All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
The invention provides a toilet drainage system combining siphon and gravity, which comprises a domestic sewage pipeline 1, a domestic wastewater pipeline 2, a drainage vertical pipe 3, a breathable vertical pipe 4 and an H pipe 5, wherein each set of house is internally provided with one set of the domestic sewage pipeline 1 and the domestic wastewater pipeline 2; one end of the domestic sewage pipeline 1 is only connected with a sitting/squatting pan 6 in the house, and the other end of the domestic sewage pipeline 1 is directly connected with the vertical drainage pipe 3; the domestic wastewater pipeline 2 is connected into a ring network, and the ring network is directly connected with the vertical drainage pipe 3; the lower end of the ventilating vertical pipe 4 is connected with the drainage vertical pipe 3, and the upper end of the ventilating vertical pipe extends out of the roof; the vertical drainage pipe 3 is connected with the vertical ventilation pipe 4 through the H pipe 5, and the connection position of the H pipe 5 and the vertical drainage pipe 3 corresponding to the house of each floor is higher than the connection position of the domestic sewage pipeline 1, the domestic wastewater pipeline 2 and the vertical drainage pipe 3 corresponding to the house of each floor; the sitting/squatting pan 6 forms a local siphon system by using a gravity type drainage mode and the domestic wastewater pipeline 2 by using a siphon type drainage mode.
The vertical drainage pipe 3 is mainly used for collecting drainage of all toilets in a flow floor and discharging the drainage to an outdoor pipe network through the vertical drainage pipe 3;
the ventilating vertical pipe 4 is mainly used for discharging pipeline gas, the lower end of the ventilating vertical pipe is connected with the drainage vertical pipe, the upper end of the ventilating vertical pipe is lifted out of a roof, and the middle of the ventilating vertical pipe is communicated with the drainage vertical pipe 3 through an H pipe 5 in a specified vertical interval;
the ring network is connected with all sanitary wares except sewage in a room by using pipelines with the same specification and forms a ring independently, and the pipelines do not need to be provided with slopes and are arranged in a same-layer descending plate or a lower-layer suspended ceiling;
the H pipe 5 is communicated with the vertical drainage pipe and the vertical ventilation pipe by adopting the specification with the same pipe diameter as the vertical drainage pipe and the vertical ventilation pipe, and when the vertical drainage pipe drains water downwards, air is discharged into the vertical ventilation pipe through the H pipe, so that the vertical drainage pipe is prevented from causing the phenomenon that a pipeline cannot drain water or the drainage is unsmooth due to air blockage.
The working principle of the present invention is explained below with reference to fig. 1 as follows:
referring to fig. 1, the present invention connects all sanitary wares except for domestic sewage such as a sitting/squatting pan 6 to a ring net, and when the sanitary wares are drained, water first fills the inside of the pipe.
When the ring net is filled with water, the ring net discharges the water into the vertical drainage pipe 3, and simultaneously starts siphoning, the ring net forms a local siphoning system, so that the waste water in the sanitary appliance is rapidly pumped out, the drainage speed is accelerated, and the aim of rapid drainage can be achieved without gradient. When the water in the sanitary ware is drained completely, siphoning is stopped, the ring pipe is still in a full water state, and the water in the pipe is stored to achieve the effect of water seal of the system, so that the integral deodorization of the system is realized. Because the water in the ring pipe is relatively more, the water seal failure caused by evaporation cannot occur.
In addition, the sanitary sewage ware such as the sitting/squatting pan 6 is still provided with a slope as shown in fig. 1 through a conventional gravity drainage mode and is separately connected into the drainage vertical pipe 3 through a tee joint. Because only connect domestic sewage cleaners and polishes, therefore the pipeline degree is shorter, and the grade sets up the required layer height and also will reduce correspondingly.
By adopting the technical scheme, the invention can solve the problem of floor height space required by toilet pipeline installation to a great extent, improve the space utilization rate, avoid the problems of deodorization function loss and long drainage time of sanitary ware caused by water seal disappearance and realize a toilet drainage system with coexistence of siphon and gravity.
Preferably, the sanitary wastewater line 2 is connected to any one or more of a washbasin 7, a floor drain 8, a bathtub 9, a mop sink 10, and a washing machine drain 11.
Preferably, the vertical drainage pipe 3 is connected with a domestic sewage pipeline 1 and a domestic wastewater pipeline 2 of a house with a plurality of floors.
Preferably, the other end of the domestic sewage line 1 is directly connected to the drainage riser 3 by a tee 12.
Preferably, the sanitary wastewater line 2 is directly connected to the drainage riser 3 through a cross 13.
The system mainly adopts the mode that domestic sewage such as a toilet bowl (squatting pan) and the like is independently connected into the vertical drainage pipe, all waste water such as a washbasin, a mop pool, a floor drain, a bathtub and the like in a unified room (household) is connected into a ring network, the pipeline gradient is not required to be arranged, and the waste water is connected into the vertical drainage pipe through a four-way joint.
The above description is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention and is not intended to limit the present invention, and various modifications and changes may be made by those skilled in the art. Any modification, equivalent replacement, or improvement made within the spirit and principle of the present invention should be included in the protection scope of the present invention.
