二位置,其中,所述第一位置允许汽车移入所述平台,所述第二位置允许所述容器(10)放置于堆垛(110)内。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的自动停车***,其特征在于,所述平台(35)进一步包括可折叠侧面,所述侧面构成斜坡,使所述车辆得以移入或移出所述平台(35)。
4.根据前述任一权利要求所述的自动停车***,其特征在于,所述容器(10)进一步包括用于放置所述车辆的箱型结构,所述箱型结构包含所述支承结构(30)。
5.根据权利要求1或2所述的自动停车***,其特征在于,所述***包括超过一个装载处理设备(50),至少一个所述装载处理设备的尺寸设计为容纳厢式货车、4x4货车或卡车等车辆,至少一个所述装载处理设备的尺寸设计为仅容纳轿车。
6.根据前述任一权利要求所述的自动停车***,其特征在于,所述***进一步包括控制***,所述控制***包括识别装置、监控装置及定位装置,所述识别装置识别停靠的车辆(20);所述监控装置将车辆(20)与容器(10)关联;所述定位装置定位所述堆垛(110)内的所述容器(10),便于装载处理设备(50)获取所需的特定容器(10)。
7.根据权利要求6所述的自动停车***,其特征在于,所述识别装置包括车牌识别***。
8.根据前述任一权利要求所述的自动停车***,其特征在于,其中多个堆垛(110)仅包括尺寸设计为容纳大型车辆、厢式货车、4x4货车及卡车的容器(10),多个堆垛包括尺寸仅适于容纳轿车的容器(10),各组堆垛设有可移动所述堆垛(110)分部内的容器(10)的至少一个装载处理设备(50)。
