determining the electronic resource transfer level of the target user, wherein the electronic resource transfer level has a corresponding preset range;
randomly generating the amount of the electronic resource in a preset range corresponding to the electronic resource transfer level of the target user;
alternatively, the first and second electrodes may be,
determining an electronic resource transfer level of the target user, the electronic resource transfer level having a corresponding amount;
and taking the amount corresponding to the electronic resource transfer level of the target user as the amount of the electronic resource.
5. The electronic resource transfer method according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the pickup page for picking up the electronic resource is a page made by 5 th generation hypertext markup language.
6. The electronic resource transfer method according to any one of claims 1 to 3, characterized in that the method further comprises:
when the electronic resource is determined to be received, acquiring all users of the network community which have received the electronic resource within a preset time period and the amount of the electronic resource received by all the users;
sorting the money amounts of the electronic resources received by all the users to obtain a sorting result;
and sending the sequencing result to the target user.
7. An electronic resource transfer apparatus, applied to a server of a web community, the apparatus comprising:
the system comprises a determining module, a judging module and a judging module, wherein the determining module is used for determining a target user, and the target user is a member user meeting preset conditions in a network community;
the first generation module is used for generating the amount of the electronic resource for the target user according to a preset rule;
the indicating module is used for indicating the first platform to transfer the electronic resources of the amount from a preset numerical resource pool to a preset transfer position of the first platform; the first platform is a mobile payment platform;
the second generation module is used for generating a pickup message, and the pickup message comprises a link of a pickup page of the electronic resource;
and the first sending module is used for sending the pickup message to the target user so that the target user can transfer the amount of the electronic resources to a numerical resource pool of the target user in the first platform by clicking the link in the pickup message.
8. The electronic resource transfer apparatus of claim 7, wherein the indication module is specifically configured to:
sending a transfer request to a first platform, wherein the transfer request comprises information used for indicating the preset numerical resource pool and the amount of the electronic resource, and the transfer request is used for requesting to transfer the electronic resource of the amount from the preset numerical resource pool to a preset transfer position;
receiving a receiving voucher sent by the first platform, wherein the receiving voucher is a voucher for receiving the electronic resources of the amount from the preset transfer position;
acquiring a target numerical resource pool, wherein the target numerical resource pool is a numerical resource pool of the target user in the first platform;
and binding the picking voucher with the target value resource pool.
9. The electronic resource transfer apparatus of claim 8, further comprising:
and the second sending module is used for sending the pickup voucher to the pickup page when a request of the pickup page is received, so that the pickup page transfers the electronic resources of the amount to the target numerical value resource pool according to the pickup voucher.

randomly generating a quantity of electronic resources for the target user;

randomly generating the amount of the electronic resource in a preset range corresponding to the electronic resource transfer level of the target user;

determining an electronic resource transfer level of the target user, the electronic resource transfer level having a corresponding amount;
and taking the amount corresponding to the electronic resource transfer level of the target user as the amount of the electronic resource.
11. The electronic resource transfer device according to any one of claims 7 to 9, wherein the pickup page for picking up the electronic resource is a page made by 5 th generation hypertext markup language.
12. The electronic resource transfer device of any of claims 7 to 9, further comprising:
the acquisition module is used for acquiring all users who have acquired the electronic resources in a preset time period and the money amount of the electronic resources acquired by all the users when the electronic resources are determined to be acquired by the network community;
the sorting module is used for sorting the money amount of the electronic resources received by all the users to obtain a sorting result;
and the third sending module is used for sending the sequencing result to the target user.
